The staff were very friendly and helpful and provided excellent service and information. The rooms are clean and the swimming pool is available until late.

There was a bit of noise in the hallway in the middle of the night but I am a light sleeper.

Staff were friendly, the waitress at the hotel restaraunt was very kind to me and my family as well! Location is good for transit to/from airport, and works fine when doing full daytrips into the city Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

When we booked early in the year, part of what helped us decide on a hotel was the availability of a free shuttle to/from the airport whenever needed. However, their policy changed at the start of August and they did not respect services that were promised to earlier bookings. I feel they should have made exceptions for guests who booked long before their policy change. In fact, it was still advertised to be free on some booking sites since it was changed so suddenly. There were a number of additional holding charges on my credit card for some reason. The front desk staff were polite, but couldn't figure out what had happened so I simply had to wait for the holding charges to be removed. Very strange. The pool area should have clear rules about appropriate conduct- young adults being inappropriate when families (including minors) were around was an issue during our stay.

1-They asked for a deposit from a credit card. That by itself went against what booking message me, not to pay anything else.2- They dint accept a debit card. 3. They didnt accept payment through apple pay, even being a credit card. They say that dont have “tap”. 4. Parking lot is just unbearable. No access into the hotel unless one has a card. Well, i hadnt checked in. It was dark and had to walk 4 floors down.

The rooms are clean and location is good. Staff are also nice. The free shuttle from the airport is helpful, and their drivers are all very nice.

Internet was really slow and they are understaffed, so we had to wait for room service for a long time.

The sauna and wet spa and hot tub and pool plus a little gym is luxurious always. The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable, everything was clean. The breakfast menu was large and made it easy to peat something in the morning. Friendly staff and the planes landing and taking off nearby barely disturbed guests.

At some point guests were pretty noisy in the middle of the night, in an Intrusive sense.

The place wasn’t clean. Access to the hotel from the parking lot was not ok. There was a weird smell throughout the stairwell. I found hair next to the coffee machin. All in all it was not a good experience

We were given the wrong room, multiple elevators to get to our floor, keys to the correct room didn’t work, no pillows in the room for the pullout couch, the advertised free shuttle was actually not free.

The property is nice, comfortable. The rooms are spatious and well equiped. Breakfast was not included, but there is a restaurant on the first floor. The shuttle service is very convenient.

The hot tub had malfunctioning jets hardly felt them The restaurant was very slow service we waited 10 minutes to order a supper after we got back from our Niagara Falls bus tour but none in the dining area to come to us So we left and had to order delivery to our room with Uber The housekeeping staff didn’t come in to empty our garbage and replenish our towels and take the used ones out that we three ladies used up daily also didn’t replenish our coffee corner :( The hide a bed was old and uncomfortable And it’s right in Air Canada’s flight path 😩 so we were kept awake and woken up real early with the very loud flight noise right over us every few minutes🥺🤨😩😭

You get what you pay for I guess I did not like a lot of things. The room was not clean. You all have to request for service everyday. The cleaning staff will give you an attitude when you confirm that you want cleaning service. Even then they don’t do a good job cause I had them make sure they did the floors because they were filthy. They act like you were bothering them. We found a roach the night before we checked out. I didn’t even bother complaining because it was going to go on deaf ears. They claim shuttle service is free. When I asked to be taken to the airport at checkout I was going to be charged. I paid for the Lyft instead

The room we were assigned was a good size; however, it constantly smelled like food. It seemed as though the ventilation and air filtration system was directly connected to the restaurant. It was quite unpleasant to have our room always smelling like fried food. The hotel recommends using its shuttle service to get to the airport and then taking the UP Express train into the city. However, the shuttle drivers did not seem happy about guests doing that. They were unfriendly, always appeared annoyed, and, on top of that, their English was often difficult to understand. As a guest, it was uncomfortable having to deal with people who seemed unhappy with their job or irritated simply because we were following the hotel's own recommendations.

This is an old hotel with customer service that leaves a lot to be desired. The level of cleanliness and the overall condition of the building give the impression that it has been neglected, and it certainly does not reflect the quality that Best Western once had. It may be a reasonable option for spending one night before an early flight, but that is the only situation in which I would recommend it. Even then, I would suggest considering other hotels closer to the airport that offer a more reliable shuttle service and provide a much better customer experience.

Staff were lovely. Great facilities. Spa was awesome. So close to airport. Free shuffle bus. Food is great. Laundry available if you want to do your own washing.

No room service. Couldn't believe this! Also, no food or bar between 11 and 5pm. There is food nearby but room service and a bar open during the day would have been better.

This stay was booked for us as our flight from Toronto to Vancouver was cancelled. We arrived near midnight absolutely exhausted. Abdul was very efficient and checked us in straight away. We had trouble operating the shower and Abdul came straight up and showed us how to operate it. He organised our shuttle back to the airport and it arrived at the time we asked. Staff very pleasant and polite. Thank you Abdul and staff.

