Provider-sourced guest reviews.
First and foremost, we found all the staff extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. Everyone greeted us warmly and was always happy to help whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was provided daily, which meant we had fresh towels, made beds and a clean room throughout our stay. The bedroom area was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the Avery restaurant and Topeca Coffee Shop, both of which offered good-quality food and drinks at reasonable prices. The downtown location was also ideal for our requirements, making it a very convenient base for exploring Tulsa and getting around the city.
There were a few things that prevented us from scoring the room and hotel more highly. The bathroom was disproportionately small compared with the overall size of the bedroom and felt quite cramped. In addition, both the fridge and air conditioning unit were noticeably noisy and interrupted our sleep. More significantly, our stay coincided with a three-day wedding celebration at the hotel. We appreciate that weddings are an important part of the hotel’s business, and we had no issue with the wedding taking place on the lower ground level. However, the celebrations did have a noticeable impact on other hotel guests. On Saturday evening, the wedding party took over The Avery restaurant, meaning that we were unable to get a drink there. We were advised that the wait for non-wedding guests would be around 20 minutes. There were also occasions when wedding guests were moving around the hotel and inadvertently barging into other guests using the elevators. On Sunday morning, the celebrations spilled into the garden area at around 8:30am, with a vehicle procession accompanied by loud drumming and music. This woke us up and was particularly disappointing after a disturbed night. Had we known beforehand that the hotel regularly hosts large wedding celebrations which can significantly affect other hotel guests, we would probably have chosen a different hotel for our weekend stay. Overall, we were not disappointed with our stay and there were many things we liked about the hotel. However, based on our experience, we would be reluctant to recommend the hotel for weekend stays when weddings are taking place, unless guests are made aware of this in advance.

The location was excellent and the hotel was incredibly clean, beautiful, and welcoming. We couldn't have picked a better stay for our first visit to Tulsa!
The cleanliness, and how it felt like home.
The parking isn’t ideal, having to pay for it.
•My company for the weekend. •Location was premium.
•Being charged more than double the rate for parking than the garage itself charges.($21/day compared to $10/day max) •The beds were too narrow and would preferably be softer.
Everything! The pool!

The staff was nice and the lobby was pretty.
I didn't like that I had booked this room 6 months ahead of the event and I get to check in at 415pm (which was at 4pm, was not offered anything earlier even when I asked, event started at 6pm) and I am told that there are no rooms available that I would have to wait an hour. No, that's not acceptable. I asked for what was available because we had to get ready and was offered a handicap room. I said I would take it as long as I am not taking it from someone who needed it and was told that they had a bunch of accessible rooms available. We get up to the room and it was hot. I set temp to 60 and high fan and we went to our event and didn't get back to the room until 2am in the morning and it was still hot, never cooled down. Also, the beds were uncomfortable and the sheets made noise every time you moved and then you could constantly hear people talking and the slamming of doors cause the walls are so thin. I expected more out of a Hyatt Regency especially for the price I paid. I would not stay here again.
Staff were great
A little expensive
Location and View were both amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful, loved the pool area on 3rd floor roof.
There wasn't a microwave in the room itself. There was one in the commissary area for patrons to utilize but being on the 11th floor would make it kind of a hassle if needed.
The valet in this hotel is the best especially when Sam is the valet driver. I come here every two months for work and he is so quick. Super grateful for him for all the time efficiency.
Am from Tulsa and my high school graduation was held next to the Hotel and with all the restaurants and bars downtown you can always find something to do
As you enter the hotel TJ assists with your luggage. Next, you are greeted by Jace who checks you in, with a warm smile ,calls after you are in your room, and offers another rm or location if you not satisfied. Joe provides information about the city of Tulsa and the hotel free shuttle service. Finally, if one dine’s at the Avery. The food is OUTSTANDING, that is match by the service . There is only one place to stay if you visiting Tulsa . The Hyatt Regency. On a scale of 1 to 10 , I give this hotel a 12!!!
From the the moment we arrived (at 3am), everything was perfect. I cannot think of a single thing that was needed or average. Hands down, the best hotel I've stayed at in the last 5 years. The staff was cheerful, exceptionally friendly, and professional to boot.
