Stylish, cozy, and friendly hotel in great neighborhood

L'emplacement de l'hôtel au calme, à l'écart du centre ville mais pas trop (5 mm à pieds), le petit déjeuner très copieux et varié, chambre spacieuse et calme et équipé du nécessaire. Le verre 'apéro servit tous les soirs de 17 à 18 h même si je n'en ai pas profité. Personnel au top et surprise de trouver une personne parlant français.

It is typical of European hotel and does not have air conditioning in the rooms. Fortunately, it was cool enough in September to get amble breeze from the window so no complaints really.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr nah am Norreport von wo aus man schnell am Flughafen und an weiteren wichtigen Punkten ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück hatte ich nicht dazu gebucht und kann ich deshalb nicht beurteilen. Einzelzimmer war klein aber fein und alles notwendige drin.

Nice hotel, great staff, great location

The room was nice but small. Sadly carpeted even though picture of the room showed otherwise. Bathroom was extremely small (comparable to ship cabin bathrooms, shower and toilet basically in the same place, entire bathroom wet after shower, smallest sink) and not in the greatest shape. Shower head holder broken and not adjustable, bathroom generally could use a deepclean/ renovation). Defenitely not what i expected for the amount per night payed.

La ubicación es excelente, está muy céntrico y te permite visitar el centro de Copenhague andando directamente. El desayuno es bueno, en un restaurante del hotel vecino, un sitio muy agradable. El personal muy amable, nos hicieron sentir bien acogidos.

La habitación era increíblemente pequeña, sin un sitio para poner las maletas, no tenía armario para la ropa (solo unos percheros en una estructura sin puertas), la ducha muy pequeña, y sobre todo, la cama era muy estrecha. Se supone que era una cama de matrimonio, pero medía menos de 1,35. Solo apto para parejas muy bien avenidas, y más bien delgados, desde luego. Y lo peor es que el precio era absurdamente caro, pero de eso no puedo culpar a nadie, por supuesto, el mercado es así.

The location is brilliant, staff are lovely and helpful and happy hour ( free drinks) is appreciated.

No hooks in bathroom, no shelf for shower products in shower, no electrical outlet near bed for charging phones etc. have to ask for shower cap etc.

I don’t know the front desk clerk’s name, but he was so helpful and upgraded our room so easily! We observed him helping guests at your hotel as well as tourists stopping to ask questions. He’s definitely an asset to your hotel!!

Everything. Most of all the staff were all exceptional. Not one thing to say against this hotel and everything to praise. Perfect spot, clean light rooms and full of happy customers. Do not know how they did it. Heavy doors? No sound at all in the rooms. So peaceful.

Fab location, staff were so friendly and helpful, Cozy hour with complimentary drink is a very nice touch, our twin bedded room was large and comfortable

Addition of air conditioning for warm nights would definitely improve this hotel. Not TOO bad during our visit as heatwave had just ended, still a little warm in the room though. Minor points but very little milk provided for making hot drinks in the room and some body lotion in the bathroom would be a nice addition

Excellent location, very central and close to great restaurants. Staff were very friendly and super helpful with recommendations. Cosy Hour was a nice touch. The breakfast was great, with a wide selection.

Would have been good to have a mini fridge in the room

My room was a weird shape and above a kitchen that had food smells and noisy until 11 pm each night. I was too lazy to move but it wasn't an ideal room, especially at this rate per night.

It was easy to find, short walk to the metro which was a direct ride to the airport. The room was fine for a short stay as a solo.

I forget many places don’t have air conditioners and room was facing the afternoon sun, it was extremely hot when you got back after a day of exploring.

Wonderful hotel! Great location, super friendly and helpful staff, especially Emma and Casper! The most amazing breakfast! Comfy, clean rooms.! Elevator and luggage storage was appreciated as we had luggage for a 2 week cruise. Great amenities available- wish we had stayed long enough to take advantage of them : restaurants, spa, daily happy hour.

I couldn't stay longer.

from the moment we arrived, we felt welcome (and, luckily, we checked in just in time for cosy hour -- a wonderful way to unwind). ibsen's is located close to most tourist destinations, and we combined walking with the metro to explore the gorgeous city, and happily returned to the hotel each evening to dine in one of the many neighborhood restaurants. the morning breakfast, which i suggest including with your room when you make your reservation, was hearty, and the staff was friendly and helpful. plenty of food options for every diet. we loved sitting the lounge for cosy hour and late evening glasses of wine and conversation. for runners, there is a wonderful running path just five minutes from the hotel (go out the front door, turn left, head for the next major street, cross...you can't miss it!). the entire team at ibsen's was a delight, making us feel comfortable and at home during our stay.

this is more on me than the hotel, but it took me a bit to figure out storage for our clothing (we seem to be on streak of hotels without drawers -- this is not just a copenhagen thing). once i had my aha moment (the open cabinets at the foot of the bed), all was excellent.

The hotel felt like a small boutique hotel rather than a big chain. It was in a walkable and comfortable neighborhood. We were right in the middle of all of the sites and it was very easy to walk. Property was clean and relaxing. Great access to the metro too.

Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in Kopenhagen zu Fuß, mit dem Rad. Das Personal im Hotel ist super freundlich. Das Frühstück im Kong Arthur ist einfach mega lecker. Auch dort ist das Personal super entspannt und freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Frühstück gelangt man durch einen kurzen Walk durch den sehr schönen Hinterhof. Der Aufenthaltsbereich ist gemütlich und einladend. Mit Spielen und Lesestoff. Das 3-Bett-Zimmer war sehr geräumig und ruhig, obwohl es zur Straße lag.

Die Dusche wäre mit einer festen Abtrennung zur Toilette besser zu nutzen. Das Bad war sehr klein und hatte wenig Ablagefläche.

This is a really cool, quirky hotel. From the coffee shop and Art Installations in the lobby to the loft where we stayed that had a very unique tower that housed the laziest man in Copenhagen, the hotel exceeded our expectations. It is an Arthur hotel so the other hotels surrounding it were connected. We had breakfast in the Kong Arthur and it was spectacular both days with an incredibly friendly and forgiving staff (we were late both mornings :-))

The elevator is small so if you have a lot of luggage, good luck but that is not a significant gripe.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We took the light breakfast in the foyer, whch satisfied us. We ate at La Rocca twice - it's the restaurant in the hotel, and it's very good.

It would be good to have a safe in the rooms. There was a kettle, but no tea or coffee, which would have been nice.

Das Hotel liegt zentral und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Toll ist z.B. die Cozy Hour für alle Hotelgäste sowie das Frühstück. Fahrradverleih direkt beim Hotel möglich. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber.

This hotel was well situated, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The foyer area was very comfortable. It was easy to get to via the metro, and a good base to explore the city.

Whilst we had a good stay overall, there were some things that I want to mention. There was some damage in our room - a hole in the floor - and some of the hotel did not feel well maintained in the common areas.. There was no central air conditioning and our room did get very hot. The bathroom was functional, but poorly ventilated.

Wunderbares Hotel in toller Lage mitten in Kopenhagen. Zwischen 17 und 18:00 Uhr gibt es eine Cozy Hour. Jeder Gast bekommt er einen Drink aufs Haus. Das ist eine schöne Einrichtung. Im Hotel fügt man sich vom ersten Moment an wohl.
