Las habitaciones interiores no tienen nada de luz natural, al menos en los pisos bajos, los baños no tienen ventilación y el aire acondicionado no era muy potente

Location is very good, walking distance from shopping areas, park and restaurants. The Terrace/roof top area is dedicated to the hotel guests which is a big plus.

The hotel doesn’t have anywhere to stop the car, even temporarily, to unload luggage. Therefore, arriving by car can be quite a struggle. I had to unload our luggage in the lobby, find a parking facility, and then return to the hotel. So the check-in was far from ideal.

The staff was very friendly. The lady with glasses checked me in, July 2nd. She had a soothing voice and she was very friendly and accommodating in order to make up for the lack of AC in the building. The bedroom was cool and the breakfast was great.

The pool could've been bigger. When I arrived, July 2nd, I was told the AC was not working. That almost made me change the hotel but I did not want to walk around with my luggage any longer. The lady provided a portable AC to my bedroom which helped a little and I had the breakfast (20Euros) given as courtesy since the AC was out. Luckily I was there for just one night so it was alright.

The pool and upstairs area was very lovely, well designed and felt very modern. The location of the hotel is great and pretty central meaning los that we wanted to do was well within walking distance

In general, the room itself felt a little tired and lots of things just didn't work which greatly affected our overall experience. The design of the room lacked personality or attention to detail. The air conditioning didn't work at all very effectively, and despite mentioning it to reception staff it wasn't addressed. The hairdryer didn't work which caused delays. Amenities in our room like tea or towels weren't replaced so we were often having to ask for them. We had paid for a hot tub terrace room and there were times during our stay where this wasn't working which prevented us from using it. There was a lot of construction happening on our floor meaning that lots of lifts were out of action and there was quite disruptive noise. There was exposed plaster board and generally the area just felt a little unfinished. Mostly generally and this might be a bit more subjective I would have hoped for a more boutique feel and attention to detail in some spaces. The plants on our balcony were plastic for example.

Check-in was quick, location is sublime, you're very close to all the most important sights and shops in Madrid. Also very touristy-area though, so expect it to be very crowded at night!

Bathroom was not up to par for the level of hotel this should be. Room was otherwise nice, bed was very big which is a huge plus. Friendliness of staff could've been better, especially since any requests about changing my booking or any accomodations for my arriving 1 night after (not even a restaurant invitation or anything) oh well. Cleaning service did not come, even though the sign to request cleaning was up. Had to request it manually.

El servicio prestado por todo el equipo —desde Gabriel, el Bellboy, hasta Martin, en recepción— fue excelente. Valoré la paciencia durante el pago, el respeto mutuo entre el personal, el trato amable, las sonrisas de cada mañana y la atención del barman. Todos fueron muy amables; sin duda volveré.

There was only one small elevator and several people that needed it. We had to lug our stuff up and down many flights. The room was too small and dated!

The position in the beautiful area of Madrid.The proximity to restaurents, cafes, parks and the wonderful fscilities.The rooms were very large, the bedding so comfortable.The shower was a real treat.It was so relaxing and restorative.

great location near the center, and close to metro station. nice rooms and helpful staff. very nice roof top pool (although the water were very cold).

Plusieurs ascenseurs en panne. Hôtel bruyant surtout les chambres proches de la lingerie à chaque étage, chambre 15 notamment, avec un réveil dès que les femmes de chambre arrivent.

Ac in room not cooling contacted desk three different occasions was ignored the first two calls on the third. They finally came at 1 AM in the morning for it to become slightly cooler, but then went right back to the same humanity stuffy warmer.. figure no more complaints. Just checked out next day.

Wonderful, helpful staff, shout out to David. The rooftop bar is a great place to chill. Great place to stay in the middle of everything.

From the pictures one cannot tell that the pool oddly is actually only just about 1.5 m wide, but about 10m long.

Location was great, the swimming pool and roof bar was brilliant. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and room spacious and clean.

The bedroom coffee machine was actually just instant coffee, and there was loud building work going on at the time in one of the lifts so trying to have a siesta wasn’t possible. We paid extra for “room with a view” but would advise against it as the road noise very loud.

After a hiccup at the start the staff mad if up to tme with the service and upgrades which I really appreciated. The pool and rooftop area was exceptional. The room was spacious and very comfortably. Location is everything right in the heart of the city.

Había solo un ascensor pero porque estaban de obras

Fuimos con un perrito, que pago por su estancia, y nos echaron de la zona común de la entrada, que no hay nada mas que sillas y alguna butaca.... en cambio dejaban estar a un borracho tumbado en el sofa!!! si el perro paga, debería de poder estar formalito en esa zona común. Nos lo dijo un camarero de muy buenas maneras, un tio muy amable echándonos de una zona de nuestro hotel. Bien por la amabilidad y tacto del camarero, y mal por esa norma que debería de ser cambiada. Por lo demas, el hotel es de 10, sobre todo su personal....

The rooms without a view are relatively small and have no view at all; the window opens onto an interior lightwell, so sunlight does not enter the room. ​Bathroom: There is no ventilation, and no bidet spray (shattaf). ​Service: They do not provide complimentary drinking water in the rooms. ​Breakfast Buffet: Three different chefs rotated during our stay, and all of them were unwelcoming, moody/tempramental, and did not speak English.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Modern bathrooms. The bed is big and comfortable. The reception staff is kind and very helpful. We had an issue with the noise the first morning as our room was next to the cleaning ladies service room. I complained to the reception and they immediately apologized and offered to change the room with more quiet. Friendly and efficient - exceptional customer service.

Everything is good except for the level of noise by the cleaning staff. Compared to French and German hotels, there is a space for improvement in Spain. Otherwise, they work very well. The rooms are spotless clean.
