Hotel Plaza

Air con. Spacious room. Fridge.

Fridge didn’t work. Tissues in bathroom wasn’t refilled (completely empty). Only half a toilet roll (no extra as it normally is).

The bed is super comfortable

That he didn’t have a TV

Next to the Cebtral Station and Westhafen.

We don't like the separate mattressEs in a doubke bed.

Zimmer in Dachschräge optimal eingerichtet, Aufzug bis vorletzte Etage. Gerne wieder.

Good location, central, close to the main station. Friendly staff. The room was very spacious and it had everything you need.

It was novery clean.

The bed was comfortable. Good pillow and bedsheeds clean. I liked the shower and it was really good to have a air condition. The room was small but cosy.

There was no breakfast available. Not even a cup of coffee. I had to walk every morning to the nearest bakery to get a cup of coffe. Also, the elevator seemd a little shady.

It was good value for the price.

The room was a bit dirty and didn’t meet my expectations around cleanliness. Hair in the carpet and on the bed, etc.

Hotel is gedateerd

Super friendly reception staff member. Good location for the Hbf station and bars and restaurants around the hotel. My room had a balcony and a comfy bed.

The shower in room 25 can’t stay up without being held

sporco

tutto

nothing

Room smelled of smoke, fusty, not clean, screws were in the bed, not clean, no teamaking facilities. no option for beakfast

Bardzo dobry Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji. Polecam.

As cortinas do banheiro eram mofadas e o espaço do box muito pequeno.

Almost nothing

Everything .. so dirty

Apartment perfect

This is a Hotel with a very good location, friendly for frequent travelers that does not want to spend a fortune for a simple overnight, spending the day outside. It is a bit outdated but provides all the basics one would need, this includes very comfy beds. The inside of the room was clean, but this does not necessarily extends to the auxiliary facilities (balcony etc). However, for a surcharge you can also get a secure parking. In summary, good value for the money.

All basics were covered.

we booked 3 rooms with air conditioning as weather was hot. Rooms were very dirty. insects, spiders were coming out from side of beds in 2 rooms and spiders were on the celing. Air conditioning was not working in hot weather in 2 rooms. Bad smell, dirty floors. Left over food were in the minifridge in 1 room. staff changed 1 room so they got AC but people in 3rd room slept with no Air conditioning in hot weather.

Konum şahane. Personel özellikle resepsiyon görevlileri çok yardımcı oldular. Butik otel gibiydi.

Sevmediğimiz hiç bir şey olmadı.

Man hörte kein Verkehr.

Super close to the central train station!

Nähe zum Hbf.

Nix.

Ruhiges und sauberes Zimmer.

Nix.

Tranquilidad , limpieza

Nada

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Von Hauptbahnhof zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

I like location and hotel staff are very kind

Every thing is excellent..there is no issue for anything

Staff was great and accommodated us well!

The shower had mold in it. There were a couple of dead bugs in our bed.

-Inexpensive private parking -near main train station -well working AC

nothing

Funktionierende Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Betten und Lage alles top

Fernseher funktionierte erst nach 2 Gängen zur Rezeption

Nice, clean and comfortable room, late check in available, staff were really helpful and welcoming. Close to Central Station.

Lift wasn’t working that day and we couldn’t make the fridge work:( (Not their fault but the street coming from central station seems unsafe especially at night, the rest of the location looks ok).

Lage

Sauberkeit

Litt for støvete

Es moderno y limpio

.

Bedden waren goed!

Behoorlijk verouderd hotel. Ruikt niet al te fris (roken ? Airco ?).

That the room matched the description, a double bed + single bed.

The pillows were not comfortable, very soft. Breakfast not included.

The size of room 2 was decent with a large bathroom and actual bath. Beds were comfy. Some nice eateries nearby - Persian place down the road and Blackberries cafe at the end of the road.

The first room we were shown to was 17 and smelled so bad that I had to ask for a different room. The next room which was room 2 was decent. The safe was locked when we got there and was not fixed despite us asking.

benim bir adet altin kolyem gozlugum ve parfumum otelden calındı degeri yaklasık toplam 25.000TL olan bir zarara ugradım aynı sekilde benimle birlikte konaklayan arkadaslarımdan birinin daha cuzdanı ve aksesuarları calındı ve bir arkadasımın daha takıları çalındı. otelde danışmadaki calısanla konustugumuzda hicbir sekilde ilgilenmedi otelin hiçbir yerinde bir tane bile kamera olmadıgını bisey yapamayacagını soyledi. mudurleriyle konusmak istediginizde hicbir sekilde iletisime gecemedik mail attık cevap vermediler ustunden 3 gun gecti hala cevap gelmedi 1 gece erken cıktık fiyat iademizi alamadık yuksek miktarda zarara ugratıldıgımız halde. calısanların duyarsızlıgı ve odamıza bizim iznimiz dışında girilip eşyalarımız çalınması ve odamızın dağıtılmasından çok rahatsızız.

Većina osoblja vrlo neljubazna i nepristupačna. Ako gledate apartman u Frankfurtu u blizini kolodvora - izbjegavajte!!!

Buena ubicación. Aire acondicionado.

Sucio, descuidado, lavamanos y ducha tapadas, insectos.

Helpfull and nice receptionist. Comfortable beds.

Apartament had strange smell, specially in the bathroom, lamp near the bed was broken, old banana in the mini bar, water in the sink in the bathroom was cloaked.

Very small space. Comfortable bed.

The location but that was my pick.

Fridge. Comfortable bed. Very practical shelf where you could put stuff on at the headboard of the bed. Good desk I could work at properly. Many plugs in the right places. Big mirror. The two issues I had was resolved very quickly and good :)

Only one pillow. I am using two. Sink blocked and had to ask for a ‘don’t disturb sign) but as I wrote in the ‘positives’ when talking to one of the girls that was cleaning. She resolved both issues very quickly and satisfactory.

Nichts

Unfriendly staff, room key didn't work properly and very dirty room

Unfriendly staff, room key didn't work properly and very dirty room

Super

Great location, 5 minute walk to the river, 10 minutes from train station. It was quiet and safe.

Everything good

The location, air conditioning and the Persian restaurant opposite.

Disinterested staff on reception, the room and corridor smelt of cigarette smoke, the phone in the room was not connected to anything. No glasses to drink out of. The shower fitting is broken, the door has fallen off the safe unit.

Algunas instalaciones necesitan reacondicionamiento

The air conditioning was great and the room was very large

Great location. Very kind personel. I will stay again next time

Need some renovations
