Lage direkt am HBF, für Anreise mit dem Zug perfekt und alle weiteren öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind sofort erreichbar. Gutes Restaurant: sehr guter Service - feine alte Schule!!, TOP-Frühstück - sehr umfangreich, gut bestückte Bar.

E' un hotel in cui soggiorno spesso dal 2015 e non ho mai avuto particolari problemi. La struttura si fa preferire per la posizione a lato della stazione centrale, per la professionalità dello staff (sempre soddisfatte le mie richieste sulla camera) e per il ristorante, tranquillo e aperto fino a tardi. Buona la pulizia delle camere e anche il rapporto qualità - prezzo. Non ho provato la colazione ma il breakfast box era adeguato.

Nulla da segnalare, il soggiorno anche stavolta è stato positivo.

Ottimo hotel vicino alla Hauptbahnhof in cui ho soggiornato svariate volte nel corso degli anni. Stanze sempre pulite e personale cortese e professionale. Affidabile il ristorante per cenare in tranquillità anche ad orario tardo. Buona sia la colazione che il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Purtroppo l'aria condizionata della mia camera era molto debole, pur essendo impostata al massimo. Essendo arrivato tardi e ripartendo la mattina seguente, ero troppo stanco per segnalare il problema e chiedere un cambio stanza. Conoscendo l'hotel non dubito che la reception avrebbe risolto la situazione o mi avrebbe spostato immediatamente, ma vista la brevità del soggiorno ho preferito lasciar correre.

Location was excellent, being near the main station and about 500 metres into the old town. Valet parking was available whilst staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfast was excellent value. Room was spacious with towels replaced each day. An excellent hotel, great value for money. Would stay here again.

ルフトハンザのバスでミュンヘン中央駅に早朝に到着。ホテルまでは歩いてすぐ。笑顔でチェックイン対応してもらい、午前中ゆっくり身体を休められた。フロントスタッフはみな感じが良い。お部屋は広くてセンスも良い。朝食は落ち着いた雰囲気、種類も多く美味しい。翌日も同じメニューだったのが少し残念。

Close to augustiner keller beer garden and the train station and also only a lovely 15 min walk to Marienplatz. (Muse see!) Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Wonderful stay!

6泊7日で利用。 ・朝食が美味しい。ソーセージ、パンもあり。コーヒーをケトルでくれるのだが、飲みきれずTogoのカップで、と言ったら対応してくれた。 ・冷房はしっかり効く。むしろ少し寒かったくらい。部屋は広くはなく、過去の口コミ通りやや古いが、冷蔵庫も金庫もあり、お風呂場含め清潔感は保たれており問題なし。タオルも毎日替えてくれた。 ・スタッフの対応も良い。ノイシュバインシュタイン城に行く際工事で通常の電車が使えなかったのだが、フロントで聞いたらアプリを一緒にダウンロードしながら教えてくれた。帰りも空港までの直通バスの購入の手助けをしてくれてスムーズだった。英語が話せる必要はあるが。

・特筆すべき点なし ・あえて言うなら学会期間で1泊あたり3万円ちょいと高値だったところか。ただ、同じ立地の他のホテルと比較しては安い方だったので満足している。

Excellent buffet breakfast in a lovely, old-world dining room. Immediately across from the main train station, so convenient for public transport or for those moving on from Munich.

Furniture was worn and a bit shabby. Lobby somewhat cramped and uninviting.

ミュンヘン中央駅のすぐそばで、ルフトハンザエクスプレス停留所もすぐそばにある。 トラムの停留所も目の前にあり、主要な所に行くのに非常に便利。 朝食がとても美味しい。 ミュンヘンに来たら是非食べたい白ソーセージも毎日あり、チーズやハムの種類も充実していた。 フレッシュジュースやスパークリングワインもあり。 コーヒー、カプチーノなど希望に合わせて用意してくれる。 パンの種類もたくさんあり、毎日違うものを食べ比べてみた。どれも美味しかった。 ミュンヘン空港に早朝に着く便で行き、ホテルに着いたのが8時頃で、荷物だけ置かせてもらおうと思ったら、そのままチェックインさせてもらえた。 早めに荷物の整理もできて、とても助かった。 部屋には冷蔵庫があり、夏場だったので飲み物を冷やすのにとてもありがたかった。 冷房の効きも良かった。外が暑い時に一度ホテルに戻り、休んでからまた出かけることができた。

Very friendly staff, well kept property, felt very safe in the hotel.

There just weren’t enough pillows on the room, and the first night, they forgot to make up the extra bed for my child- even though we had clearly booked him in. I was far too tired after 15 hours of travel to wait for staff to do this and my child just wanted to go to sleep. They remembered to do it for the next night and he felt much better. The first night he said that he had felt forgotten. 😞

清潔だった。 空港に着くのが朝だったため、荷物を預けに行ったらそのまま追加料金無くチェックインしてくれました。 朝食付きでしたが、現地ツアーの出発時間の関係で朝食を食べることが出来ないから、ランチボックスを用意してもらえますかとお願いしたら用意してもらえました。 ビュッフェの朝食のソーセージが美味しかったです。

水が初日に1本置いてあるだけで追加でもらえない。硬水だった。 購入もフロントではできず、中にあるバーで購入とのことだった。

Excellent location, right across from the main train station. Also close to some of the attractions and with a tourist bus close by. The room was clean and comfortable and the welcome to the hotel was very warm. The lady reception even put up with my broken German, although I am sure that her English would have made communication easier between the two of us!

