El agua no muy caliente

L'accoglienza uno staff calorosissimo e fiero di voler parlare e cantare in italiano 🤣🤣 e anche bene tra l'altro. Un grazie a tutti i concierge e un particolare a José, uno dei Bellboy dell'hotel, gentilissimo e disponibile e molto carino nei modi.

L'aria condizionata troppo alta, sembrava di entrare in un abbattitore 😂😂😂

La ubicación excelente y el desayuno es sencillo pero muy sabroso.

Ubicación

This place was wonderful! From the location to the service, the room, and the overall value, I had a great experience. The concierge spoke both Spanish and English and was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Whenever we needed something, like extra towels, they took care of us right away. The location was also a huge plus. There was plenty of nightlife nearby, which made it easy to go out and enjoy the area without having to travel far. The breakfast was amazing as well—definitely one of the highlights of the stay! Overall, I really have no complaints. The hospitality, cleanliness, location, food, and value were all excellent. I would absolutely recommend this place, and I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the Dominican Republic.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about my stay. Everything was up to par and exceeded my expectations. From the service to the facilities and overall experience, I was extremely pleased. I will definitely be back again!

Pedí un tipo de habitación y en la resección dijeron que reserve una inferior y querían cobrarme mucho más para hacerme el cambio , al final luego de largo rato me dieron la que yo había elegido que era la matrimonial

The cleaning rooms and location

Excelente ubicación en zona colonial, y muy buen trato de parte del personal. Siempre atentos y nos ayudaron con unos traslados que necesitábamos.

La ubicación y el personal es un hotel sobre la playa con hermosas personas siempre dispuestas a ayudar. El resto tiene platos regionales y la playa es un paraíso natural solo para tí.

Nada, solo debería de mejorar algunas respuestas de las chicas de la cocina del desayuno.

Adottano un cambio non ufficiale e sfavorevole al momento del pagamento della camera rispetto al prezzo stabilito in valuta estera al momento della prenotazione. La colazione era minimale e del tutto insoddisfacente. La camera aveva finestra non apribile.

Customer service was excellent, (special thanks to Mr Luis, front desk) The cleanness, convenient and well located... The breakfast was excellent.

No me dieron el cuarto que reserve, la cama fué incómoda, no servía el control remoto de la TV, lo reporte pero tampoco hicieron nada.

The first morning of my stay I reported an issue with the quality and service of breakfast, which I paid for additionally to my reservation. I asked for a refund for the rest of my stay given I was not going to eat there due to the unacceptable condition of the food and the staff's refusal to serve an alternative. It has been four days since my first report, I have since reported the issue at least a dozen times via email, instant message and especially verbally at reception. Although the staff has been polite, they have not taken any action and after four days I have not gotten any straight answer or resolution. Emails and messages have been left unanswered. No apology, no recognition, nothing. One of the worst experiences in costumer service I have experienced in my life. Besides this, the keycard does not work 50% of the time, the winecooler in the room doesn't work, and the noise at night doesn't let you sleep. The only good thing to say is that the location is very central.

Rooms are very small and old, ridiculous set up. Moved my room and then also gave room electronic key to another person. So much for safety!!! Housekeeping didnt clean as room was "empty". And NO hot water

While it's in a convenient location, it is NOT worth it at almost any price. Imagine I was "upgraded" to an executive room. It was little more than a closet! To change the tv channel you had to go behind the tv to point the remote at the cable box. Very friendly front desk staff changed my room!! However they forgot to update the computer and at 10 pm some random guys uses his card to enter my damn room!!!! Not acceptable. Next day housekeeping uses her card to come into my room while I am asleep as the room is on her list as "empty"! Seriously people! Breakfast is fine but expensive at about US 15 a person. Final straw - no hot water!!! Out of here soon and will never recommend it!

I stayed for 10 days, The location of the hotel is very convenient in the middle of the tourist area. All the staff all are welcoming and very friendly. The morning breakfast team was very sweet some staff speak understand English, Brunirden is always smiling and helpful. The reception team is very professional

Por error tome la habitación que decía cama compartida, andaba con mi pareja y no hicieron la debida diligencia para ayudarnos. Decían que no tenian más habitaciones. Que se puede anular el pago. Que ellos no saben nada de la aplicación. Las toallas tenían mal olor y la nevera no servía. Muy pésimo servicio

My bank statement reflects a charge of approximately $40 more than the price originally confirmed on my Booking.com reservation. Furthermore, the refrigerator in my room was malfunctioning (not cooling). When I reported this to reception, I was informed that the refrigerators in all rooms are intended for storage only and are not designed to cool items.

La reservación no era como me ofrecieron la habitación al llegar. Era una cama para dos y me dieron dos camitas individuales, no tenía desayuno y estaba en la solicitud, fueron casi $500 mayor de lo reservado, pero ya estaba ahí

Mi experiencia fue bastante buena. El hotel es limpio, cómodo y con un ambiente agradable. El desayuno estuvo muy bien y cumplió totalmente mis expectativas. Además, su ubicación es excelente: todo queda súper cerca dentro de la Zona Colonial de Santo Domingo, lo que facilita caminar y conocer los puntos principales sin complicación.

The location is good. The room is regular. Nothing worked in the room: the television, the phone, refrigerator, air conditioning, there was no light in the shower, no outlets to charge phones, and no lamps. There are mosquitos. Just 1 shower towel. I asked for another room and got as a response no availability. At the restaurant, everybody was so nice: Brunilda, Denis. Sara, Natanael y Patricia. They are collaborative and kind people. At reception, Guillermo and Joel are nice but do nothing to solve issues at my room. They sent me a very nice guy, Ismael, who tried to fix the issues, but I got just the air conditioning working, the TV is working just with 1 channel, and got an extension cord to be able to connect my phone.

Only the action was worth it, unfortunately we staff was not very welcome and the room was very small, I’ve stayed in this brand many times and this is the first time this is happening to me

The the room was supposed to be a superior room and we barely couldn’t even be in the room. It was so small the floor smells.

São varios anos de hospedagem, sou reconhecido

Nesta hospedagem deixaram um grupo de peloteiros, adolescentes jogadores de beisebol, fazer muita bagunça, ruídos, brincar com os elevadores, deixando selecionados todos os andares quando vc ia usar. Ridículo a falta de controle dos responsáveis dos individuos bagunceiros e da equipe do hotel do sábado.

Everything was great, the bed was so comfortable and big, overall the room felt like home. The only thing that was really bothering was the smell at the bathtub. I think pipes need to be fixed. Thanks you so much God bless.

Wonderful, safe and staff was very attentive. Check-in and out was very easy. Only 20 minutes from the airport. Clean and modern hotel. I felt very comfortable. Vite was nice. Bathroom had basic needs.

Two two sons and i missed our fights back to Jamiaca and we had to stay at this hotel forctwo days. The front staff was super polite, helpful, and patient with us while i was having some difficulties with my credit card. Hats off to you Mr. Front desk operator..

breakfast was ok, the location was good except the construction in front of the hotel was unpleasant but understandable.

the ac was inadequate in my fist room I asked to be moved and I was, the second room was much cooler! good ac. I felt the cost was too high for what I received, the room was too small! I reserved a "larger room" with a queen bed in order to get more room and I did not feel the room was large enough to justify the cost. many better options at that price range.
