Hotel Regina

Location was perfect

In the breakfast the fried eggs were running out quite often

I’ve been many times in this hotel and I keep coming back. Great location, nice and comfortable rooms, very good breakfast and friendly staff.

Everything was perfect! My room was amazing, breakfast was amazing and the location is great and the staff very friendly.

Perfume do quarto, limpeza de modo geral. Requinte e cuidado.

Room was on 4th floor. Elevators were not working. And the staircase was small and round.that its impossible to carry a normal suitcase till 4th floor. So I told the property owner I cant live here so I did not stay at storehouse studios , Amsterdam and left for another hotel to stay. Have asked for full refund.of booking amount as I fully eligible because important information regarding elevators not working was not shared on booking.com portal at the time of booking.

breakfast

the electronic door key needed to be reset at least once a day!!!

TODO SUPER BONITO, VISTAS, UBICACIÓN, PERSONAL, EL DESAYUNO SUPER COMPLETO, EN REALIDAD TODO MUY BIEN ALTAMENTE RECOMENDABLE.

All very modern amenities. A tiny room though, nowhere to hang towels or any other items. The breakfast was fantastic and easy to access. The location was excellent but noisy. Despite having an extra cover on the window we could hear the roadworks and music playing outside all the time..

The lack of space and noise level.

All is good clean the staff very professional

The property is good condition

Hele nette kamers op een mooie locatie. Fijn hotel. Het ontbijt is heel goed.

Veel herrie vanwege renovatie naastgelegen pand. Heel storend overdag en in de ochtend. Daardoor niet helemaal tevreden met het verblijf.

Breakfast was fantastic. The hotel location was amazing. The staff were great. The rooms itself was by far better than expected and best one during our 12 day multi city Spain tour.

Slow elevators

The Room was very suitable and inviting to relax. The reception and breakfast staff were very welcoming, supportive and friendly Location is amazing nearby all the key attractions

N/A

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast with lots to choosee from and the most comfortable bed

Nothing

Tesisin herşeyi mükemmeldi. Konumu, kahvaltısı, temizliği, dekorasyonu.. tam anlamıyla beş yıldız olması gereken bir oteldi. Çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle kahvaltısı sayesinde Madrid'te aç kalmadık😊

Herşey harikaydı

This place exceeded my expectations, and for the price and location is was a great option. Service was impeccable by everyone, from the reception to the bar, and housekeeping. The room is not large but there is good closet space and I was there to sleep. The bathroom, though, was spacious and gorgeous.

If I must criticize something, it would be the AI sounding music at the breakfast, where a lot of good music and songs were ruined by a completely flat and uninteresting female (?) voice doing the covers. But that's just me nitpicking...

La limpieza, belleza del lugar y ubicación. Desayuno delicioso.

Service was wonderful!

Booking.com advertised an airport shuttle but there wasn't one. It cost me as additional 66 euros

Café e modernidade das instalações

Cartão da porta falha muito

Breakfast was GREAT!!! Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, price was good. Location couldn't be better.

- very close to the downtown, metro and taxi - super-kindness of the front desk and of the personnel, in general - rich breakfast to cover all possible needs from 7 am - forniture very clean and recent - SUPER: you can find a bidet in the bath of your room (very important for the italians :-)

honestly all was perfect prices can always be lowered, but in this case it is a real 4 stars hotel

Fabulous and the Breakfast the best ❤️

Excelente localização, hotel moderno, quarto amplo.

Nada a reclamar

Excellent location, wonderful staff. Our room was for two and had everything: a mini kitchen, a mini closet, comfortable beds, immaculate condition, an outdoor sitting area/balcony, and a fantastic breakfast with lots of options. The location is very safe, great, and close to shopping and great restaurants. They also provided a takeaway breakfast picnic for our early flight and arranged our taxi. This was a mother-daughter trip, and our 4-night stay at Hotel Regina in Madrid made it even more special.

Everyone was really helpful and with a smile on all the time. My room was spacious but I chose a big one to start with, so it was what I was expecting. The breakfast was really nice. Everyone spoke English which is not a given at all in Madrid. My bed was really comfortable. I would go back !

The sofa bed was not so comfortable and they could install an additional soundproof door after the entry door as we could hear people outside opening their door but as there was not a lot of people passing in front of our door, it was not a real problem for us personally. Real problem with their keycards for the door. Mine was never working and had to have a new one done every time I was coming back. Apparently I was not the only one. They told me they were already planning on fixing it.