Honestly, it is not about the property, but more about the surroundings as a lot of areas around the train station tend to have a lot of seedy characters hanging out on the streets on both sides of the train station, so I did not venture out after dark.

①ミュンヘン中央駅の正面にあるため、ノイシユバンシュタイン城行きツアーバスや市内ウォーキングツアー集合場所から近いこと。 ②ベルリンからミュンヘンまでルフトハンザ航空を利用して移動した際にロストバッゲージになりましたが、受付のスタッフがアメニティやバスローブを貸してくださったり、荷物の状況をPCで調べてくれたり、大変親切に対応してくださったこと。 ③日本の電源プラグを持ってくることを忘れたことを伝えたら、日曜日で電気量販店がお休みだったため、スタッフ個人のものを貸してくださり、どこで売っているのかを教えてくださったこと。 ④ミュンヘン市内の主要観光スポットまで徒歩圏内。また、地下鉄も利用可能なこと。

①ホテルの部屋の壁にUSBコードを刺して充電することができないため、日本の電源プラグを忘れると困ること。（ドイツの電源プラグは受付で貸してくれます。）

Najwygodniejsze łóżko, na jakim kiedykolwiek spałam, wyciszone okna i mocno zaciemniające zasłony sprawiły, że komfort snu oceniam 10/10. Minął już miesiąc, a ja nadal wspominam ten materac;)

Spacious room, quiet. Comfortable beds,very clean, air con, friendly reception staff, spacious lobby, traditional and classy feel but not stuffy. Excellent location opposite the station with easy bus and rail links around town and to the airport. Very good breakfast.

Great location near the train station. Rooms were just the right size for an over night visit. Breakfast was amazing. Every one of the staff was fantastic. Polite, helpful, made us feel welcome.

Situation géographique idéale. Propreté de la chambre et disponibilité du personnel de l'accueil. Repas du soir au restaurant particulièrement apprécié.

Petit déjeuner cher et peu varié. Peu de viennoiserie, pas de yogourt nature. Jus d'orange en bouteille (pas d'orange pressée) et thé en sachets (pas en vrac) Les chambres côté Nord donnent sur un mini square où se retrouvent des personnes bruyantes tard dans la nuit : on ne peut pas toujours dormir la fenêtre ouverte.

Listening to people flush the loo as it ran down the inside of the walls was a new one on me - wow. That part of Munich especially the otherside of the station - all I can say is Munich has fallen. Issues I know across Europe - but what has happened to such a great city.

The single room was cosy & very clean. Breakfast was amazing!

Foreign Exchange made it quite pricey….but loved the high end fittings and extras that came with the room (I.e. gym, sauna, steam room & breaky)….made it worthwhile….

2日目の朝、現地ツアーに参加するため　集合場所に近いこのホテルにした。ミュンヘン中央駅近くなので　ミュンヘン国際空港からのシャトルバスで来れて便利。また　現地ツアー集合時間が早いので　朝食分のランチバックを用意してくれたので良かった。

Jederzeit und immer wieder

ミュンヘン中央駅を出て、横断歩道を渡って目の前って感じで、徒歩3分です。この立地なので、各フロアに部屋が詰め込まれています、って感じでです。部屋は掃除されていますが、古さは感じます。ただ、ここの朝食が素晴らしい。普段は駅横のレストランですから。 2026年7月中旬は猛暑で、エアコン、冷蔵庫は重要でした。

設備の古さは感じました。

ミュンヘンの玄関口として抜群のロケーションです。 レセプションの皆さんは、笑顔で優しいです。英語があまり得意でない私にも親切に対応してくださいました。 今回は少し広い部屋を予約しましたが、スーツケースを置くのに十分な広さがあり、バイエルン調の室内も心地よく、快適に過ごせました。 朝食は、特に白ソーセージがお薦め。テーブルごとにポットで提供してくれるコーヒーも、このホテルのレストランは格別です。

コンセントの数がもう少し欲しかった。

ミュンヘン中央駅(北側)目の前で、チェックアウト後列車移動する私たちには最適なホテルでした。 中央駅地下には日曜も営業しているスーパーやデリもあり、その点でもとても便利です。旧市街も徒歩圏内です。 お部屋も広く、バスタブがあったのもとても良かったです。

Durch die Lage direkt am Bahnhof direkte Anbindung vor der Tür an U- uns S-Bahnen, Züge und Strassenbahnen. Personal sehr freundlich.