The ceiling in my bathroom was covered in mold. The dead bolt did not lock. The staff was very helpful but the room was terrible.
We had a great stay downtown Tulsa. The Hyatt Regency is excellent location for the downtown area. Clean and Friendly. You can't go wrong with this place.
Rooms are big be comfortable good natural light and room service was prompt food good service great busy not noisy elevators and pool area was clean and not crowded good place to eat waiter service was good
Construction outside and the drop off and pick up was in organized
The Hyatt Regency in Tulsa Oklahoma once again hit all the highest marks.Excellent room with the most comfortable beds ever.Great food and wonderful people helping you at the front desk.Always have a wonderful experience there.
Sve preporuke, krasan kongresni hotel
I loved the Customer Service and location!
The pool is NOT heated.
Live staying here, walking downtown to local restaurants.
Not the hotels fault but the construction in the area was a bit of a mess
Location is perfect , atmosphere was wonderful the suite was incredible and I will never stay anywhere else was our anniversary and they put rose petals in our room, the restaurant bar was incredible and justin at front desk was amazing
Clean, quiet property with a pool on the 3rd floor roof! I was upgraded to the 14th floor with extra goodies available. I Highly recommend!
The staff were very attentive, I got a wonderful room upgrade which gave me access to the regency club where I got to stock up on free soft drinks and snacks. The room had a beautiful view of downtown and the pool area was very nice.
The only thing I didn't like was a group of creepy older men (in their 30s or 40s) getting drunk at the pool and making inappropriate comments about the young girls swimming who couldn't have been older than 13 or 14. I also didn't see any adults attending to the children at the pool which made me concerned.
Very welcoming and friendly hotel and staff. Lovely clean rooms and hotel complex. Quick response to any questions and requests. Restaurant staff very accommodating with requests. Enjoyed our stay immensely.
The best hotel in Tulsa. Some of the best service anywhere. Highly recommend to anyone traveling through Tulsa. Friendly service from entry to exit. Breakfast was excellent and prepared quickly. We will stay here every time we are close. Thank you for an excellent experience.
We always stay here! We love the atmosphere and the staff is always so wonderful. I could have swam in the pool all day. We love the later check out.
It was all great!
Was clean and downtown
Front desk rude and paying for parking, staff not explaining parking also sucked. Roof top pool area needs to be painted and cleaned.
Room, pool
Parking was extra to pay, no buffet for brekfast
Excellent stay and would absolutely stay again! Convenient location and great amenities. Enjoyable for Family/kids!
Great location and facilities
No issues
Very nice
Being in downtown tulsa.
The stay was okay. The Avery was very overpriced and the food was very oily. We booked this hotel specifically for the reviews of the pool but it was so dirty it had green algae on the walls and the water was very cloudy. Not at all what we expected.
The hotel is beautiful with a huge Lobby that you have to go an escalator to get to the check in counter. The room was a decent size with a king size bed and what my daughter called a bigger than normal mini fridge. The best was very comfortable. The bathroom was a little less nice. The "lock" for the bathroom had been moved and there were holes from the screws. There was also a washcloth hanging on the inside handle of the bathroom door. The view although on the 14th floor was directly viewing the Williams towers which blocked the majority of any "view" that could have been seen. There was some sky on the right and the left of the buildings but when you are wanting to see fireworks having 2 huge buildings in your main view is not ideal. The pool which if you look online looks to be this long gorgeous pool that is probably half that size and part of it is in the air conditioning inside which made it really cold. The pool was packed like sardines with around 15 people in it. We did have club access and I do have to say that it was much better than expected. There were several choices for cereal, breakfast sandwiches, snacks for other times, coffee options and of course water and soda. It was a decent experience however since we decided to stay there for the view of fireworks and the use of the pool we were definitely disappointed.
The Avery restaurant and the coffee shop, hotel staff was very nice
Very dirty, very dated and the pool was cloudy and moldy
I loved the location and was very happy with the views of downtown and the hotel itself was very clean. 10/10
Everything was great. No complaints at all.