Good value, big beautiful and comfortable room, great breakfast, perfect location

Breakfast is limited without a lot of options to cater for dietary restrictions

Everything was perfect

Somewhere to hang your towels in the bathroom

fabulous

Beautiful property and rooms, high quality finishes, rooms beautiful with electric shutters for total blackout. Bathrooms look like. Ee, fabulous rainfall shower and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was plentiful with something for everyone. Staff were all first class, thank you.

Nothing

Location was really good. Breakfast was delicious. I will definitely be back

-

emplacement central, petit dej copieux et varié, hotel trés bien tenu

Posizione ottima.

The location is amazing! The staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable! We are really pleased with our stay!

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast would recommend to freinds

We were pretty 😌

The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is in a great location and was very clean.

There was some construction noise on the first day, which was a bit disruptive.

Everything!! Staff, room size and amenities, location, breakfast, housekeeping.

They weren’t able to accommodate either an early check in or a late check out but alternatively they were happy to store the luggage for us and allow us to use their showers and toilets.

Let start with the location: SUPERB! Staff: amazing so kind and helpful Room: AMAZING! All the tech, the view, the little spray for the pillow for a great sleep, a DYSON and a FLAT IRON for us women ❤️, chocolates upon arrival — in love! Breakfast: AMAZING a whole variety and gluten free options

Nothing to complain! Absolutely nothing!

Very clean

The soap dispense kept Falling Off the wall and the key had to be configured twice

Clean, central, excellent breakfast and very kind people. Would recommend to everyone.

Nothing

Great location, clean property, attention to deatils, friendly supportive staff

Habitación pequeña y sin closet!!!

The location The cleanliness

The interior room that we stayed , it was like storage

Location was great, in the middle of everything

The room was good and clean, but the rooms were a little small for 2 adults with large luggage.

My room was clean, the breakfast buffet was good, the location was excellent and close to everything and the staff was incredible.

It’s appears to turn the A/C off in the middle of the night, because I always wake up at night pretty sweaty. We could not change the settings.

Excelente desayuno.

Nuestra habitación no tenía vista.

Great central location. Close to all the highlights of Madrid

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A True 5-Star Experience at Hotel Regina We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Regina. Although the hotel is officially rated 4 stars, for me, it absolutely deserves 5 stars. A very special thank you to Gloria and Sofia for their warm welcome, excellent service, and for upgrading our room. They made us feel truly welcomed and taken care of from the moment we arrived. All of the hotel employees were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location is one of the best—very convenient and perfect for exploring Madrid. Everything about our experience was excellent: the room, cleanliness, location, service, and especially the wonderful staff. Thank you, Gloria, Sofia, and the entire Hotel Regina team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

All was a great experience.

Nothing, Everything was very good. The room clean ladies were great,

Tudo.

Nada.

Bellissimo albergo nel centro della città , vicinissimo a tutto in pochi minuti a piedi . Colazione favolosa in assoluto, frutta e verdura fresca, pesce , carne, lattici, uova , dolci buonissimi , cioccolato , caffè nesspresso, miele fresca , assolutamente tutto- abbiamo goduto tutte le mattine con grande piacere ! Pulizia nelle camere costante e fatta bene , staff gentilissimo, rapido nelle richieste ,rispettoso e preparato.

location was perfect for a 3 day stay in Madrid. walking distance nearly anywhere or short Taxi drive and Metro station at the doorstep. room was very comfortable. the staff were really nice and helpful, always a lot of people at reception eager to help with everything. Breakfast very reach with every choice you can imagine for every diet. (makes you eat too much:).

the room was nice and comfortable, but a bit sophisticated in a weird way. the buttons and taps felt a bit like an IQ test. But this is of course a minor issue. all was good

excellent location Amazing breakfast

The TV remote control was not working

Localização Capricho Café da manhã sensacional

Excellent overall but we particularly enjoyed snd appreciated the lovely breakfast! The 6th floor terrace was a nice little oasis after a day of sight seeing.

Occasional slow wait time for the elevator.

Esperienza estremamente positiva all'Hotel  Regina. Pulizia ottima, letto veramente confortevole.

Localização excelente, da pra fazer tudo a pé.

Nada, tudo excelente

Molt correcte.

Nada
