Crystal City Hotel

Het metrostation was letterlijk om de hoek. En van daaruit was je meestal binnen de 10 minuten in het centrum, bij de Acropolis of waar je ook wou zijn. Er waren ook hele goede restaurantjes in de buurt. De toiletartikelen ( douchegel, shampoo en bodylotion ) waren van heel goede kwaliteit en roken ook goed. Het personeel aan de receptie was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het uitzicht vanop de roof top bar is heel mooi , maar de kaart is erg beperkt.

Het ontbijt sloeg tegen. De roereieren waren krokant, de dooiers van de spiegeleieren waren volledig hard zoals een hardgekookt ei. Het assortiment was niet echt groot en de smaken vielen ook tegen. De koffie was de slechtste koffie die ik ooit al op hotel gedronken heb. De douche was eerder klein en heel laag. Ik ben zelf kleiner dan 1.70 meter en ik denk dat iedereen die groter is dan 1.80 met zijn hoofd tegen het plafond zou staan. Tijdens het douchen is het ook onmogelijk om de badkamer droog te houden.

Chambre bien équipé et très propre. Le petit déjeuner et bien doté que ce ce soit en spécialités grecques ou en standard internationnal. Il y a un roof top avec une magnifique vue sur la capitole . A ne pas manquer le soir avec un coktail et la vue sur le capitole éclairé. L'hotel est à 100m du métro sur la ligne principale.

L hotel es antic però molt net i comfortable i amb un bon esmorzar. La neteja diaria es exelent. Al costat d una estacio de metro i a 20 minuts del centre caminant.

Deși am rezervat 2 camere descrise a avea 20 mp, cu spatiu generos, am primit o camera de maxim 15 mp, cu pat de 1,40m. Camerele 201 si 601 sunt diferite si deloc apropiate de ce e fotografiat. Explicatiile hotelului au fost slabe si neconvingatoare

Langsam sehr renovierungsbedürftig.Im versprochenen schönsten Zimmer,das schlechteste Bett seit langen in einem Hotel erlebt Zum Glück nur eine Nacht.War schon einmal hier,hatte es nicht so in Erinnerung.Sonst hätte ich's nicht nochmal gebucht.

Comfy beds, good AC, clean bed sheets, fridge in the room. Breakfast was fine (we had it only once). Nice restaurant on the top roof with the view on Acropolis. Service was excellent, food was ok, portions were generous.

No water provided in the room, however it’s been said that the water from the tap is drinkable.

Location is ok, 30min walk to all attractions. Room is old, noisy, aircondition worked great. Breakfast everage but enough to eat if not fussy. is good to stay if you pay decent rate..

Lage war sehr gut, konnten Big Bus, Metro und Restaurants zeitnah erreichen. Der Blick von der Hotel Roof Bar auf die Akropolis war sehr schön.

Einige vom Personal waren nicht sehr freundlich, das Inventar ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Keine Ablage im Bad für Utensilien.

The buffet-style food has several options and the price is very good.The location is perfect, especially if you have a car, allowing you to easily access the main road.

The Wi-Fi signal didn't reach the room well when I was on a WhatsApp video call; I had to turn off the video and just use the audio because the signal wasn't very good.If you need to make a video call, you have to go to the lobby or somewhere with better signal.

Tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitación porque estaban fumando en las habitaciones laterales y entraba el olor a cigarrillo por el extractor del baño. Fue desagradable y aunque luego nos cambiaron de habitación , nos alojaron en la primera planta que da justo a la calle y el aislamiento no es el correcto. Se escucha mucho ruido.

Le personnel est très aimable et serviable rien à dire là dessus Petit-déjeuner sympa et avec du choix !

Les lits sont très durs et pas du tout confortables, la clim fait énormément de bruit et n'est pas du tout efficace La baignoire/douche n'a pas de tapis de douche et en plus il n'y a qu'une minuscule paroi pour empêcher de mettre de l'eau partout, résultat vous en mettez réellement partout. Le sèche serviette est beaucoup trop petit et pas du tout pratique. La réservation précisait un balcon/terrasse mais c'est juste un petit avancement de la fenêtre, on ne passe pas à 2. Les meubles sont extrêmement vieux, mais ça à la limite on peut passer outre. Ce n'est pas situé dans un quartier rassurant, pour nous rendre à monastiraki à pieds c'était une aventure, des rues sales et mal fréquentées, en tant que femmes. Je ne recommande pas pour une femme seule. Il n'y a pas réellement de vue sur l'acropole comme on peut voir sur les photos : on voit l'acropole mais seulement que du bout de l'immeuble.

Me encantó todo: la habitación estaba impecable y muy cómoda, el personal fue súper amable y atento en todo momento, y el desayuno muy completo. La ubicación es perfecta para moverse a pie y el ambiente es muy tranquilo. Nos sentimos como en casa.