The room was pretty similar to the pictures, the room and building was clean, and the staff were friendly.
Was a little pricey, felt like it could have been a little cheaper.
The property over all was nice, clean and comfortable. The pool was cloudy with a lot floaters (bugs, etc). THE only reason I picked the Hyatt over other brands was for the pool and I was disappointed and didn't get in the pool due to the cloudy water which is unsanitary. The hotel was located in a great location and there are definitely a lot of walkable attractions, bars, restaurants, and coffee shops close. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
We really enjoyed our stay. We were upgraded to the club level and our self parking was comped. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room could not have been much better. We walked to an event at the BOK Center. It was also only 5 or 10 minutes to the activities we had planned. The only negative was that the pool was definitely on the cold side and could have used some TLC. We will for sure come back the next time we are in Tulsa.
On this stay I completely enjoyed my stay at this location. Staff stepped up and clean my late one evening after overlooking earlier. Entire staff did a great job, which I've come to expect.
The hotel was so accommodating and kind! We visited for our anniversary and they threw in several perks, such as meal vouchers to the on-site restaurant, The Avery. The front desk even accepted an urgent Walmart delivery for me (medical equipment), and held it for me until we could get back from dinner. They were so kind, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional! (Pics attached are front the on site restaurant)
La locacion
I don’t travel often but I needed a break! Both parents grew up in Tulsa and I have been there so many times but Never downtown. Although the area is truly under construction this hotel made it go away fast! The hotel itself is nice but the staff makes it excellent! They are truly all about the customer. If you need something they are there, if you didn’t like something .they made it right, and if you are having a bad day they are your shrink. I will come back again if I get a chance to! Tulsa is represented well with the Hyatt Regency.
Overall experience was great, the housekeeping staff definitely could do a better job with cleaning the bathrooms. Restaurant breakfast and staff were excellent, loved the inclusion.
Water pressure
Parking not connected to property unless you valet and it’s expensive. It’s a hassle for disabled.
This hotel is a little older but the customer service is top tier! The breakfast staff was amazing and attentive. I felt like a vip guest at this hotel. The customer service alone is worth staying at this hotel. I will stay here again next time I’m in Tulsa.
Pros: Very friendly staff. Location is good. Cons: Leftover food on carpet in room. The parking is only $10 per day if you do not go in and out, but they only advertise the $21 parking (this makes sense if you go in and out multiple times). The hotel is currently under some construction.
Beautiful rooms and conveniently located in the heart of Tulsa
Nothing
First time staying at this hotel and will definitely will return if and when I go back to Tulsa. Check out The Avery resturant inside hotel you will not be disappointed.
I truly enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Regency. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the hotel was very clean, and the location was excellent. Everything about my stay was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would gladly stay again.
Location is great. The Avery has an excellent menu and the bar made great drinks. Drew makes excellent Lemon Drops that my wife loved. The staff saw to our every need and we can be pretty demanding. We will stay here again.
Buffalo Soldiers & Troopers Motorcycle Club had over a thousand members show up for the annual Black Wall Street Motorcycle Rally, and the Hyatt Regency Tulsa Downtown took care of everyone as if they were solo. I will be staying again.
Greet service, pleasant staff great location for Downtown Tulsa. The meeting rooms are good , but the highlight is really the The staff are customer, friendly, responsive and eager to please.
TheThe staff and services were outstanding. The team made a strong effort to meet my needs despite multiple issues with the room. The shuttle drivers were extremely helpful in getting me to my venue on time. I would definitely stay there again.
Great hotel, staff were great and service was excellent as well. This hotel needs to be updated overall. The pool area needs to be clean and updated as well.
The hotel is in excellent shape; the restaurant is quite good; the staff were incredibly accommodating after I lost my wallet in Dallas (most hotels will not check you in wo a driver's license).
Everything was excellent with the hotel and the staff were friendly and helpful in every way. The only exception was the air conditioner not cooling down the room at night. We came back late at night so it was not a good night sleep.
Beautiful hotel in a convenient location. Stayed club level and wish I would’ve wandered up to the club area on day one. But next time…
I liked the cleanliness and the staff were nice.
