The room was too cold even after you turn the air conditioner off. There was no way to heat the room up. Because the air kept coming out cold

The staff and facilities were nice. It had a good size indoor pool area, with a large hot tub and small gym. The breakfast buffet was good and well stocked.

The building is quite old and could use some updates. Also the water flow of the sink was very weak!

I stayed for 3 weeks, extending my stay the prior week. The staff was helpful in making sure I received the same room. The service and facilities were good.

The carpet had visible stains and so did the curtains. Ice machine on my floor was always empty. Spills in the elevator.

I liked the fact the location was located right off the freeway but also the fact that all the doors were secure with key locks.

1. The floors were dirty 2. The drain in the bathtub drained slow 3. The A/C made noise all night like a dishwasher. The filters needed to be cleaned. It made it feel humid in the room. 4. It would be nice if they had directions for food delivery drivers since everything is locked down and they don't contact for delivery

The AC did not work in my room and maintenance could not fix it till next morning the only thing that was offered was a box fan

We are a non profit that gathers 3 x's a year to provide a supporting/social interaction among friends & family. We have found BW to be both an excellent location, but also a great value with respect to amenities (cleanliness, value & level of service are top notch!)

If you only need to lay your head for one night, it might be worth considering for the price. Our room was not very clean and the entire floor smelled like pot.

Paying for breakfast. That was a First for me. Every time it's always been part of the deal. A free breakfast. Wasn't that good either.

I loved the charming, vintage/ antique aesthetic. It’s rare to find a hotel with personality any more, but this one still has it.

The second elevator needs to be marked better. It’s a maze to get to and the parking lots were being repaved so we got quite turned around. An additional plaque sign with “elevator 2” would have been helpful. Also signage indicating which door leads to which parking lot would also be helpful.

Staff was great the rooms were clean and very nice and the shower was perfect water pressure amazing

Loved the beauty and integrity of building. My friend and I booked without knowing the actual look of the facility. It was a great surprise discovering it as a pink palace. Made our weekend extra whimsical! Staff, cleanliness, and food was fantastic! We loved the pool, sauna, and hot tub. Just overall great experience. !

That we had to pay for breakfast. It wasn't a big surcharge(only $10 for both my friend and I per day) but was confused as our listing mentioned it being provided with our stay, not an extra charge. Didn't fight it as it was inexpensive just wish it was stated more clearly when purchasing a room.

The swimming pool & what is located around there

It was great

Too much noise in the next room, all night high volume of TV, additionally dig barking. Smell bad, too much cannabis odor. In the pool no supervision, some people used smoke, two young age tenager show adult like intimacy behavior in front of the families, and kids. The breakfast quality is very poor. I paid the breakfast voucher money in advanced, then the same night I wanted to cancel the voucher, but they said non refundable. So, if you dream a quite, and clean environment, plus avarege breakfast quality, don't try here.

a classy place, close to henry Ford Museum

they hit you for $5.00 each if you want to do breakfast, I thought, OK if it had some hot food/meat, I found it no better that many places we've stayed at with free hot breakfast. they had warm sausages & eggs, & the usual fair, no waffle maker.

The only problem air conditioning was poor did tell front desk they brought a fan and it did help i knkw the weather was crazy seems like the 3rd floor was super hot then the others but it was great all around thank u

Very clean and smelled good. Beds comfortable. Lotions and soaps smelled great. Had to search for parking when we came back from a concert-that was the only problem. We didn't have breakfast.

The carpet in the hall and the room , and the cream colored curtains were noticeably stained🤮 . Everything else was perfect

Pool and Jacuzzi were nice. The hotel itself is big and looks good, and breakfast was served in a nice restaurant like place.

The beds were not good. Perhaps just in our room but it was just sunken and we woke up with a backache. Also the breakfast was not very rich.

Honestly didn’t have any issues with this hotel. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. You felt safe, at home and comfortable here. My family and I stayed for 3 nights and we loved it!! We booked the 2 queen beds room and it was very comfortable and lots of room! The bathroom ceiling was a little short for a 6”1 guy like myself haha! So the mirror my head wasn’t in the mirror. Oh well. That was my only problem haha. I will definitely be booking with this hotel again in the future. Even the breakfast we had was amazing!!!!! Eggs, oatmeal, cereal, fresh fruits, juice, pancakes.. it keeps going! Each day they do change 2 hot trays out with something different but we still had no problems with the food. The restaurant that’s in the hotel where you get the breakfast also opens up later around 4pm for dinner. Food was delicious alcohol beverages were very good and even the staff there are amazing!! We enjoyed the hot tub and pool with no issues. Again, if you need a hotel close to the casino (15 minutes away) or want to enjoy the Henry ford museum and village or even tour the ford factory, it’s all very close. Close enough that it’s (6 minutes away)!!! Thank you staff at the Best Western greenfield in!! We loved it!!

After two nights at this hotel, I find it a little hard to choose a rating because so many things about our stay went well, while a few things could be improved. The exterior of the hotel is meticulously kept; we especially enjoyed the courtyard flowers from the gazebo. Our bathroom had been recently renovated with a walk in shower and included nice towels. The room was clean and comfortable, and the $5 breakfast was a good value for the variety of food provided. We had booked a room with a sofa, but an additional chair would have made the room more comfortable for conversation. We would have preferred at least some carpeting instead of the laminate flooring in our room. The dark floor made the room feel a bit darker than we would have liked. The automobile photos on the hallway walls fit the theme of the community very well, but many of them are faded and could use replacing. The free shuttle to the museum was a welcome perk; however, when we called for pickup, no one answered the phone. We took an Uber. Overall, we felt our stay was a good value for the price we paid. The location is about 10 minutes from The Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village, and we would stay here again.

The beds were comfy

The bathroom looked very outdated and I found some stains on the sink. The pool and hot tub looked gross, the pool was very cold and no one wanted to swim in it Breakfast was ok but the place looked dirty, the floor was extremely sticky. The French toasts tasted like they were made hours prior, same with the eggs. I expected better quality food

The cleanliness of the facility from the lobby, restaurant, pool area to the rooms and great location.

No future discounts were offered or anything to compensate for the time lost from 11a-4p on 5/26/3026 and although my hubby and I were advised a notice was sent to each guest: We did not receive a notice and instead found out when attempting to shower😫
