small room and no well and basically restuarent staff is very bad habit

Front desk and Resturnt staff must be train to behave in star hotels

Location is at centre

Staff (especially non omani) Due to flight timings I extended my stay for 5 hours as I stayed for more than 5 days, and paid half of the charges (what I paid for full day) 20 OMR, and they almost started calling me exactly on 5th hour and there staff started knocking the doors. Its like they throwing you out. When I tried to give my feed back , they even dont listen and started justified and arguing. It was not generous specially when you are in Oman. Generally hotel gives some time.

أعجبني موقع الفندق في منطقة الخوير؛ فهي منطقة حيوية تتوفر فيها جميع الخدمات. كما أحب الأطفال المسبح كثيرًا، وكانت مواعيد السباحة مناسبة جدًا، خصوصًا أن المسبح يبقى مفتوحًا حتى الساعة التاسعة مساءً.

الفندق بشكل عام قديم ويحتاج إلى التجديد. كما أن مياه المسبح لم تكن نظيفة، بل كانت عكرة بشكل واضح. أما الإفطار فكان من أكثر الأمور التي خيّبت أملي؛ فهذه زيارتي الثانية للفندق، وللأسف لا يزال البوفيه محدودًا جدًا ويفتقر إلى التنوع والخيارات. كذلك، فإن إطلالة الغرف على المدينة عادية، وأرى أن الغرف المطلة على المسبح توفر إطلالة أفضل.

I had a meal in the restaurant it was expensive I accepted only to find they put 3 small shrimps On my plate

الاقامه كانت ممتازه وشكرا لموظفة الاستقبال لا اعلم ما اسمها بس كانت مبتسمه ومتعاونه معي

من أجمل الفنادق من حيث كل شي والطاقم جدا متساعدين وبشوشين شكرآ من القلب كنت حاجز ليلتين ومداد 3

مافي اي شي لم يعجبني بالعكس كانت ايام حلوه ومريحه

الفندق جميل ونظيف وسعره مناسب وموقعه قريب من الخدمات والموظفين ودودون جدا ومحترمون ودائما في الخدمة خصوصا الموظفة( وفاء ) شكرا

للأسف، لم يعد الفندق مناسباً للعائلات كما ينبغي. خلال إقامتي، كان هناك حضور ملحوظ لأشخاص يُشتبه بارتباطهم بأنشطة غير لائقة، بما في ذلك نشاطات مرتبطة بالدعارة، خصوصاً في بهو الفندق والمناطق المشتركة. هذا الأمر يخلق أجواءً غير مريحة إطلاقاً للعائلات، ولا سيما للعائلات التي تصطحب أطفالها. من الضروري أن تتعامل إدارة الفندق مع هذه المشكلة بجدية وحزم، وأن تضع ضوابط واضحة للحفاظ على سمعة الفندق وتوفير بيئة محترمة وآمنة ومناسبة للعائلات. الفندق يمتلك مقومات جيدة، ولكن استمرار هذه الظاهرة يؤثر بشكل كبير على تجربة النزلاء وصورة الفندق بشكل

Clean and Amazing food

Every thing great

It was relaxing and staff were accomodating

The ac is not in the condition i guess because there is a water dripping from the ceiling and its in the hall way which is very dangerous when you want to go outside the room or you want to go to the bathroom. Also about the taxi that the hotel doesnt allow to go inside to bring the guest at the receiving area or take a passenger after checking out of the hotel. Some man there i dont know if what his position there maybe he is a manager. He told us when our taxi that we booked thru otaxi arrived, he told us why not get taxi from the hotel? Well first reason is we dont know, second i am sure the amount is higher than booking a taxi online. And forbidding the taxi to go in the entrance of the hotel is i think not a customer friendly given that the weather is hot and also some of the customers wanted to save some money like choosing were to book a taxi. That was a big nono for the customer.

الموقع ممتاز وطاقم الموظفين في الاستقبال قمة الذوق والتعاون وبالاخص الاستاذه وفاء خدومه ومحترمه ومبتسمه ومعاها ايضاً موظفه عمانيه ماعرف اسمها محترمه ومبتسمه

النظافه قل مستواها عن المرات السابقه لاحظت الهاوس كيبينج لايقوم بتغيير الشراشف طول مدة اقامتي والسجاد لاينظفون يوميا يعني الغرفه مونظيفه

It was a nice quiet place. Good all in all

The cafe/ bar in the reception area was not operating and I would have appreciated this
