The stay was outstanding and my Driver Atthur was great and he made my stay beyond welcoming and very comfortable. I appreciate his kindness and love for his job and culture.

Beautiful spaces and comfortable.

We found carpet beetles on the bedding and floors. The housekeeping staff that came to change the bedding refused to vacuum after throwing the bugs on the floor and we were unable to be moved due to the property being sold out for the night. I am super disappointed with the way the situation was treated.
Well since I walk in to the front desk I don’t feel really welcome Mr. Joseph looks like he hate his job ! And was another gentleman who looks not happy either !, I don’t get any eyes contact with Mr Joseph not even once, that make me feel like I was not there .I ask him if was any way I can get a room with a nice view cuz was my Moms birthday and he just answer me ( I just try to do the best that I can) with not even a eye contact! I pay almost 200$ for just one just one night stay,, that more the one night in a room in NY CITY hotel ! The room was clean but the Shower Tub was almost overflowing the 2 times I took a shower. Honestly for the price I pay for one night and the huge parking fee I par just for one night I don’t think I would recommend this hotel to any of my family members and friends, thanks for your time ! My Name is (( Saúl Granados )) any question feel welcome to call me anytime
It was in a good spot of Tulsa. But the computers were down and I was never able to stay, plus never got my refund.
Didn’t get my refund due to the computers being down for almost 12 hours. Had to stay somewhere else and didn’t get my money back.
Close to bok
Sludge on ice bucket, no hand soap when we got to the room, hardly any body soap in the dispenser in the shower, shower handle literally just fell off after barely touching it, phone volume was so low I couldn’t even hear the front desk when I called, overall 3/10
Great location, clean, comfy beds!
All was great
$28 to park is ridiculous. We paid the extra money for the breakfast and it was a basic breakfast that should have been free with the room. I thought it was a walk in shower. The hot water and cold water were the opposite in the shower. Will not stay here again. There are better hotels in downtown Tulsa that cost less and have free parking. Not to mention the hotel charged me twice for parking.
Tv apps pre installed
The female at reception was cold and unenthusiastic.

We were rushed during check in because the clerk made it very clear she was more interested in trying to make a date with one of the guests who came into the lobby than she was in getting my husband and myself registered. Can you imagine my surprise when she jerked my credit card out of my hand and told me if we wanted to park it was going to cost 50.00 and then said she hoped we wanted parking since she had just charged us for it. She gave us one key and said bye, leaned across the counter and went back to her conversation. Our room was beautiful. But no hot water in the morning for showers

If you’re going to a concert at BOK this location is great! LONG wait to check in. LONG wait for the elevator (bc of the concert). Staff was pleasant to except one. Clean and nice.
After the concert we walked back and were going to finish watching a softball game for the World Series. There were clearly people in there, even people after us and the bartender was very rude saying they were closing. She proceeded to help other people, even giving them just water.
The staff eas exceptional considering the large crowd. Breakfast was yummy and there was a large selection. The shuttle to the BOK center helped and the driver was friendly.
Nothing! All went well!
It was close to the BOK Center, which is why we booked it.
The line was extremely long to check in. The digital key system was not working even though I checked in on the app. The hotel did not have one of my two rooms ready when we arrived at 5 (check in was 4) which caused an issue with my party of 8 being able to get ready for a concert. I would NOT suggest booking through booking.com because now Hilton is saying they can’t even issue me a refund since I booked 3rd party.
I liked the proximity to BOK.
Having to wait over an hour to check in. Unable to use app to check to avoid the hour wait. Having long wait times for elevators due to number of people in the building. The hotel gave away my 2 queen bed for a king bed…. There were 2 adults and 2 children
Location and staff friendliness
Location and shuttle to the concert
I was given the wrong room. A guest entered my room at 11:15 at night that knew my name. It was terrifying. While my daughter was sleeping I had to go down to the front desk to try and rectify the issue. The line for check-in was like entering an amazement park.
The location was great and the room was clean and inviting. The staff was awesome sands thank you for the yummy cookie! 😆
One small problem. The faucet in the tub would not turn completely off. There was a slight streaming of water. Was not aware that I had to pay for parking per day.
