It was very clean and the grounds are beautiful.

What we were looking for in location. Parking was adequate, but I'm sure its gets busy on a football day as its close to the stadium. Great food at the hotel bar and a great breakfast.

A maze to get around with all of the halls and stairs. Just be aware that there are quite a few staircases and dips/jumps to navigate. They do have lifts, but you will still encounter stairs (3-5) in the maze.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the rooms were fabulous!

Nice, cosy, quiet hotel. In very nice part of Dublin. Close to DART. Very good breakfast. Free parking.

Paying €360 for 1 night B&B and being woken up abruptly whilst fast asleep by a member of housekeeping coming into our room at 8am. I know it's not the end of the world, but we'd been out to see a show the night before and fancied a nice lie in, so most unsatisfactory. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and that's the first time that this has happened.

Une note de 1/10, malheureusement parfaitement justifiée. Nous avions réservé cet hôtel 4 étoiles en pensant y trouver une chambre confortable et calme. À 470 € la nuit, sans petit-déjeuner, cela paraissait être le minimum. La réalité a été tout autre. Notre chambre, située au premier étage, donnait directement sur un espace extérieur appartenant à l’hôtel, aménagé avec tables, chaises et auvent. Un événement y était organisé et, à 1 heure du matin, les participants chantaient encore à tue-tête juste sous notre fenêtre. Avec une insonorisation manifestement insuffisante, il était tout simplement impossible de dormir. Nous avons dû descendre à la réception pour demander que cesse ce cirque. Le bruit s’est ensuite un peu atténué, mais l’intervention a été tardive et peu efficace. Comment un établissement de ce standing peut-il laisser une telle situation se prolonger au beau milieu de la nuit, sans même avoir prévenu les clients concernés lors de la réservation ? Nous nous demandons également pourquoi une chambre aussi mal placée nous a été attribuée. Était-ce lié au fait que nous avions réservé par Booking.com ? Nous n’avons évidemment aucun moyen de l’affirmer, mais la question se pose. Au moment du check-out, nous avons signalé l’ensemble de ces problèmes. La réceptionniste s’est excusée et nous a assuré que son responsable nous contacterait. Deux jours plus tard, aucun appel ni véritable réponse : seulement un message automatique nous demandant si nous avions apprécié notre séjour ! Après notre réclamation, ce message standard donne franchement l’impression que l’hôtel se moque de ses clients. À ce niveau de prix, un hôtel doit au minimum garantir le repos de ses occupants et assumer sérieusement les incidents qu’il provoque. Ce fut notre pire réservation d’hôtel effectuée par l’intermédiaire de Booking.com. Une expérience scandaleuse et un rapport qualité-prix absolument inacceptable.

The staff were really nice. The bar was very good and accommodating. The room was comfy.

They ran out of breakfast items for a while because so many came in at the same time but they quickly sorted it out and apologised. The room was very warm. Couldn't leave the fan on as it was in my face.

The lift was broken so we had to walk up and down a confusing array of stairs

The only gripe was the size of the bed and particularly the bathroom. They were tiny!!! The room could have accommodated a king size bed with the unnecessary furniture removed.

Nice restaurant . Staff very friendly and attentive. They were super efficient at breakfast.

Quite noisy with rowdy drunken Americans. Not the hotels fault . I should have maybe complained at reception but just out ear plugs in to block out noise.

The location for a special event at the Aviva is why I stayed. The hotel catered to the event, having special activities related to the event extending the experience. The restaurant was very good.

The bed was fine, but not the best. I was easily able to sleep so it isn't a major problem, but I would have preferred a better bed.

Super Zimmer, tolle Ausstattung, großes Bett, gute und ruhige Lage, ungefähr 40 min. zum Zentrum,

recht teuer, Frühstück war so mittelmäßig, keine Gurken und Tomaten, kein Gemüse, wenig Obst

Facilities were lovely, super helpful staff and the location to the train was really helpful. Would definitely recommend it to others. Breakfast was also really well done and although we chose to pay as we went it was all pretty seamless.

I can 100% recommend this accommodation! The room was clean, the atmosphere was very pleasant, the reception staff were wonderful, and we slept very well.

If you have a VW camper, the parking on site is great. It was hard to find a hotel in centre with parking that worked. Great location, 5 min walk to station and train was 10min to centre. Room was tidy. Nice hotel. Really easy to link to ferry home in the morning.

Breakfast wasn’t great for the price.

Las instalaciones son estupendas y ofrece detalles a valorar. Está en una zona tranquila muy bien conectado con el tren Dart para ir al centro.

Very small, compared with other rooms. No AC in our room, while some other room have it. We paid the same price, but couldn’t sleep due to hot weather in small room, where not possible to ventilate.

Fijne locatie dichtbij openbaar vervoer. Rustige buurt. Schone kamer en badkamer.

Bij vroege uit check was de man bij de receptie onverstaanbaar. Waardoor onduidelijkheid ontstond. De medewerkers van de bar zijn niet erg enthousiast en zijn niet erg proactief.

The decor was absolutely beautiful, very clean and tidy. The staff were exceptionally friendly and nothing was any trouble. Had a lovely greeting on arrival, anything we needed it wasn’t any hassle. The food was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend staying here!

Stanze rumorose. Sentivo il vicino russare e tutte le porte sbattere. Stanze comode ma bagno davvero piccolo e senza nemmeno lo spazio per appoggiare beauty. Finestre si aprono solo nella parte alta, faceva caldo in camera.

Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und sehr professionell. Man fühlt sich willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Die Lage am Dart ist top, man kommt schnell in die Stadt. Das Frühstück ist super!

Stayed here for two nights for the recent Arsenal match. Was so impressed with the hotel. The location could not have been better, next door to the Aviva. Was ideal as we’d our two young kids with us, and so we didn’t have to be dealing with public transport before or after the match. Also very near to the city centre via public transport, so easy and cheap to get around. The hotel itself is lovely and immaculately clean. Welcoming and friendly staff. We stayed in a family room and we were very impressed with it. Very spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. Will defo stay here again.