Accoglienza e disponibilità del personale, pulizia, ottima colazione, vista sull'acropoli dal roof garden (e nel mio caso dal balcone della stanza..), intera struttura moderna, pulizia e cambio asciugamani giornaliero, posizione pressoché centrale, ben servita dalla metro (linea rossa), vicinanza pressoché a tutto, a/c e frigo ben funzionanti e silenziosi, deposito bagagli gratuito x i clienti. Infissi e finestra ben isolanti. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

La ventola del condizionatore nella mia stanza se messo al minimo faceva molto rumore, facilmente riparabile penso, inoltre il piccolo balcone al 6 piano mi metteva i brividi (akrofobia personale comunque) Materassi un po' troppo morbidi..

The location is excellent; it only took us about 20 minutes walk to Monstraki and was only 3 minutes walk away from the metro. room was clean, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was good. The view from the top of the building was wonderful. If the rooms were a little bigger, it sure would have been excellent.

The room was small; the lift would only take 2 slim people. If you are 3 and your husband has a belly, it would be impossible for you to go in altogether.

Ideale ligging bij metrostation, binnen paar minuten in centrum. Zelf heeft het een hotel een mooi dakterras met prachtig uitzicht op Acropolis. Bediening is super vriendelijk, eten gemiddeld en beperkt. Fijne eetgelegenheden gelegen direct naast de grote rotonde waar ook hotel ligt. Vooral het Vietnamese restaurant is aan te bevelen. Wij vonden het in tegenstelling tot andere reviews heel veilig. Er is overal goede verlichting, politie en camera's. Ook zijn er altijd veel mensen op straat. Ja er lopen mensen in armoede en een aantal zwervers maar het is ook een super grote stad. In elk geval op en rond de metro, en in hotel totaal niet onveilig gevoeld. De parkeergarage is inderdaad krap. Muffig en achterstallig. Maar de lift werkt en er is goede verlichting. Ook gaat de stalen poort altijd dicht in de avond.

Het ontbijt heeft zeker potentie en is best uitgebreid, maar alles is net te zeer doorgegaard of staat te lang, zelf als je meteen om 7 uur komt eten. Dit kan simpel worden verbeter door kleine porties korter van te voren klaar te maken. Ontbijt is wel uitgebreid en brood, cake en Zoetigheid was goed. Grootste minpunt is dat 2 van de twee losse bedden schijnbaar een uitschuifbaar derde bed had en dus afweek in hoogte van de ander. Daarbij kraakte dit bes enorm en liep het zijwaarts af. (kamer 210). Omdat we maar drie nachten bleven en we al van kamer zijn geruild omdat we in eerste instantie kamer zonder balkon hadden, hebben we besloten hier niets van te zeggen. Maar dit koet de huishouding ook opvallen.

Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό, καθαροί χώροι, παρέχουν και πάρκινγκ επί πληρωμή. Πλούσιο πρωϊνό, κοντά υπάρχει σταθμός μετρό. Πολύ άνετο κρεβάτι. Όλα όσα χρειάζεσαι για μια άνετη διαμονή.

Η περιοχή γύρω από το ξενοδοχείο είναι υποβαθμισμένη και βρώμικη, μην κυκλοφορείτε μόνοι σας με τα πόδια το βράδυ για κανένα λόγο, και αν τύχει και βγείτε το βράδυ, χρησιμοποιήστε ταξί που θα σας πάει και θα σας φέρει στο ξενοδοχείο για την δική σας ασφάλεια. Βέβαια σε αυτό δεν φταίει το ξενοδοχείο, απλά το επισημαίνω για να ξέρουν οι επόμενοι επισκέπτες τι να περιμένουν. Η τοποθεσία βολεύει γιατί είναι κοντά στο κέντρο, αν βγαίνετε την ημέρα δεν υπάρχει κανένα πρόβλημα!

The location was very convenient, close to the train station. Nice, relaxing atmosphere at the rooftop with a view. Having the bread factory next door was a plus. Breakfast was good!

La ubicacion

Great position , just a few minutes of walking from the metro station or the city center. We got a room on the 6th floor with a nice view on the acropolis, but you can get the same from the bar on the roof terrace. The room was large and clean, with the air conditioning and a mini fridge. The breakfast was included, and you can choose between sweet and continental. In case you want to try something different or you are looking for a fast lunch or dinner I suggest visiting the bread company shop just 10mt from the hotel. The hotel personnel was very nice.

The shower was a bit small. The breakfast focuses on the continental offer, and with 30-34°C outside, that is not what you desire (personal opinion, the other customers appreciate that instead). The terrace restaurant on top was a bit disappointing. The personal was somehow distracted and, in a couple of cases, confusing the order or losing it. The neighborhood is quite degraded with a lot of homeless and a plantitude of Chinese shops. What a pity!

Location is fantastic. Staff is brilliant and the service was amazing.

D'avoir réservé une table en direct au restaurant situé au roof et de l'avoir vue attribuée à quelqu'un d'autre en arrivant pour dîner. Nous n'avons eu aucune explication et aucune excuse pour ce désagrément.