Frühstück hält nicht was es verspricht. Billigware und nicht alles top frisch (Gemüse, Käse). Bad war im Zustand der 80er Jahre. Fleck an der Fliese neben der Toilette, der über Jahre durch eine tropfende Toilettenbürste wohl entstand. Badeinstieg zur Dusche für über 70 jährige eine Herausforderung mit Unfallgefahr, zumal auch die Badewanne sehr glatt war. Möbel für den Speermüll geeignet. Klimaanlage kühlte nicht ausreichend. Betten sehr weich, oder besser gesagt durchgelegen.

Me gustó su ubicación al lado de la estación para excursiones. Buen desayuno (te ponen la jarra de café y la leche en la mesa para ir sirviéndote tú y así no tener que estar yendo a la típica máquina de café) y luego un buffet. Botella de agua de bienvenida. Secador de pelo decente. Hay un súper al lado. El armario está bien y hay frigorífico.

Quizás demasiado movimiento al salir por estar al lado de la estación de trenes que además está en obras. No habia hervidor en la habitación.

We stayed for one night and had a fantastic day. The service from reception was excellent and very informative. Given us some local information that was required. The room was exceptionally comfortable and we were located on the top floor in one of the rear rooms so it was peaceful and we had an excellent night sleep breakfast was scrumpy with plenty of Choice and again excellent service.

My go to hotel for quick stops in Munich due to proximity to train station and ease of getting around. Over the years they have updated and renovated rooms, which are basic but clean and comfortable. Nice lounge area for a drink. Nothing over the top but a very nice stay at a better price point than other (typically chain) hotels by train station. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and it could not be easier if you're traveling via Munich Hauptbahnhof.

駅の真横でアクセスは抜群。駅ナカに小さなスーパー、飲食店、ホテル近くにドラッグストアやディスカウントショップなどがあり、買物にはとても便利です。空港バス乗場もすぐ近くなのでこれ以上ないロケーションです。町の中心には少し距離がありますが、目の前にトラムの停留所などもあるので便利です。スリッパ、ポット、お茶セットなどはありませんがしっかり冷えた冷蔵庫はあります。エアコンもついているので最近の暑い夏でも心地よく滞在できます。リクエスト通りバスタブ付の部屋にしてもらえましたし、湯温もちょうどよく使いやすかったです。 コンセントと私の持参プラグとの相性がよくないのか充電がうまくいかなかったのですが、フロントで別のプラグを貸してくださり安心できました。対応ありがとうございました。 朝食には、ヴァイスブルストもあったので、毎朝楽しめました。

３泊したので朝食も3回とりました。そのうち2日目だけ、とあるスタッフが朝食の飲み物を聞いてくれたとき「カプチーノはないよ、普通のコーヒーで」と言われました。その数分後、別の人にはカプチーノの選択肢はある、と言っているのを聞いてしまいました。初日も3日目もちゃんとカプチーノを出してくれました。2日目のスタッフにだけ差別されたのでしょうか？いい気分になれなかったのはそれだけです。

We booked thru booking.com for 3 nights. The friend I was traveling with who has cardiac issues had an AFib attack and we left a day early so she could see her doctor.Of course the hotel charged us for 3 nights even though we stayed 2 nights.Booking.com contacted the hotel to refund the last night but it was denied.

On the small side - I was edging around the tiny bed.

We had the single room which was plenty of room really. Had a refrigerator and a wash cloth which I have not had in Europe before. Really liked that. The bathroom was fine(bath tub was deep and kind of hard to get in and out of). The breakfast was wonderful and the staff also were great. The location is right next to the train station. Very convenient and we did feel safe. The S1/S8 line to the airport was so easy to use. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing about the hotel but we had to change our stay and leave a day earlier. Since we had booked 4 nites they did not want to refund us the one nite not used. We are still working on this. We understand that we changed our stay but hoping for good out come Appreciate booking.com still working on this for us.

The hotel is located right next to the main train station, and one can easily access the rest of the city by public transportation. The room is clean but pretty basic. The breakfast has a decent selection and the restaurant staff is very efficient. There are a number of issues that are worth mentioning during our stay. First, the internet connection is really slow and spotty at times. The AC will not allow the temperature to go down further after a certain temperature is reached. This means the room could be uncomfortably warm during the summer days. There is a lack of basic amenities such as hand soap when we first checked in. We found the drain of the wash basin was stuck one night and they had to move us to another room, which had a non-working hair dryer. The overall quality does not match the price one pays.

Die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof hat mir gut gefallen. Auch das Personal stand rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung. Trotz der vielen Menschen in und um das Hotel, hat man sich dort sicher gefühlt. Das Frühstück hatte alles, was man sich vorstellt und typische bayerische Extras wie Weißwürste mit Senf. Die Räume sind nach gehobenem Maße ausgestattet.

Die Anfahrt per Auto war verkehrstechnisch etwas schwierig, da nur drei Autos direkt vor dem Hotel - zum Ausladen - halten konnten. Der Parkservice hat dann das Parken in der hoteleigenen Garage übernommen.
