⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) We had a wonderful stay! The property felt very safe and convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Parking was easy, and the location made it simple to walk to nearby attractions. Overall, a great experience… I’d definitely stay here again!

Always on of my favorite places to stay! 24 hour security, great restaurants to choose from - all under one roof. Two gift shops. Great staff to help with any needs that may arise. Thankful for the valet parking. Hotel rooms are very nice and clean.

Wish they had room service and carts for people who aren't using valet. We are elderly and injured outmrselves carrying lugggage from the carport to our room.

The A.C didn’t work as good. I set the thermostat on 67 and it would only get to 72. Thank goodness for alcohol to put us to bed.

Keys to room didn't work. Had go carry everything back to front desk and get rekeyed. 2nd set didn't work. Maintenance worked argued about his master key being just fine. Although he wasn't able to fix so used phone app. Bought day pass for spa and hot tub made the most irritating high pitch noise when turned on. Steam room and sauna had no tranquility sounds. Blahhh. Waste. Shower handle was loose in and went all the way to hot, so it was either cold shower or hot. Had to go back to front desk again for pool passes....all seemed unorganized and a very stressful stay.

Stayed there to see a Ziggy Marley concert that was held there, awesome venue. Nice clean place.Would stay here again.

River Spirit Casino Resort was a phenomenal experience to say the least!!! There was never a reason to leave the property for anything! I highly recommend this resort as a "10 star" getaway!!

I liked everything about my stay except because we stayed 3 nights they did not clean our room. You have to call for clean towels and shower gel and when delivering them they did not take the dirty towels. If you want your room to be cleaned you have to request it. I would prefer my room being cleaned and replenished daily.

I really just wanted a reasonably priced place to stay in Tulsa. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the property is, and all of the dining options.

Great place to stay.

I loved my stay at River Spirit. The rooms were clean, bright, and comfortable. The bed was amazing! I really liked being able to sit by the Pool bar in the evening, look at the river, they even had a fire. Everyone on staff was super friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful room. I attempted to get an early check in so our toddler could nap in the room in the afternoon. I called the day prior they said it was possible but to call the morning of. I called that morning they said to call back at noon. At noon they still were unsure if they could accommodate an early check in. They then proceed to call me back around 1 and said “we can check you in now” it would have been nice just to be able to get checked in and know that it was an available option (so we could actually be there at that time). I even offered to pay extra to check in early and that wasn’t an option.

Trying to get a shuttle to the airport was horrible! Talked to 3 front desk clerks. 1st when I checked in. Called at 730am was told it was set up. Talked to the clerk checking out but none of the shuttle personnel was notified

Very nice hotel, and floating around the pool with a drink was my favorite activity. Room was large and clean, nice large shower in the bathroom. Lighted make-up mirror was nice for 2 women getting ready at the same time. Loved Margaritaville, food and drinks were well prepared.

River spirit has always been a favorite stay for us. Safe, comfortable, quiet and margaritaville is the best.

Excellent rooms, very clean, great view of the river, and comfortable. Very efficient check-in and check-out process! The casino is one of the best in state. Lots of food options to offer. Overall fantastic experience! Bonus it has a parking garage.

Was told could likely get into room before 4 pm and get late check out, like 12 or 1 pm. Instead paid $306.00 for 19 hours( 1 night stay) and in room 6-8 hrs only. Front desk was repeatedly rude & FINALLY MY 2021 Turbo PORSCHE was apparently 1 of 10-15 CARS KEYED IN COVERED PARKING!! Great way to end a disappointing weekend.

CLEAN, FRIENDLY

Very upscale, room service was great, food was great, pool was fun.

Everyone was great except the management. When I came to the resort. I came to celebrate my sister's birthday at the pool. I was going to rent a cabana. I was going to pay full price. We couldn't check in till late Sunday. The area was so crowded. The kids were not able to have room for fun. Then I told then I wanted to pre-service the cabana for Monday since we will be able to be there all day in the sun. For with the kids. They had 3 available and would not let me even paying full price. Just wanted to have more room and space for family in the hot sun.

Great place for a weekend getaway. Easy Valet service and pool is awesome with a swim up bar.

River Spirit was an absolute pleasure to stay at. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The dining options have something for everyone and the staff were all friendly. The rooms were very nice with modern decor and bed was very comfortable. The pool is definitely a highlight with the bars and furnishings overlooking the river. Would love to return to River Spirit!

As a solo traveler, I don't mind pwying more for safety and convenience of the things i may need, all under one roof. Security is a big issue for me. Rooms are a nice size and clean, with a nice vanity area for hair and makeup. Bathrooms are a nice size, too. Beds are really comfortable. Not my first stay at this hotel, and won't be my last.

Liked thats it's a resort that you dont have to leave if you don't want to. You can eat & have things to do all in one place.

It was a fantastic experience. A drink package to purchase at the pool bar would be a nice feature. I also noticed the same canned drinks at the swim up bar that had a huge line were cheaper than the Tiki bar with no line. Prices of the same drinks needs to be streamlined across the resort.

We were able to check into our room early and went to the pool. It was very nice and then we ordered room service. The food was excellent overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms at this hotel are nicely appointed — the beds are very comfortable, and the shower is great. However, we specifically chose this hotel for its pool, as we were visiting at the end of July. The photos made the pool appear much larger than it actually is. In reality, it’s quite small given the size of the hotel and the number of guests it accommodates. Unfortunately, we were never able to enjoy the pool during our 5-day stay. It was consistently overcrowded, and there were no available chairs or even space to put our belongings. Another major disappointment was the lack of housekeeping. Our room was never cleaned once throughout our stay. When we inquired, we were told that housekeeping is only provided every other day — something that was not communicated to us in advance. Even with that policy, our room was not serviced at all during our visit.

They don't let anyone check in early. We even said we would pay extra. Arrived at 10:30am and couldn't check in until 2-3pm...

I loved the resort and the casino. My only complaint was it was absolutely freezing in there. I found it hard to enjoy the Casino and the restraunt for they had the air up too high on freeze. I finally went and bought a sweatshirt from the gift shop and put on long pants. Instead of wearing a dress or shorts.

We had a large party because we were celebrating a birthday. Made reservations at Fireside Grill. Our server was Sarah and she killed it. Absolutely the best server I've had. She was on top of everything all by herself. And there was 17 people in our group. She was able to handle all of our needs all by herself. She was patient and kind. NOT one hiccup with any of our orders. We will be back.

The bed is super soft. I live the space of the walk in shower. It doesn't leak water on the floor like ither hotels. I hope they upgrade the shower heads to handheld detached shower heads. Room service is great, the food in ecery restaurant is amazing. Great trip for adults. No microwave in rooms. Each floor should have one next to the ice machine.

All employees in every area of the casino was friendly, helpful, and seen. The place appears very safe and with security seen inside and out of the casino. Different places to eat are on site and each one we have visited was delicious.
