Reviewed Feb 8, 2026Very unprofessional check-in staff, kept chatting between themselves, instead of looking after the customers. When asked about parking, she said that the valet had gone away, this was at 4pm. She asked me to park in basement. When I went down there, were no parking slots available. Street very narrow and congested. Rooms outdated and stains in toilet
