只住了一个晚上，没有发现需要特别改进的地方

החדר שהזמנו היה מרווח ונעים.

ישנו תשלום נוסף עבור חנייה. ארוחת הבוקר היתה בסדר אך ההתנהלות בה מאוד לא מאורגנת.. לא היה מקום לשבת ונראה שחדר האוכל לא ערוך לקבל כמות גדולה של אנשים בו זמנית. לא נראה שהעניין מנוהל טוב וטעון שיפור בנושא..

It was clean and the pool was nice

I didn’t like that you have to pay for parking, I stayed in two other hotels in the same week this was the only one that charged for parking!

Te dichtbij de landingsbaan…slechte isolatie.

Nous avions une suite et les espaces étaient satisfaisants. L'accueil du personnel était fort sympathique. Nous ne le savions pas mais l'hôtel paie le service uber pour aller/retour à l'aéroport.

Le fauteuil en L du salon ainsi que les oreillers du lit manquaient un petit peu de confort. Les lampes au-dessus du lit ne fonctionnaient pas.

O quarto era muito bom, confortável e cozinha completa. Tinha uma cesta de basquete que usamos para brincar um pouco. Embora afastado conseguimos usar ônibus para ir para todos os lugares. Transfer para o aeroporto de taxi pago pelo hotel.

A piscina poderia ser um pouco mais aquecida.

Das Zimmer war OK und geräumig. Wir hatten eine Familiensuite mit 2 Badezimmern.

Wir waren vom Frühstück sehr enttäuscht. Das Frühstück war unter der Woche nur bis 9:00 AM, das sehr früh ist, wenn man von der Westküste mit Zeit Umstellung kommt. Es gab nur zuckerhaltiges Essen, außer Kaffee und Eier, und viel zu wenig Tische. Das Essen wurde auch nicht mehr nachgelegt.

Le déjeuner est censé être servi de 6 h à 9 h 30, mais à 8 h 40, il n'y avait plus rien et trois familles sont restées sans manger. En plus, c'est pas normal.

It feels a bit old

Hotel was walking distance to convention center (toronto congress center) and had amenities that most if not all families would love, bus routes nearby, a lot of food options in a good distance, staff was polite and respectful

Pillows were way too soft and the bed felt very stiff, would have liked a shower with detachable shower head to use

The kitchen, breakfast, pool combo was great, bed was comfy the pull out was very convenient. Being a walkable distance from 4 restaurants was great, service was kind. Price is great. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it's cool that it's there and the basketball court cool that it's there didn't get to use it. We will likely be staying there again next year with more people because of the amenities, kind and understanding staff and the great price. The full kitchen was really cool and convenient, would definitely incorporated into the plan when coming back. Sent a video to friends it's a very great place to stay especially if it's a while, and for emergencies a great quality as a very temporary place to live. Pricing dependent but still a very good plan especially with friends. Room size is great and reasonable.

There could be more bedding, like more than one extra pillows and a slightly thicker blankets, especially because of the pull out bed it was a bit cold. There was a bit of a crack in the tub that I believe is from renovations of moving the soap rack to a different wall basing it off of the glue marks that was there, and a few scuffs here and there. I was just more worried about the safety deposit for something that was there before I entered the room, and I do have pictures. I didn't see it as an issue to say anything because I don't know what the staff would do except for change the rooms and I didn't feel that was necessary the room is fine it was also during convention time which can be stressful for the staff, again I was just worried about safety deposit. There's no compost bin I don't know if we were supposed to throw all our food waste into the trash. The do not disturb sign is a bit unclear because I don't know if "all good" means that we don't need any cleaning service or if it's okay for cleaning service to come in and "later please" could be taken as we do need services please but later or do not disturb at all. There was also a sign that we got later the day before leaving that the locks would be fixed which I am glad to be given that note cuz I did notice that the door did take an extra push or pull to fully close properly, but the fact that was the case is also a little concerning for our safety. The staff are very kind at least from what I know of so I do trust that even if the door wasn't closed properly it would be okay it's just more so other guests. Room size is great and reasonable maybe just move the couch farther away from the desk so the office chair is more utilized. There are holes in the pull-up mattress but I think that's more so from the folding and the springs and just wear and tear I also did a bed bug check just cuz I'm paranoid it is clean which is very good.

ce que j’ai pas aimé dans cet établissement c’est le petit déjeuner. Malheureusement le petit déjeuner était très très nul y avait rien. En gros en fait pratiquement rien je descendais y avait rien à manger. Et pas de croissant y avait pas de paquet cake les trucs ils étaient tout petits. Vraiment le petit déjeuner était nul pour le prix.

