Breakfast is good. Staff are friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious.

To reach the room we had to use stairs up and down. This was challenging with luggage.

Très bel hôtel cosy aux charmes danois dans l’esprit 'hygge'. Personnel d’une infinie gentillesse, très attentionné à l’écoute et très pro. Les petits déjs typiques et très variés. Le happy hour, bon moment de détente et convivialité.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und hilfsbereit für Tipps und Ausflüge. Sehr sauber und die Lage war perfekt. Gleich in der Nähe waren die Markthallen, ideal um zu frühstücken da der auf einen Snack zu gehen. Nette Lokale in der Umgebung.

Veldig sjarmerende hotel, hyggelig betjening, mange små hyggelige soner man kan lese bok, ta en kaffe eller slappe av med en øl.

Frokosten - for mange gjester, eggerøre av pulver og ingen appelsinjuice. Sengen var for smal til å kunne kalles en dobbeltseng

Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice.

This was the most incredible place to stay! Location superb, every staff member could not have done more and the ambiance was out of this world. A perfect place to celebrate our wedding!

Exzellentes Hotel in bester Lage und sehr fein gemacht. Der Nachmittagsumtrunk ist extrem gut besucht und macht Spass, auch wenn das eine Getränk schnell weg ist. In 7 Minuten ist man im großen Metrobahnhof und in 5 Minuten in der Markthalle, die top ist.

Einen Tick zu hellhörig, sowohl Zimmer drüber als auch die Straße.

It is beautiful. Bathroom, sleep, quiet, excellent. Location good for sights, eating and walking. Do cozy hour during the week.

The housekeeping, and the staff always rotating. Not clear on the bicycle rental charges, but a good cycle zone, equipment and advice. It would be nice if they found the missing tee shirt or reimbursed me as promised. Room hot.

The whole hotel had a beautiful, calm, and welcoming vibe. The wooden interiors and windows everywhere made every room feel light and cosy, with the communal areas especially welcoming.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön eingerichtet . Lobby , Zimmer , Frühstücksraum, Innenhof sind sehr hygge , dass man sich sehr wohlfühlen kann. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit , freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut . Metro und S Bahn keine 5 min entfernt . Bus 2min entfernt . Sehr schönes Viertel - Torvehallen gute Restaurants , beste Ramen Bar und tolle Bäckerei im die Ecke.

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מעולה! החדרים היו נקיים ומרווחים, היחס של הצוות היה נפלא ונעים. המיקום מצויין, קרוב למרכז. המסעדה האיטלקית la rocca הייתה אחת מהטובת שהיינו! בהחלט נמליץ לכל מי שמגיע לקופהגן :)

הזרם במקלחות היה מעט חלש בשני החדרים שהיינו (324+236).

Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, der Wasserdruck in der Dusche könnte etwas höher sein und die Duschwand etwas länger, da einiges an Wasser beim duschen nach außen spritzt. Das Frühstück war recht vielfältig, wir hätten uns allerdings als Dänisches Hotel Räucherlachs gewünscht. Es gab zwar eingelegten Hering in kl. Schälchen, aber der war mir persönlich zu süß (dieser, der aussah als sei er in Tomatensauce, war aber süß) aber das ist natürlich Geschmacksache. Alles im Allem war unser Aufenthalt im Hotel super.

Das es in einem nordischen Hotel keine (kostenlose) Sauna gibt, finden wir sehr schade. € 50,-- für 50 Minuten (pro Person!!!) ist außerdem sehr übertrieben, dafür kann man in anderen Ländern den ganzen Tag in einer Therme verbringen. Wir hätten diese gerne genutzt, da es bei unserem Aufenthalt an 2 von 4 Tagen wirklich kalt war und wir uns gerne nach dem Sightseeing den ganzen Tag gerne in der Sauna aufgewärmt hätten, aber das war uns das Geld nicht wert.