The location isn't bad but I just don't like driving in downtown Tulsa. It's to hard to get around.
Always a great stay here. Great staff. Maria at the front desk was great checking me in. The Avery restaurant on site is great. Great location for downtown. Rooms are comfortable. My preferred hotel when I come to Tulsa for work.
Personal und Lage !
Die Bar ist akkustisch nicht ideal
Clean and easy access
Parking
Great place. Great people. Delicious food. Beautiful view. My family and I enjoyed. We had a wonderful time in Hyatt Regency Tulsa Downtown.
In great location for entertainment downtown
NA
I love the valet parking. The people were over the top friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet overnight. Very well kept hotel and it's really beautiful inside.
I was so pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of all the staff, whether it was the cleaners, the front desk or the restaurant staff. The room was clean and the towels were fluffy and soft. The pod coffee was even good! The hotel restaurant The Avery was fantastic. The servers were professional and the food came out on a timely basis and was delicious! Even room service was timely and the food hot and delicious. I would definitely stay here again.
Staff, pool, coffee shop 👍👍👍
The hotel is centrally located, and the service was exceptional! I'm accustomed to paying for exceptional service, but in this case, it was delivered above and beyond the price we paid. In particular, the front desk staff, especially Champaign Penawalker were very helpful and took great care of me! I will plan to stay here again if I return!
The hotel, on the surface was clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable. The staff was polite and professional .
There was adirty ring in the bath tub, it took over 2 hours for someone to come clean it. The pool had the same dirty ring around it above the water line. Dead and live water bugs laying around the pool. The worst of the trip was the room service. The food was fine, but it was delivered in a brown paper bag, like take out. I could have called uber eats for the exact same experience. Then there was a delivery fee. Just like uber eats! But it was the automatic gratuity that really pissed me off. We are not even going to discuss the double hotel improvement fee , What the hell is that? Anyway , ive stayed with Hyatt before and had a far superior experience. This one fell short. Overall ...7 out of 10.
Convenient, spacious. Rooms were large. Main area was spacious lots of places to sit/ lounge or hang. On-site spa, restaurant, little shops
A bit outdated. Some of the room wallpaper was peeling
convenient location, staff was mostly helpful and loved the bathroom
Hotel was very nice. great location. Walking distance from many restaraunts. staff was friendly and helpful. Conference center was better than expected.
Mooie omgeving. Goed restaurant. Vriendelijk personeel.
We were in town for a concert and stayed at the Hyatt due to its proximity to the concert venue. The hotel is in an older building that is well maintained. Room was very nice, staff were prompt and responsive. We had breakfast at the Avery, the restaurant affiliated with the Hyatt. The service and food were exceptional. This is a terrific lodging option if you find yourself in downtown Tulsa. The Hyatt is a real gem!
Nice location, well-maintained, be advised...do not park on the top level! They share the parking garage with the performing art museum.
This hotel is amazing. Great location, friendly staff, and super clean. Walking distance to so many cool downtown destinations. We had a wonderful stay!
To me, the valet service was understaffed, but the available workers should be commended for their total professionalism.
Can't remember a more restful and enjoyable stay! Jace welcomed us, provided all necessary info, secured us an upgraded room and valet service and amenities. We ordered room service twice and Josh was quick, efficient, and very friendly. Valet workers and restaurant manager/wait staff were attentive and kind. Food was fantastic--especially breakfast.
Location is great and the hotel is beautiful. I love that you can bring your pet(s) if needed. The coffee shop was a bit disappointing, the wait was really long, with just a couple of people in line. I paid almost $10 for a mediocre coffee. I hate to add this, but a lot of us are coffee people and we love our coffee in the morning! That was a bummer.

Wonderful location . Clean hotel , rooms, and comfy bedding. Employees were very friendly and professional!! Keep up the good work.
Best Regency club lounge in America. Foods was stocked daily and it was always clean. Service was awesome and helpful. Best
Very nice experience, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the services and my experience at the Avery, the attached restaurant far exceeded my expectations.