The hot tub and pool area were clean, the bed was comfortable
The staff was very rude and didn't explain anything. I was given my room car wasnt told where the elevator was or where the parking garage was. Breakfast staff was also rude when we told them breakfast was included in our room and they didn't check in after that
Property was great
No problem
Good Doubletree with the facilities you expect
We stayed over a weekend. On the Saturday the hotel was very busy and noisy but the real problem was on the Sunday evening. We went for a light evening meal but were told that did to a plumbing problem the kitchen was closed. I felt the hotel then missed an opportunity They should have followed that up by providing a list of suitable alternatives maybe with a bit of an incentive to use then. Instead they relied on a staff member to inform us and she suggested a place which unfortunately was closed on Sundays. I must stress that I do not blame this staff member at all she was just trying to be helpful There was also Quinta next to the closed restaurant a merry of staff went out of his way to help us
The Pool and Jacuzzi were fun.
It wasn't a horrible stay, but it definitely wasn't great or worth the money. I won't be back. The entire 2 night stay I couldn't get signed into the Internet on my phone. Couldn't get anything charged to the room from my phone. When I went downstairs and asked for help the woman was short with me and seemed frustrated (she couldn't get it to work either) so I just gave up and went back to my room. She tried signing in several times and it wouldn't allow her access. I couldn't order food from the room because of this which was super frustrating. It would take the order then wouldn't accept a charge to the room or even a debit card payment. I ended up going down stairs and ordering food. It wasn't worth $36 (a ham grilled cheese and a burger). Very greasy. My S/O wanted the tortilla soup and the woman taking the order actually told him the soup was terrible that day and she recommended not ordering it. When we first checked in, there was also what looked like coffee (that's at least what I hope it was) spilled on one of the pillows and the case (a large amount- not a tiny dribble). That tells you they don't wash the pillow cases and sheets every single time between guests. I should have taken photos but didn't. I just stripped the pillow and found a room cleaning maid. The air conditioner kept shutting off all night (happened both nights). It would start out cooling- fan on high and then a few hours in it would completely kick off. Both nights we woke up sweating- checked the thermostat (set at 69 on cool) and it would be 74-76 degrees in there. The room even got up to 79 degrees Saturday morning around 6am. The walls are extremely thin. We stayed on the 10th floor and we heard every siren/ambulance as if we were floor level- up against the road. You can hear people talking and walking in the hallway as if the door was open. I travel quite a bit and am used to noise in hotels. But this was quite extreme.
Customer Service
I was charge for parking for both nights and only parking one night my vehicle was parked at someones home the first night
The breakfast was good and the location was close to BOK which we had tickets for the hockey games there.
Everything was great.
What did I like about the place? It was close to the venue walking distance, that was a plus, and also the maid was very very pretty..
What I didn't like about the place. Was poor air conditioning that tiny vent did not keep the room cool, we hope after coming back from the concert that the room will be nice and cool it was not. It was hotter than hell Plus charging me for a parking fee that comes with the hotel is absolute BS I was better off staying at Holiday inn Express....
Service was friendly and helpful.
Every restroom had plugged toilets or broken automatic flushing.
The location, pool hours, pillows and bed were so comfortable
Elevators all had trash in them. The hallways to the rooms were freezing and you could hear all the noise from everyone walking in the halls.
Room was clean, but no wow factor
The front desk staff seemed confused about how to handle a corporate card authorization, and unfortunately, neither individual I spoke with maintained a friendly tone. Due to low occupancy and significant staffing shortages, the breakfast service was slow and the buffet was unavailable. Additionally, the parking layout is very poor. If I am being charged a premium for parking, I shouldn't have to drive up five or six levels to the rooftop and back down again every time I need to leave the hotel.
Pool and bar were nice
Dirty rooms, mold on pillow cases and bedding, no service at lobby
Average stay.
Averaged stay not impressed Price high Not recommend
The hotel was nice
The food prices were ridiculous, you had to pay to park even as an overnight guest, the rooms were small
Didn't dine there
It took almost two hours to check in.
I like the restaurant option because this makes it more convenient.
The coffee wasn't that great and there was no organic raw sugar option. Usually at Double Tree there is.
I enjoyed the atmosphere and the front desk staff were very sweet. Deneese helped me and she was very nice and helpful. My room was standard and everything looked clean and was quiet. I did also enjoy that the thermostat could be turned down further and ran like normal. Most hotels, this feature doesn't work well so it gets either too hot or too cold/humid.
The lights were dim, so had to turn on a few for it to be a good brightness, but I didn't have them on long enough to care.
