I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel and would not recommend it based on my experience. On the second day of my stay, during normal afternoon rest hours, the hotel brought in professional carpet-cleaning equipment and cleaned the hallway for approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. The noise was extremely loud and disruptive, making it impossible for me to rest in my room. I have photos documenting the carpet-cleaning activity in the hallway and will provide them as evidence. In addition, the room I was given was directly across from the elevator, which caused even more noise and disturbance throughout my stay. The parking situation was also very poor and inconvenient. I paid for a hotel room expecting a reasonable level of comfort, peace, and the ability to rest. Unfortunately, that was not what I received. Scheduling loud carpet cleaning for hours in the hallway while paying guests are trying to rest is unacceptable. I am requesting a refund for this stay. I will be submitting photos to document what occurred. If this matter is not resolved appropriately and a reasonable refund is not provided, I will consider disputing the charge with my credit card company. Overall, this was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience, and I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay.

Good location, super clean room.

Had a spacious room with two queens. The rooms comfort was very good. Breakfast was good, some variety of eggs and fresh pastry. Area was nice, safe, walkable and lively, with cheap eats and higher end restaurants. The staff at the front desk were kind and attentive.

Doors were kind of old. Some places you could smell it was once a smoking property.

A very good hotel in a convenient location and easy to get to. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. Parking was always available, and we never had any trouble finding a space. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a good hotel. We would be happy to stay here again.

I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast. Everything was served on disposable plates and with disposable cutlery, the food was cold, and the selection was very limited — basically just eggs, sausages, a few pastries, and coffee. In my opinion, it would have been better not to offer breakfast at all than to serve one like this.

La sala per la colazione è troppo piccola e in diversi orari ci è capitato di dover aspettare prima di poterci sedere. Per tre volte la camera non è stata rifatta, sebbene l'avessimo sempre lasciata libera tra le 10 di mattina e le 3 del pomeriggio.

In the heart of Sunset Blvd. and West Hollywood. The location is great, lots of sites nearby. The view from the King balcony room of the city is fantastic. The pool is nice with lots of loungers and available towels

Lots of reviews commented on the mediocre breakfast. I wanted to give it a chance but it’s true, it’s lacking. There was a bowl with multiple oranges with white mold on them in the buffet. Surprising, because I would think they would pay extra attention to the buffet given the reviews. The shower often took several minutes to warm up from cold. They explained that this is because the room was several floors up from the boiler room.

The most beautiful pool area, perfect for breakfast and chill days

L’hôtel a été entièrement rénové ces derniers mois, les chambres sont impeccables et pour les doubles, très spacieuses. L’hôtel est un havre de paix, qui s’enroule notamment autour de sa piscine et de son jardin arboré et fleuri.

Although the hotel is older, the room was really nice and clean. We had a large room with a comfortable living area, which made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel is also in a great location near the pier, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The room was amazing, clean, comfy and facing the courtyard pool area. Breakfast was good, staff was pleasant and helpful. I can't stress how great our room was, it was perfect for us and the price for the room was good. The location was exactly what we came to that area for - felt safe, things to do - it was a great way to experience LA with the family.

The ONLY thing I didn't like was that I could not find the parking garage - I had to call the front desk after passing the hotel and she gave us the incorrect address to the garage and had to circle the property again, then called back and had to have the gentleman at the desk walk us through how to find the parking garage - but after that it was fine.

The room for our family of five was a great size. Loved the pool - very relaxing out there at night.

Breakfast room was very small. Stairs were a little painful with a lot of bags - I struggled as I had two. Car parking was tight with a big car, but my husband managed it well.

.I liked the hotel's location and the safety of the area.

The breakfast seemed reheated, and the dining area was small.

14 year old son loved it, the pool, easy atmosphere, helpful staff. Carlos was very helpful when we were looking to stay another night, arranged a room at short notice even when online it was booed out. All of the staff we interacted with made our stay pleasant

Complimentary upgrade to a king room with large balcony, city view. Beautiful Old Hollywood neighborhood. Palm trees, bouganvilla. Easy parking under the building with elevator to lobby.

I have stayed at this hotel an amazing 29 times ( not a typo !) Ask for Carlos at the front desk ,he will make sure that your stay is the best it can ever be. He’s exceptionally helpful and you will not regret it That being said the whole staff is a delight No grumpy faces anywhere And I have stayed at every kind of hotel, including five star resorts A quick tip for out-of-towners. This hotel is located in West Hollywood, which is adjacent to Hollywood, but it is its own city. It is a more upscale, vibrant and less turbulent Neighborhood than Hollywood itself. However, it is still close to all the attractions that you might want to visit. It is a great area to base yourself in ,if you want to explore LA.

The location was great, right on Sunset Boulevard. The room was spacious and the pool area was great.

(1) The cost of the room was ridiculous -- I feel hotels were raising prices just because they could. To pay $500 a night for a room here (initial price was $399, then include taxes and parking) -- I understand that the World Cup is going on, tons of graduations. But a hotel that usually prices rooms at $199 charges to charge $399 seems to be price gouging (2) We were given a handicap accessible room, yet asked for a 2 Queen bed room. Not a huge deal, but I wasn't going to go complain to the front desk as it was after a long day of traveling. (3) The bathroom in the handicap accessible room was quite slippery. Thank heavens I could manage -- I would just worry about anyone who isn't stable on their feet in that bathroom (4) We were situated right near the exit and the exit door was kept open, which doesn't bode well for being "safe" (5) The morning front desk clerk (we checked out at 5:45 am) did not ask how our stay was, never made eye contact -- just printed out the bill and gave us the receipt -- was just not very nice.

La pileta divina. El desayuno bien, norteamericano. La gente en recepción super amable y rápida para hacer el checking. La habitación super cómoda, con mesa, sillas, micro, cafetera. Las camas super cómodas.

Es raro llegar. Difícil estacionar por el ingreso general ya que es una calle muy transitada. La cochera esta a la vuelta del hotel. Se llega bien y super cómodo.

The property was beautiful, but we had a hard time with the parking. It depends on the size of your car. If you have a large vehicle then you wouldn’t be able to really park after 10:30pm most of the parking space was taken and the larger cars would be so big took over two parking space.

I really liked the room. It was very comfortable, clean and had a great view of the pool, courtyard. I liked the central location, Two really good restaurants were located withing walking distance. This allowed to enjoy a drink without requiring an uber or taxi. The hotel overlooks Los Angeles and gave me a really cool vibe staying in West Hollywood on the Sunset Blvd. I used a Hop on-Hop off Bus to see the various sites. The bus also stops very close to the hotel.

The breakfast was a minimal continental breakfast with no real attention to detail. I was so impressed with the building and location, I expected a little more from the breakfast bar. While I was impressed with a few site seeing locations near the hotel, a couple were disappointing. I expected a little bit of glamour on the nearby Hollywood Blvd. I found none.

The location and hotel over is nice and clean however they need to update/fix broken air conditioning in rooms.

The room was really nice but was a big disappointment due to the air conditioning not working. Made several complaints to the staff but there was nothing they could do due to no other rooms being available. Had to leave the sliding door open the whole night and get bit up my mosquitoes to make the room cooler. The only compensation that could be provided was my parking to be refunded. The stay here definitely ruined my birthday trip.

Convenient location

Camera spaziosa, letti supercomodi, piscina e supporto dal front desk. Quest'ultimo in particolare si è offerto di risolvere almeno in parte un imprevisto problema. Molto apprezzato e sicuramente out of the ordinary.

la colazione potrebbe offrire qualche alternativa salata in piu. Le posate in plastica sono uno spreco di plastica.
