We had a lovely 1 night stay and the facilities were great for what we required

I really liked the location, as it was conveniently close to the airport. The beds were also very comfortable, making our stay pleasant and relaxing.

The location was conveniently close to the airport, and the beds were comfortable. However, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I booked accommodation for six people, yet the staff initially provided only two breakfast vouchers. This was the first time I have encountered a property offering so few vouchers for the number of guests booked. Only after the staff noticed that I had two children did they provide two additional vouchers, which felt inadequate and uncomfortable. Even worse, I was charged $25 for parking, despite this fee not being disclosed anywhere in the reservation. These unexpected charges and unclear policies are unacceptable. The property should be transparent about all fees and inclusions before guests arrive instead of surprising them at check-in. I strongly recommend reviewing these practices, as they significantly damaged our stay.

J'ai pas aimé que ma réservation n'a pas été prise au sérieux, j'ai réservé une chambre pour 05 personnes je me retrouve avec une chambre pour 04, sa pris 1 heure pour ramener un lit pas confortable, le parking était payant

The free shuttle

The shuttle was scheduled for 1:50, arrived at 1:45 and left immediately. It was lucky we were prepared or we would have missed the last shuttle of the night.

Propre et proche des autoroutes principaux. Service courtois et professionel. Comfortable. Bon ratio qualité/prix. Je m'attends à ceci pour un Mariott Courtyard. Le déjeuner était mieux que d'autre hotels offrent. C'est recommandé!

chambre peu spacieuse. nous étions 5 adultes + 1 enfant. J'aurai aimer d'avoir les 2 queen beds dans des chambres différentes pour la même unité. Le sofa bed peut ètre dans 1 des deux chambres. Correct en général. Aussi, il faut inclure le stationnment gratuit lors du séjour. Ce n'est pas fair! de mettre un frais d'addition pour ceux qui restent à l'hôtel.

My flight landed in Toronto around 1:40 am and got to the hotel and front door was locked. I had to call the fron desk like 10 times and knock the front door almost 10 mins and finally someone came out , acted like I woke him up and bothering him

Muy cerca del aeropuerto y el servicio de shuttle. La habitación también estaba muy bonita

Excellent service at the front desk, and from the shuttle driver. Super helpful when I needed to book an additional night last minute and got to keep my room. Shuttle driver was absolutely wonderful and on time to the minute! Bed was sooo comfortable, room was clean and I enjoyed the mini convenience store in the lobby. Popeyes and a couple other restaurants you can walk to. My new favourite airport hotel for sure!

Called hotel 3 times and kept me on hold without sending shuttle, had to take taxi, 5 min ride for $28. Room was quite old looking.

The person at the front desk was very friendly.

The restaurant was closed when we got there. We bought some pretzels and chocolate bars for supper. We left before breakfast.

The young concierge who solved our problem, very polite, resourceful, and highly professional

The older concierge who checked us in, not helpful, not polite, did not gave us the accessible room we asked, instead gave us a shower seat. Also was about to charge us extra for one of us, although we were all confirmed to stay in (a party of 5)

Breakfast selection is good and the staff taking the order and serving are exceptional.

I really like having my bed made every day but this is not done in your hotel.

Locatie was dichtbij vliegveld Ontbijt is in altijd lastig om het gezond te houden. Gelukkig wel vers fruit met Yoghurt

geen mogelijkheid om goed te banen te zwemmen. Ipv klein binnenzwembad een ruimer buitenzwembad maken en de waterval erbij te betrekken. Kamers graag meer aandacht bij douchputjes en schimmelvorming van bij de voegen.

I don't feel that paying customers should have to pay to park in the hotel parking lot.

To expensive for small portions. I had to pay extra and still the portions were small.

Edificio en construcción. No hay servicio de bar ni restaurante. Debe indicar que el Shuttle Bus al aeropuerto pasa cada 45 minutos.

I’m always open to pay a bit more for a good stay, in this case I payed more and got the loudest Hotel ever . Doors slamming because you have to from the outside otherwise the door isn’t closed. Then people running and talking in the Hallway all night.

The sound proofing could have been better.

I want to give special recognition to the staff Lance, Kammy, Juan and Gurpal. There was a guy there yesterday yelling at staff being abuse. I was standing there in aw at how professional the staff remained being called thief. The guy obviously had house problems and decided to take it out on other and from what I overheard he is not even stayed at the hotel. Diego was his name I believe cause I decided I am staying with Lance until he left in case he attacked the poor young man.

We arrived back in our room in the evening, after being gone all day, and it smelled strongly like cigarette smoke. When I told the front desk, they offered to change rooms, which we did, but didn't seem to believe us that the room smelled like smoke. All of our clothes and bags smelled terrible, including the remaining clean clothes we had for our trip.

All was good, especially permitting to eat in the room.

Prices in their restaurant is a bit high, but customer service really great.

Staff is very friendly and helpful

Room and towels are very outdated and with obvious stains. AC is loud while sleeping. Airport shuttle has very limited seats, it's good idea to plan getting on bus earlier than you hope.

Excellent hotel

Perfect stop after traveling 20 hours before our 3 hour drive home.

Shuttle is reliable, rooms are clean and well equipped. Love the view of the airplanes landing. Only drawback, early morning food can be difficult to attain in the area and coffee is not free.

Stay was fine, no issues. Beds were comfortable (even the pull out couch!) and despite the proximity to the airport not a lot of plane noise. Bathroom was nice.

Facility was nice overall. Restaurant food was unimpressive, especially for the price. Breakfast WAY too expensive! Buffet unavailable unless booked with room at time of booking. Several really good restaurants around, but crossing the highway to get to them is DEADLY! Convenient location for us given our purposes.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Toronto Airport and was very impressed. The complimentary airport shuttle was one of the highlights, it ran on time, was easy to use, and made traveling to and from Pearson completely hassle-free. I also really appreciated the location. It’s within walking distance to a nearby bus stop, which makes it easy to get around the area without needing a car. On top of that, there are a few fast-food restaurants close by, which was convenient for a quick bite. Inside, the hotel is well-kept, modern, and welcoming. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a cozy bed and reliable Wi-Fi. The staff were professional and friendly, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Overall, the Courtyard by Marriott Toronto Airport is an excellent choice if you’re flying in or out of Pearson. Between the convenience of the shuttle, the walkability, and the comfortable rooms, it’s a reliable and comfortable place to stay.

pratique depuis l'aéroport, la navette en bus permet de s'y rendre pour rejoindre ensuite le centre ville, ou pour partir le matin vers niagara falls sans devoir traverser le centre ville. Chambre agréable et bien équipée

autant le lit principal était très agréable, autant le canapé lit était plus rustique (et les draps du dit canapé lit étaient en boule dans une housse)

I paid the deposit that was requested upon check-in. When I checked out, I specifically asked how and when I would receive it. I was told that it would be automatically transferred back to my card. However, it's been two days, and I still haven't received the money.

The staff is great: polite, courteous, helpful and genuinely nice. We had a corporate training and Patrick took care of everything like a pro. Rooms were clean. Pool and gym were good and convenient.