We booked a night for a Saturday, went in paid for parking, went and enjoyed our day, came back and they had cancelled our reservation, god knows why, screwed us over for the night, were rude about it the whole time, told us we could get a refund, we couldn’t because they’re closed till Monday, well now have to fight that through customer support, all because they made a big mistake on their end and wouldn’t fix it themselves, they suck, ill never be going back. Wouldn’t ever recommend this hotel to anyone unless they want to get screwed over too. 0/10 experience.

Quiet area for being by the airport.

Definitely a step down from other Best Westerns. The halls were filthy- looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in days. The room was spacious but seemed dingy. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were so thick I had a sore neck the next morning. But worst was the front desk phone call at 3 am asking us if we needed the shuttle to the airport! Seriously - who in their right mind calls a guest room in the middle of the night? Vending machine on our floor was broken so had to go to main floor to get water (no complimentary water in rooms). And if you’re used to the BW breakfast, there isn’t one here.

There wasn’t anything that I did not like. I would 1000% recommend staying here as well as staying here from not on.

It's close to the airport and the shuttle is free.

The room was humid even with the AC on at full blast. Fan controls were locked. It's either on or off. The noise insulation was poor. The bathroom door was super squeaky and required a strong push to close and open. The bed was mediocre. The check-in staff failed to mention that the shuttle leaves exactly every 30min in the morning.

room great table I can do some what on them but the internet is not strong in the room as i end up working at the lobby luckily you have a large lobby. The restaurant was overwhelm by the kitchen smell even the bar area is also had that problem. The stale oil smell did not make me want to have breakfast there. I opted to go to airport instead. The lift also had some problem. The shuttle at the airport took an hour of waiting it would be helpful if the receptionist on the phone warn us of the wait time .

The price was good. The facility was in good shape with updated rooms. The free airport shuttle was great. The rooms were clean.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Understandably, the noise from the airplanes taking off was quite loud, but nonetheless, loud. I can sleep through anything, but my daughter had difficulty.

The eggs were a little undercooked but absolutely not a huge issue.

Confiable bed and nice view of the airplanes landing and flying. Nice bathroom and pretty comfy bedroom. Covered parking lot was amazing was raining when we arrived.

A little bit noisy because is near the airport but I could sleep pretty well! The cleaning need a little bit more care, we found some hairs in the bathroom and a forgotten used towel behind the bathroom door.

Stayed here for five nights in May 2026 with my best friend, (supported by my PA) whilst visiting Toronto and overall had a fantastic stay. The location is excellent for Pearson Airport, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and I genuinely don't think I've ever slept in a hotel bed quite as comfortable as the ones here. After long days exploring Toronto, High Park and beyond, getting back into that bed was heavenly. The shower also deserves a special mention. The water pressure was absolutely ridiculous in the best possible way. After travelling all day, that power shower could probably solve most of life's problems. Food was consistently good throughout our stay. The poutine was excellent and the butter chicken deserves particular praise. In fact, I spent most of the week finding excuses to order it again. The biggest positive, however, was Shiela. An absolute superstar and a credit to the hotel. Warm, welcoming, kind and genuinely interested in guests. She helped make the stay memorable and is one of those rare members of staff who can completely change the atmosphere of a place for the better. Big Shiela up to the max. The pool was another highlight. Clean, well maintained and a genuinely lovely space to relax. After busy days exploring the city it was wonderful to be able to come back, unwind and spend some time in the water. It was used frequently during my stay and was one of my favourite parts of the hotel. The reason I have awarded four stars rather than five concerns an incident we witnessed involving another member of staff refusing entry to a guide dog. As a disabled traveller, I found this deeply upsetting. Guide dogs are not pets. They are highly trained assistance animals that provide independence, safety and dignity to the people who rely on them. To see somebody challenged or refused because they were accompanied by a guide dog was distressing to witness and completely at odds with the inclusive and welcoming environment that hotels should strive to provide. It cast a shadow over what was otherwise a fantastic stay and is the sole reason I have not awarded five stars. Despite that incident, I would absolutely stay here again. The rooms were excellent, the beds were unbelievably comfortable, the food was superb and staff members such as Shiela demonstrated exactly what great hospitality looks like. Toronto holds many happy memories for me and this hotel is a part of them. Mainly because of the beds, the butter chicken and Shiela!

Stayed at the Best Western 135 Carlingview Drive Toronto, Ontario. I choose Best Western when I am abroad based on the friendly staff and the top service. The rooms are clean and very comfortable.

Great breakfast, comfortable and quiet room, comfy beds and incredibly helpful staff (even when we arrived at 2am). All staff, both reception and restaurant server went above and beyond to make our layover stay by Toronto airport very peaceful and easy. highly recommend as an easy access, low cost, high-comfort layover hotel by the airport.

The room was comfortable - air conditioned, quiet, towels/linens etc were clean. The staff were great - special mention to the woman serving late at night in the restaurant and the chef who made us an excellent meal just before closing time - they went out of their way to ensure guests were well looked after.
