Mir gefällt nicht, dass der angebotene Shuttlebus viele Stunden während des Tages nicht verfügbar ist. Taxifahrten sind auf Dauer zu teuer, um zu einem Hotel zu kommen, das abseits des Flughafens liegt!!!

Sauberkeit war nicht zufriedenstellend. Einige Haare am Fußboden. Ein Haar in der Toilette.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Close to walk along the Main river all the way to the outside bar close to the church and walk back via the Bahnof.
Room was a bit small about 15 sq metres. Had to ask reception for an electric jug as no tea or coffee was available in the room. We had our own supplies just needed hot water. A small inconvenience. An aside the shuttle bus was non operational between 12.00 pm and 15.45 every day. We caught the 72 bus that ran on Saturdays. Closer bus stop not operational on weekends. See photo a short 10 minute walk.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und einfacher Check-In; Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung - die Waffeln, die man sich selber backen kann, sind Klasse! Zimmer sauber und gut renoviert; Bett bequem.
Die Erreichbarkeit mit ÖPNV ist ideal - man läuft 1,3km durch die Stadt; das Zustellbett (ausgeklapptes Sofa) war sehr unbequem.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Wir haben hier eine Nacht verbracht. Die Ibis-Hotels sind einfach und preisgünstig. Nutzen wir öfters. Personal war freundlich, CheckIn problemlos. Shuttlebus unkompliziert.
Die Matratze war diesesmal zu weich und durchgelegen. Die Nachtischlampen sind zu groß für das kleine Zimmer.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Sehr gutes Frühstück. Nähe zum Flughafen, aber ohne Lärmbelästigung. Guter Service: Trotz Missverständnissen bei der Reservierung des Parkplatzes,haben wir dank der Dame an der Rezeption dennoch kurzfristig einen bekommen.
Unser Sohn musste auf einer Art Feldbett schlafen, welches nicht so bequem war.

냉장고가 없어서 음료 간식 저장이 불가했다. 실내화ㆍ생수제공 없었다. 버스정류장이 원거리에 있어 이동이 불편했다. (주로 우버 이용하여 교통비 지출이 너무 크다) 공항 근처지역이나 공항에서 생각보다 멀다.

Le personnel à l'arrivée le soir était plutôt expéditif et pas vraiment aimable. Il y a bien un parking, mais les places doivent être largement réservées à l'avance autrement c'est stationnement dans la rue, dans une zone industrielle qui ne donne pas forcément envie.

Die Beschreibung, dass das Hotel nur 3.8 km vom Flughafen entfernt ist, stimmt nicht unbedingt. Mit dem Shuttlebus braucht man fur die Fahrt 20-25 Minuten, mit dem Taxi 10-15 Minuten.

- We were not given any clear instructions on where to find the courtesy bus at Frankfurt Airport. - Had to wait more than 45 minutes for a courtesy bus. - While at the hotel only one staff member knew how to smile, that was the restaurant person, everyone else at the front desk, at arrival & departure, looked very unhappy. - They gave us a room that had a bathroom suited for a disabled guest, with no toilet paper. - One of the swipe keys they gave us was faulty, we didn’t take it back to the front desk, didn’t want to bother them, they were obviously not happy at working there.

Zimmer klein und spartanisch, aber modern und ausreichend, grosser Fernseher, Klimaanlage und sehr gutes Frühstück. Bett bequem und nachts war es schön ruhig. Freundliches Personal. Alles, was man für eine Nacht braucht.
Zimmer sehr klein, Kopfkissen nicht so besonders. An der Reinigung müsste noch gearbeitet werden. Trotz Klimaanlage war es recht warm im Zimmer.

Von den Angestellten kriegt man nur Infos die zu zusätzlichen Kosten führen. Oder irreführende: Am Samstagabend konnte die Rezeption mir nicht einmal die korrekten Frühstückszeiten für den Sonntag nennen.

Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend, bei Einchecken schenkte eine sehr nette Dame am Empfang meinem Sohn was zum Spielen und Basteln. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel vorhanden und preislich war es auch ok. Gern wieder.

We booked room for 2 persons and we were provided only one bath towel and 2 hand towel anyway. 4. Frequent Access card issue with room door, in 10 attempts it will work one time. Previously i thought it was maybe because of some issue with access card and have gone and changed the access card 3 times in my 4 nights stay but the actual problem is with room door sensor it self And it’s very annoying. When i checked in the hotel i was told that my room is preselected and cannot be changed. Now, being an engineer i travels alot due to work and In my past travel history i have always preferred Ibis as it is a very classy and budget friendly but now i have to rethink Before booking specially through booking.com

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026It was mostly clean,the bed was comfortable and it had restaurants close by and bus stations and lidl next to it.
There was a needle stain on the side of the toilet paper, the AC was barely makin the room any cooler. No fridge and also they had like 2 chairs and one small “couch” on the outside where people smoke but it was never empty. They said they didn’t have any balconies in the hotel but they clearly did on the building itself…

Raucherecke direkt vor der Eingangstür. Man muss dann schon die Luft anhalten. Zimmer vielleicht etwas heller gestalten. Das dunkle Braun bzw Schlammfarbe bei kleinem Fenster engt schon ein.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026We stayed at this hotel for one night before an early flight and it was a great choice. It's only about a 10-minute drive from the airport, which was very convenient. The rooms are quite small, but they are clean, comfortable, and perfectly adequate for a short stay. The breakfast was good with a nice selection, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel also offers an airport shuttle for €6 per person. It runs every 45 minutes, was right on time, and made getting to the airport very easy. Overall, it's a great value for an airport hotel, and I would definitely stay here again.