Местоположение отличное,метро минута ходьбы,остановка автобуса тоже.Завтрак очень даже приличный,обслуживание и ресепшн очень доброжелательные и все просьбы выполнялись мгновенно.

Маленькие и неудобные лифты,номер на троих мог бы быть и больше,и один день решили почему то не убирать.

The Location, it is very accessible to public transportation. The staff were very approachable and accommodating.

I had a problem with the air conditioning in my room during the middle of the summer heat. I appreciate that the staff tried to resolve the issue; however, the room still did not get as cold as it was supposed to.

Klimatyzacja była głośna non stop co spowodowało, że nie mogłam spać w nocy. Sprawa została zgłoszona na recepcję i była naprawa. Natomiast naprawa była pod tytułem zaznaczenia kreski dokąd mamy ustawiać i hałas nie zniknął.

Struttura vecchia e camera piccola. Niente di che. La colazione abbondante ma non interessante. La zona dell'hotel è brutta e sporca.

Das Hotel sieht nett aus und hat auch ein schönes Foyer, die Dachterrasse ist das Highlight mit toller Aussicht auf die Akropolis, die Drinks sind gut und stark gemischt. Die Angestellten sind nett. Das Frühstück ist nicht perfekt aber gut. Die Lage ist in Ordnung da man gleich daneben die Metro und die Bussstation hat. Zum Zimmer, Bad ganz ok, Kühlschrank kühlt sehr gut! Die Klimaanlage arbeitet ausreichend. Es war für meinen 3tages Stadttripp ausreichend. Preisleistung ist Ok

Zu fuss zu gehen ist nicht zu empfehlen es ist teilweise vermüllt katzenhinterlassenschaften es stinkt und es gibt dubiose Gestalten. Die Aussicht in den Innenhof ist hässlich. Das Fenster ist für mich nicht sicher, es sitzt zu tief man könnte rausfallen! Das Zimmer war etwas staubig, die Bett Matratze war durchgesessen.

Accoglienza pessima. Ci siamo ritrovati in questo hotel a seguito di una cancellazione del volo. Siamo arrivati in struttura alle 3 del mattino e nonostante avessimo spiegato la nostra situazione ci hanno fatto attendere il check-in alle 11. Posizione pessima, per arrivare in centro a piedi bisogna attraversare dei quartieri poco carini e per niente sicuri. Odore sgradevole fuori dall’hotel e nelle zone limitrofe. Colazione a buffet, ma sempre con le stesse cose.

Well located hotel with very nice roof terrace with view of Acropolis. The rooms were small but comfortable with private bathroom and refrigerator. The staff was helpful. Price was good for the location considering the other hotels nearby (Stanley with roof pool and Windham Grand) charge much more. Reception open 24 hours. Security good for entrance at night. Good wi-fi.

The room had a bad sewer smell upon arrival. We opened the window and then turned on air conditioner to resolve problem quickly. However problem returned when we left room and turned off electricity. Problem resolved as soon as we opened window and turned back on the air conditioning.

Noisy air conditioning, need set to minimal, otherwise impossible to sleep. Local surrounding of the hotel is little bit creepy with streets in neighborhoods you're afraid, dark non-functioning street lamps, stains on street you don't want to know from what it is.

Zajtrk je bil o.k.

Čistoča miz pri zajtrku pa porazno, ker noben ne čisti sproti in prideš za mizo, ki je bila še prej napackana od prejšnjega gosta. PORAZNO. Parkirišče (v sklopu hotela in jo moraš še posebej plačat 10 €/dan) v garažni hiši KATASTROFA in ne priporočam nobenu, da to doživi. Nisem še videla take garažne hiše. Tam bi vsakega poslala in videla, kdo bi naredil IZPIT za avto. VSA ČAST tistemu, ki tam parkira avto in po isti poti tudi gre ven. Ampak kaj še najhuje od tega, da se v hotelu tega zavedajo in se za gosta niti ne sekirajo oz. da bi te usmerili kam drugam. KATASTROFA OD RECEPCIJE oz. lastnikov tega hotela.

La posizione e la colazione abbondante e varia. Bello il rooftop con vista sul Partenone.

Excelente ubicación con la estación metaxourgeio del metro muy cerca. Tambien tiene un punto de parada de los buses turísticos muy cerca y variedad de restaurantes y cafeterias muy cerca. El desayuno es tipo buffet y bastante bueno con variedad para todos los gustos. El personal es muy amable, la limpieza y organización es más que adecuada. Recomiendo el lugar completamente para las estadías en Atenas.

La zona no es muy comercial alrededor y si quieres ir a tiendas de recuerdos debes desplazarte un poco lejos. La ducha del baño es básicamente una tina con un vidrio protector pero no impide que se moje el piso. El ascensor es algo estrecho y justo solo para dos personas a la vez o máximo cuatro pero muy ajustadas.

Non ha vicino posti in cui mangiare la sera e le vie che lo dividono dalla zona circostante il Partenone non sono vie sicure da fare a piedi la sera/ notte
