Reviewed Sep 12, 2026The Liabeny is just far enough from the heart of the action to be a quiet retreat in tourist season, which also means that their elegant wood-lined bar is rarely crowded. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The walk down to the golden triangle of art is not challenging, about 15-20 minutes, even in the 100F heat. Take a taxi back up in the summer.
During the renovation they eliminated the higher quality dining room and used the space to expand the fairly non-descript cafe. That's not a huge problem since great restaurants are not too far a walk away.

Nice comfortable rooms, the gym needs improvement - small and no windows, looks like a utility room. It is def worth the price
They need to do a better job tidying up the room on daily basis. Staff can be a little bit pushy sometimes.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The location is perfect, the staff were amazing! If you have an early departure flight you can ask for the breakfast to go !
The breakfast was a bit poor, not too many options, we expected more considering the price we paid. The room we stayed in i think it was bigger before and they separate it with a door and you could hear noise from the other room or from the hall. The hand soap was the same as the shampoo , the duvet cover was made up of two separate sheets and that was a bit uncomfortable when you wanted to cover yourself at night.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026The staff were pretty good, just the concierge guy isn’t.
What I disliked about when the concierge guy was screaming just cause I was eating, just being disrespectful to guest, what he would of done just say it into a polite manner that is not allowed to eat in that place, just felt totally embarrassed by it.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026The location was central making it easy to walk around the shopping area or get a ride at the taxi stand across the street. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was a good comfortable size, with toiletries in a good sized bathroom. There are many places to eat nearby, and an El Corte Ingles and Carrefour within walking distance.
Small conveniences like having an electric kettle in the room was not available, or had to be rented at an extra charge. But it wasn't a big deal.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026The experience was horrible. My sister left her luggage with the bellman while going to breakfast at the Hotel restaurant before checking out. When we came back one oh her bags was missing and nobody knew anything , saw nothing. What a coincidence the missing bag was a Louis Vuitton. The rest of the bags were untouched. When confronted they claimed someone walked in and walked out with the bag unquestioned by them. Too many coincidences make things smell bad. DO NOT STAY WHERE YOUR BELONGINGS ARE NOT SAFE.
