Einziger Wermutstropfen: Frühstücksbuffet öffnet erst um 7 Uhr, obwohl bei booking com ab 6 Uhr angegeben war. Da unser Zug schon um 7:30 Uhr abfuhr, hatten wir keine Gelegenheit vorher zu frühstücken. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption, ob die Möglichkeit besteht, früher zu frühstücken wurde uns eine "Lunchbox" angeboten. Eigentlich eine gute Idee, aus 4 verschiedenen Angeboten konnte man eins auswählen. Leider war nicht das drin, was angegeben war. Schade, hätte ich das vorher gewusst, hätte ich das Zimmer ohne Frühstück gebucht.

Ich hatte kurzfristig gebucht für eine Nacht mit meinem Hund. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir bekamen einen Hundekorb mit Spielzeug aufs Zimmer. Sehr aufmerksam. Ich hatte ein Zimmer in der 16. Etage gebucht mit einem traumhaften Ausblick.

Zentrale Lage und in 3 Minuten Fußweg zwei sehr gute Restaurants mit bayerischer bzw. dt. Küche. Empfehlenswert. Das Zimmer mit Terrasse über den Dächern von München ist schon beeindruckend. Ansonsten war alles i.O. wie immer.

- We booked premium room and they gave us family room with 3 beds as premium room was not available ( 2 guests only ). - Room was too hot to the extent you don’t feel comfortable while sleeping ( AC cooling was restricted ). - Train noise was too annoying until 2 AM. - Parking is 4 min walking distance.

Great location next to HBF and a short walk distance to the old town, very convenient. Spacious, bright room with modern decor. Complimentary capsule coffee and bottled mineral water daily.

A load-bearing pillar right in the center of the room ruins the open feeling. The tram stop is just outside the hotel, and early morning trams can disturb sleep.

Before our arrival we had some questions which we asked via email, these were answered quickly and elaborately. It made us feel welcome even before we arrived. Upon arrival the check-in went smoothly and we were off to our amazing room. The room was clean, it was well maintained and up to date. We slept well because the rooms are quiet. When we went to the breakfast we were greeted by all the staff we passed. The breakfast itself is elaborate with various sweets, breads and a chef who will make your eggs as you desire. Another nice feature about the breakfast, which we as vegetarians appreciate, is that cheese and meats are clearly separated and have their own utensils. All around we had a more than lovely stay in this amazing hotel!

The hotel is very nice and the rooms were a good size with comfortable beds and great views. Though I did pay for a Premium room so this is to be expected.

The guy on the front desk didn't acknowledge me for ages when we arrived. I stood in reception like a bit of a lemon and eventually went up.amd asked him if he could sign us in. I thought there might be a self sign in service but instead I was greeted with a rather blank face. Also the lifts seem rather inefficient and lots of people were waiting, some a long time. Finally the snacks and drinks in the room were really expensive.

An absolute 5-star experience! I truly loved this hotel and was completely impressed by everything it offered.Beyond the great facilities, what made my stay unforgettable was one particular staff member. Tetiana was exceptional. She was incredibly respectful, always smiling, and showed pure professionalism in her work. It is rare to see someone who takes such great pride in what they do.I also want to highly commend the breakfast staff. They were fantastic, extremely attentive, and provided excellent service every morning.Thanks to this high level of teamwork and professionalism, my time here was highly comfortable. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I am in Munich!

La gestione della pulizia non mi è piaciuta. Abbiamo trovato capelli nella doccia e a terra al bagno. Quando abbiamo segnalato la cosa ci hanno mandato la persona addetta che purtroppo ha solo passato la scopa elettrica. Non lavano a terra tra una check in e un altro e questo non mi è piaciuto.

Directly opposite Hauptbahnhof so extremely convenient for transport. However a good 15 min walk to Marienplatz. I used the fitness room daily which had good equipment and air conditioning. It was 39 degrees outside!!!

Sehr zentrale Lage mit höflichem Personal im Gastro-Bereich. Das Frühstück lohnt sich (gute Auswahl). Die Zimmer sind sauber und mein Zimmer war weitgehend ruhig.

An der Rezeption bat mich eine Angestellte heran, nur um mir mitzuteilen, dass sie mich nicht einchecken wird. Statt eines bestellten Rasier-Kits wurde eine Duschkappe auf das Zimmer geliefert.