Proche de l'aéoport mais un peu plus loin du centre ville. Bon petit dejeuner.

Ils ont su être à l'écoute alors que nous vivions une situation difficile hors de notre contrôle. Nous avons apprécié leur service à la clientèle de haut niveau

Gut gelegenes Flughafenhotel, große Zimmer, wir bekamen ein Upgrade, gutes Frühstück, prima Anbindung an Öfis, zunächst mit Uber zum Flughafen Terminal 1, dann mit dem UPE Express in 15 min in die City, dort entweder zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus fortbewegen. Mit dem Auto sollte man die Stadt vermeiden wegen vieler Staus.

Die Lage in Flughafennähe ist sehr praktisch, die "Suite" (Schlafzimmer und Wohnraum mit Schlafcouch) praktisch und für's Kochen mehr als ausreichend eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber! Großzügig der Shuttle zu den Terminals. Auffällig freundlich ist das Personal, das sich hilflosen Reisenden annimmt und zwar so ausdauernd, dass die Hilfe auch nützt.

Der Blick auf einen Parkplatz und der Fluglärm sind natürlich nicht erhebend, aber nicht zu vermeiden. Aber ob das Frühstück nur bis 9 Uhr angeboten werden muss???

Le déjeuner inclus etait bon mais il manquait de tables et de chaises. Je n’ai pas pu m’y asseoir avec ma famille. De plus, j’aurais aimé que le dejeuner soir accessible plus tard. Ça ferme beaucoup trop tot

The breakfast was fantastic, enjoyed the convenience of having breakfast right at the hotel.

We just had trouble getting the heat to work but called down for maintenance and they came and showed us how to turn up the heat. They came very fast.

Great free breakfast. Better than most hotels. The staff was very friendly and the building was quiet. You can barely even hear the planes at the airport next door. Fantastic rooms with everything you need. I love how there is a separate bedroom, so you won't bother your roommate if you want to watch some late-night TV

Die Lage am Stadtrand ist ideal für Touren zu den Niagarafällen. Zentrum von Toronto auch mit dem Auto rasch und unkompliziert erreichbar. Das Zimmer war riesig und üppig ausgestattet (z.B. vollständig eingerichtete Küche).

Wir haben über booking „inklusive Parkplatz“ reserviert. Für den Parkplatz wurden dann über 25 Dollar extra (pro Tag) verrechnet 🤬

Le personnel a été génial et le service au top ! La chambre était dotée d'une cuisine d'un four et d'un micro-onde ainsi que d'un canapé, franchement rien à redire sur les équipements !

L'hôtel est situé dans le couloir aérien donc relativement bruyant mais mise à part ce point là tout était top !

Not liking the fabic sofa. Looks dirty and uncomfortable. I had to place a Bedsheet over it before in order to sit on it

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast every morning was delicious, the room was always clean, the bed was super comfortable and the gym was decently sized! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Toronto.

Breakfast was very basic. Room was clean but there was a weird smell in the room. Bed was comfortable. Nice sofa. Kitchen was very nice. Big microwave, full size fridge, dishwasher, glasstop oven and crockery. The bathroom sink was outside the bathroom. The lights were kinda dim especially in the bathroom. Overall good place to stay.

Bon petit déjeuner. Propre. La suite 2 chambres est spacieuse et offre 2 salle de bain (une dans chaque chambre)...un plus! Attention, stationnement payant à 28$ par jour en date d'août 2025.

The room.were big and the staff were professional

Didn't get to stay long enough to enjoy all the amenities but what we did experience we truly appreciated and enjoyed. We would be doing this accommodation for the next convention we go to.

The breakfast included was not the best as everything ran out and it took too long to refill. Coffee was empty for over 10min. The food we did have was pretty good.