die Sauberkeit lässt sehr! zu wünschen übrig, auch nach der Zimmerreinigung waren immer noch Fussel und Haare von vor der Reinigung übrig. Insgesamt muss man sagen, dass das Badezimmer im Gegensatz zum Zimmer Substandard war

Das Frühstück und das Personal waren hervorragend

Das Zimmer war so laut, wir haben zwar eine Alternative am nächsten Tag erhalten aber das Zimmer hatte noch nicht mal einen 3 Sterne Standard. Das Bett war sehr klein, das Bad war ein schmaler Schlauch mit Badewanne, und im ganzen sehr hellhörig

The service was exceptional. The decor was beautiful and the rooms were very coming. The location was perfect for our needs. I really liked having staff available to talk to. They were very kind, friendly and helpful, particularly Celine (or Cecelia?). She checked us in and was working the morning we checked out on September 4th. We loved being able to check in early for a reasonable cost and being able to stay in the lounge until it was time to go to the airport. Thank you, we would love to return one day.

Les habitacions són maques (menys els banys) i el personal és amable. Es troba a faltar, pel preu, servei d'habitacions i algún servei de cafeteria o restaurant al propi establiment.

Els banys són horribles, fets malbé, amb les portes escrostonades. No estan a l'altura de l'habitació. El preu de l'esmorzar, del parking i de la pròpia habitació està absolutament desproporcionat al que s'ofereix fins i tot per ser Dinamarca. Està a prop de l'estació de metro però lluny de les atraccions turístiques mes importants.

Spent 3 nights here after 2 long haul flights from NZ. We had one of the attic rooms on the 4th floor so the windows were high, with a glimpse through to the lake. building construction and roadworks on the main road meant it was noisy first thing but this will be only temporary. The public areas were very relaxed with a chic stylish feel. We loved the happy hour free drinks, a chance to mingle with other guests from far and wide. Also the breakfast restaurant, well set out and large. The food was so delicious and we liked the sound of birdsong as you walked through the self serve area.

I enjoyed the separate sitting spaces both indoors and outdoors. My room was nice and quiet overlooking a courtyard. It was great that they had a fan in my room too. The staff was friendly and helpful and their breakfast was amazing.

Great that you can get a handmade coffee of your choice. Didn't miss a thing from the buffet and its was nice to be able to get a tray to take your room or sitting outside. Extremely nice staff🥰.

I have no complains. But, it would be nice if the bar played some soft lounge music. Music always makes one to enjoy ones cocktail even more. Very skilled bartenders.

Very small room and the bathroom wasn’t great with water going everywhere due to bad design. The room was so small that we could hardly shut the entrance door as it hit the bed

Great buffet and handmade coffee by your choice. A plus for being offered a tray to bring to my room or to sit outside. Very service minded staff.

Chambre petite, un lit a été rajouté pour accueillir 3 adultes, donc l'espace est réduit. La salle de bain est petite et pas très pratique. Petit déjeuner non inclus ou 30 euros de plus. Poyr une chambre à plus de 400 euros la nuit , je suis déçue !

Wir hatten nicht im Hotel gefrühstückt. Es gibt viele kleine Kaffees im Quartier, diese hatten viel mehr Charme als der Frühstücksraum im Hotel.

Die Mietfahrräder vom Hotel sind eine Katastrophe. Dass sie 200 Kronen pro Tag und Fahrrad kosten, war für uns völlig in Ordnung, allerdings haben wir dafür auch ordentliche Fahrräder erwartet. An beiden Tagen mussten wir in der Stadt eine Werkstatt suchen, um die Reifen aufzupumpen. Den Rädern fehlte es an Öl, sie traten sich extrem schwer, hatten nur einen Gang und schlechte Bremsen. Schade – die Fahrradausflüge wären sonst ein absolutes Highlight gewesen. Mein Tipp: Mieten Sie Ihre Fahrräder lieber in einem Fachgeschäft.

Friendly, helpful and hospitable staff. Good breakfast catering for all tastes. Comfortable and casual atmosphere. Massage and spa incorporated into the hotel along with several excellent restaurants just out the “ back door”.