シャワーブースと洗面の間のガラスの間仕切りが狭いので、上手くシャワーを浴びないと洗面スペースの床がビショビショになってしまい、使いにくかった。備え付けのスリッパ、歯ブラシは有りません。湯沸かしポットは有りました。

My first time at this hotel in Munich, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean, modern, and stylish. I opted for one of the more expensive rooms with a balcony, and I was impressed. I will book again next year. The hotel is central, so getting around was easy using the subway.

The location was excellent, and our room on the 14th floor had a beautiful view and was very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good, with a great selection and quality. I would especially like to mention Shohinjon from Guest Relations. He was exceptionally attentive, professional and genuinely caring throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience and made us feel very welcome. His attention to detail and personal approach really stood out and made a big difference to our stay. He is a great asset to the hotel and deserves special recognition for his outstanding hospitality.

The only downside was the gym. It is quite small and has limited equipment, so there aren’t many options for a proper workout.

The location is less than 1km from old town. The train station is across the road. Many restaurants around. The stuff we're always helpful and nice.

You can here the trains but it's worth it if you need to catch a train. The internet is slow, if you need better internet you should pay the extra. There is a good safe in the room though for a 15 inch laptop.

The lobby smell, they pumped some kind of really strong scent into lobby area. Made me nauseous if I stayed there too long. Terribly strong in the afternoon, 5am this morning hardly any.

Cleanliness & location to main train station

the rooms and staff at this hotel were excellent. having a/c was wonderful during the heat wave. The proximity to transportation is a plus for many. However, this proximity comes with the noise all night of the trams . While the area has some excellent restaurants, unfortunately there were not many inviting walking/ exploring areas near it. If you are ordering breakfast at the hotel take the rooms with breakfast included. Otherwise breakfast is charged per person at a very overpriced rate.

My booking was not honoured. I booked 6 months in advance, I was flying with an elderly person with a disability and I specifically booked two single beds option that was available for my requested room with terrace. I had confirmed with staff that my request is for two single beds. A week before my arrival, after I had already paid I msged the hotel again just to confirm my request only for them to notify me no such option exists!!! I have a screenshot of the booking I made with the options on Booking.com. Neither the hotel nor booking found me a solution and instead breakfast was comped. I couldn’t change hotels as the hotel wasn’t responding to Booking. And hotels in the city were fully booked for an event! Never staying there again or booking through Booking.com as they’re unhelpful in such situations.

Great hotel. Very close to the city center, right near central public transportation but still quite. The room was big, comfortable bed, specious bathroom. Clean and nice. Nice city view. Lobby had some complimentary drinks and snacks.

At out first night there was a problem with the hot water (at the whole building) so we had to take freezing cold shower at night. It was fixed the next day.

El hotel es perfecto, moderno, comodo y esta perfectamente conectado con la estacion central y el resto de transportes (metro, tranvias, autobuses) y a 10/15 minutos del centro.

המלון נמצא בתחנת רכבת מרכזית מאןד נוח להגיע משדה התעופה ולכל האטרקציות בעיר. צוות אדיב ונחמד ויעיל. המלון נעים ומתוחזק יפה, חדרים שקטים ונעימים.

האזור יכול להיות בעייתי בערב, לא כל כך נעים להסתובב.

What an awesome hotel. Directly beside the train station. Very nice rooms. AC, excellent breakfast, excellent service, Comfortable beds, gorgeous modern bathrooms, nice shampoo and conditioner….we really loved everything about this hotel. You can go anywhere in the city from here and the staff are very kind and welcoming. They treated our dog like royalty, even bringing him a plush doggy bed and treats. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Munich.

My family and I stayed at the NH Collection München Bavaria in July, and it was an excellent place to stay. We had just arrived after a very long flight, so the location, only a very short walk from Munich’s main train station, was extremely convenient. We arrived quite early in the morning, and the hotel was able to make one of our two rooms available for an early check in, which was greatly appreciated after such a long journey. As a family of five, we needed to spread across two rooms, but the hotel was able to place the rooms quite close to each other. The rooms were excellent, very clean and comfortable, with good curtains and blinds, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and plenty of towels. The rooms were compact, but very well presented and had everything we needed. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the superb buffet breakfast. It was easily the best breakfast we had during our entire trip. There was an enormous selection of both fresh and cooked food, including a chef preparing omelettes to order, soft and hard boiled eggs, fresh juices, yoghurts, cheeses, cold meats and plenty of fresh fruit. There was also an excellent range of breads and toast, gluten free options, and a huge selection of teas and coffees. The variety and quality were exceptional and made for a wonderful start to each day. The reception staff were also very helpful whenever we had questions. There were lots of small touches that made the stay particularly pleasant, including fresh apples available for guests. There was a small gym on our floor with fresh cold water and apples, and in the afternoon there was fresh lemon water in reception along with some lollies for the children. Munich was very hot during our stay, so having cold water readily available was especially welcome. The location is also very convenient for getting around Munich. There is a tram stop directly outside the hotel, making it easy to travel into the city and across towards the river and attractions such as the Deutsches Museum. Overall, this was a very comfortable, clean and well located hotel with helpful staff, an outstanding breakfast and some thoughtful extra touches. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Munich.