Clean good location
EXTREME OVER CHARGE, it’s 3 dollars for the water bottles in the room and 28 for parking, absolutely ridiculous considering I paid 400 dollars for 3 nights,it’s down town so I get the parking but I’ve been to other double trees and the water being a charge is just nuts
Staff and room
Property was very clean and close to the venue we needed to be at.
Love how clean it is , except the room seemed like they didn’t clean the bathtub & it has a smell like mold / humid
Understaffed , no breakfast included
$18 was not worth it should’ve been free
Price and no service
Was charged for parking and the breakfast wasn’t fee won’t be back
I really liked the security around the elevators and doors. Because you had to have a key card to be able to use them it made me feel more safe! I also loved the cookies
I couldn’t find the stairs anywhere. I feel like there should be more signs pointing to them so in an event of an emergency people know where to go.
The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and attentive. My daughter and I came in very late and he had already checked us in and had my room key and directions ready for me. This made check-in very easy so we could quickly get to our room and get some rest.
Well, breakfast was delicious. It was a little pricey. I also would recommend having some flavored creamer for the coffee.
The staff was friendly and inviting, quick with solutions, clean and knowledgeable. The bartender that evening in the restaurant was phenomenal and exceeded our expectations.
My wife ordered the steak and I ordered the Birria tacos. The steak was cooked perfectly and had a wonderful flavor. My tacos on the other hand had left something to be desired. Dry and bland were my main criticism as they more closely resemble regular shredded beef tacos. The salsa was delicious but again, a stretch for traditional Birria.
Convenience
Had to pay to eat breakfast
Late night staff was completely unprofessional. Zoey was the rudest staff I have ever encountered. The check in lady ( wish I had gotten her name because she was a blessing and very kind) was amazing. Zoey shouldn't be representing Hilton. Rude and am impatient person that likes to belittle customers
Zoey not being the person I have to talk to
The location and room space.
Staff was unprepared with our room, we checked in at 4 ended up getting our room like 3 hours later. We were staying for a concert which we were rushed to get too. I understand front desk was stressed but we're rude.
The property was close to the BOK Center, which is why we initially chose this location.
We booked this hotel for an event at the BOK Center and when we arrived, they were having trouble with their key cards, and the whole entire lobby was full of people waiting to get checked in by the time we got checked in we barely had any time to get ready and head to the event. Definitely cause a lot of stress that was unnecessary. I will probably not choose this hotel in the future just because the staff didn’t handle the situation as well as they could have.
Location to BMX events
loved how close it was to stadium!
Did not like having to wait +1 hour for a room to become available even after booking it in advance. I understand being short staff but they did need to plan ahead for major events. A lot of people ended up waiting for their rooms to become available for +1 hours.
Location was close to the concert
Didnt get the room i paid for
Food
Got charged twice, had to pay for parking was told that they were gonna comp our parking because they charged my card twice got home and looked up my payments, and they charged my card for parking. Bad Place 2 Do Business with
Was walking distance to the BOK Center. Friendly staff. Clean.
That I had to leave.
This was very close to downtown. Beds were comfortable.
The staff in the restaurant were very inattentive to patrons. We saw many leave out of frustration from not being greeted or even helped. The rooms were semi clean. Empty Wine bottles were left inside our room closet from the previous tenants. Food was left on the ground in the hall for hours (random chicken nuggets..) ALSO: THEY CHARGE FOR PARKING IF YOU ARE STAYING IN THE HOTEL!!! We were not told of this, in fact we were told the opposite. The front desk said to throw away the parking tickets and just use our room keys. We got home and found out we were billed over $50 for two nights. STOP CHARGING YOUR PATRONS PARKING IF THEY’RE STAYING IN YOUR DUMB HOTEL!!!
Hotel was very clean. The staff were very friendly.
$28 a night for parking is outrageous for Tulsa, OK. I ordered room service twice. The food was not good at all. I did not get what I ordered. Also, they sent eggs up in a cardboard container which stuck to the eggs and made the inedible. The burger was burnt and the tomatoes were end peices with the stem still partially on one of them.
How close it was to the event center
Location seem understaffed at the front office huge backed up line trying to check in that took over an hour and a half. Nobody outside directing parking or traffic which turned into a huge traffic jam.
The room was nice, and clean. Comfy bed, and within walking distance of the arts district, and bok center. I usually stay at the Mayo, but for the price DoubleTree is hard to beat! The free cookies help 😁