The breakfast was Outstanding! Such a wonderful selection of delicious food! The room was clean, modern if not a bit small. But great shower. We were fortunate to have a room on the top floor with a terrace and a view. Very good gym facilities.

Although across the street from the central train station (a convenience), the street scene right outside the hotel was chaotic. It’s not on a quiet street (the room was quiet though) so if you want a quaint location this is not it.

The location of the hotel was perfect for all forms of transport around the city as well as transfers to and from the airport. I would recommend the MVGO app as it makes travel simple to use. The reception team were very efficient and answered any queries during or stay very courteously. The room was perfect for our needs. The bed was very comfortable and the layout of the room was suitable for our needs. We were pleased to participate in the sustainable housekeeping option as it reflected our stance on environmental issues. The breakfast was more than we anticipated as it catered for all tastes and dietary needs. Generally the staff in the hotel were welcoming and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would recommend the hotel to others.

The hotel is centrally located across the street from the HBF. The staff was great to work with, allowed us to check in early, held our bags after our checkout, and were helpful in making recommendations. The room was smaller, but comparable to other hotels we’ve stayed in Europe. It was clean, comfortable, had a good bed and AC. We would stay at this hotel again

Our stay at NH Hotel Munich was reasonable. We had arrived after a long flight early in the morning. The rooms were quiet and clean and air conditioned - we had a superior room with a view and the size of this type of room is not too bad. The bathroom was small and ok - reasonably functional. In these respects it met our needs well. We had seen from some other reviews that the location was not ideal and whilst we didn’t think that would worry us it did. Coming into the hotel was always unpleasant - lots of people hanging around and smoking around the entrance all the time as there is a major entrance to the railway station right outside. Construction around the hotel as well. On the plus side we were not bothered by noise despite the business of the area. Would give 4 stars if it was in another location but it is where it is. We would probably stay elsewhere next time

The location was excellent as we travelled to Munich via Eurail and then the Airport bus was next door when we flew home.

There seems to be a reluctance to ‘make up’ rooms if it can be avoided. Our room was not made up on a day we requested and as it was hot weather at the time, fresh towels were preferable.

Very nice hotel located at a very convenient spot of Munich - close to the centre and extremely close to the main station. The breakfast is sublime and the staff is friendly and professional.

The price might be a bit high.

朝食はこれまで泊った中でも最高のレベル。今回の旅行でザルツブルグ、チロル、ドロミテの計７つのホテルに泊まったが、ダントツで最も良かった。夫婦で3泊したが、部屋の掃除を省略する代わりにロビー近くのバーで使えるドリンク券（ビールなど）を1日に2枚ずつくれる。ただし、その場合でもタオルなどの交換は、注文すれば届けてくれる。ロビーの人の対応は親切で、ミュンヘンの交通機関の1日券もロビーで買える。ホテルの立地は、空港連絡バスの発着場まで徒歩1、2分と最高の場所にある。

ミュンヘン中央駅の至近だけに、窓からの騒音は気になる人もいるかもしれないレベルだ。またスタッフの訓練が十分ではない面が見受けられた。笑顔で話しかけても、不愛想で不快そうな対応の従業員も数人いた。部屋でものを食べた後、容器などを廊下に出しっ放しにするマナーの悪い客がいて、食べかすがそのまま放置され、廊下で異臭を放っているなど、不快な面もあった。

This hotel is located in front of the main station in Munich and the breakfast is amazing. It is very convenient to take any sort of public transportation and there are plenty of restaurants in the surroundings.

Personal super freundlich; ob beim check-in, Barkeeper, Empfang beim Frühstück oder der Koch, der gekonnt Omelettes zaubert. Alle super freundlich. Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet. Tolle Lage, direkt am HBF.
