Siamo clienti affezionati , andiamo ogni anno ,piscina colazione e posizione eccellente

Abbiamo soggiornato diverse volte in questa struttura , hanno alcune stanze molto accoglienti , altre troppo piccole allo stesso prezzo.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal – ganz in der Nähe der Altstadt, eines Parks und des Busbahnhofs. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und ausgezeichnet. Eigene Bäckerei. Abends tolles Essen im Restaurant draußen. Jeden Mittwoch sizilianisches Essen. Alles mit Livemusik. Sehr gute Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist hervorragend und besonders Frau Antonella beim Frühstück war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service!

Vorsicht beim Whirlpool! Das Wasser enthält offenbar sehr viele chemische Zusätze. Dadurch wurden meine Gleitsicht-Sonnenbrille beschädigt – sie ist praktisch nicht mehr zu gebrauchen und muss ersetzt werden. Das Badezimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig.

La propreté de la salle de bain est à revoir Je trouve également dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas plus sicilien ou italien. Il y avait beaucoup de produits étrangers, ce qui est très avenant, et beaucoup de crudité qu’on en trouve partout. Mais en tant que voyageuse, j’aurais aimé découvrir davantage les plats/produits typiques du pays Ce serait bien de mettre les infos concernant le parking en amont, car pas facile de monter à l’hôtel pour redescendre après Nous étions dans la chambre juste à côté de la porte d’entrée, donc nous entendions toutes les entrées et sorties, même la nuit

Veramente una bellissima esperienza da rifare, l'hotel Veramente pulito e ben curato nei minimi particolari, lo staff molto accogliente e disponibile per qualsiasi problema. Lo consiglio vivamente!!!

We booked a standard double room but they put us in an economy double room because they supposedly “don’t differentiate between room categories”(ironic that that means a downgrade and not being put in a suite). The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful when this raised this issue with them and it was not amended. There are many similar reviews like this online. Beware.

Needs a little updating

The location was great, with the main shopping area just a 10-minute walk away. The breakfast was also very good, offering a nice selection of options and a great start to the day.

The property is located on top of a hill, offering beautiful views. However, guests should be aware that there are many steps to climb in order to reach the main building and reception area, which may be challenging for those with mobility concern

Es un hotel muy bonito para los años 70, ahora desfasado. Muy cerca del centro y del funicular. Muy buen desayuno.

Ascensores lentos y antiguos, mobiliario antiguo y personal poco agradable. Piscina muy profunda.

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la acest hotel și m-am simțit excelent pe toată durata șederii. Personalul a fost foarte amabil, atent și primitor, iar atmosfera a fost una relaxantă și plăcută. Camera a fost curată, confortabilă și bine întreținută, iar serviciile au fost peste așteptările mele. Totul a fost organizat foarte bine, de la cazare până la plecare. Se vede că se pune accent pe confortul și satisfacția oaspeților. Cu siguranță voi reveni cu drag și recomand acest hotel tuturor celor care își doresc o ședere plăcută, liniștită și fără griji. Mulțumesc întregii echipe pentru ospitalitate! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nagyon szép helyen, közel a belvároshoz, a parkolás is megoldott, csodaszép kilátás a kertből és az étteremből is, lélegzetelállító reggeli.

A Bookingon lévő fotókkal ellentétben a szoba régi volt, a fürdő is, ráférne egy felújítás.

Needs a dedicated concierge to help with arrivals and departures (help deliver luggage to and from the rooms) and maybe a service (buggy) to help guests navigate the steep hills from palazzo rooms to main building

The pool area was nice.

If you arrive by car, you have to enter the bus station via a very steep street. There is nowhere to park, and you then have to make your way to the reception, which feels like it is on the other side of the island, just to be given a numbered card so that the parking staff outside the hotel will let you in. In other words, you then have to drive back out again. And that’s not even mentioning the steep slope you have to walk up afterward with your luggage. As for accessibility, there is absolutely nothing suitable for people with limited mobility. The reception is on the second floor, and the staff were not particularly friendly, except for the young man with dark curly hair, who was very nice. Even though I was charged extra for my small pet, one member of staff made me feel as though I was barely allowed to take her out of the room. We were given a room in the Santa Catalina annex, which is outside the main hotel. To reach it, you have to leave the hotel and walk down a steep slope that would be extremely difficult, if not impossible, for anyone with limited mobility. The room itself was spacious and had a balcony, but there must have been at least 30 years between the photos on Booking.com and reality. The furniture was old and worn, and the TV looked more like a cheap computer monitor than an actual television. On top of that, its stand was broken. The bed was large, but the mattress was very old and badly deformed. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell and was extremely outdated, and the shower did not drain properly. The air conditioning also stopped working, and we had to ask the hotel staff to come and repair it. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for somewhere to actually enjoy your vacation, and certainly not at the price they charge. It is definitely not a four-star hotel; three stars at most.

Muy recomendable para conocer Taormina. Bien ubicado y con mucho encanto. Lo mejor su piscina y solarium para tomar el sol además de su personal amable y diligente.

Gute Lage, für Italien prima Frühstücksbuffet, insbesondere perfekte Betreuung von Antonella!

Obwohl wir ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht hatten, bekamen wir ein Zweibettzimmer mit Beistellbett und folglich kaum Platz um aneinander vorbeizulaufen. Zimmer war neben Putzraum mit deutlich hörbarem Schichtbeginn um 8 Uhr. Wir haben sehr früh und vergleichsweise günstig gebucht, das haben wir an mehreren Stellen gespürt. Poolpersonal war unfreundlich und auf sehr pünktlichen Feierabend bedacht.

Fica próximo do centro de taormina. Tem umas vistas maravilhosas. Boa piscina. Os quartos eram espaçosos e limpos. Bom pequeno almoço. Staff simpático e prestável.

Do ruído do AC num dos quartos e da porta de acesso ao exterior do hotel, que batia com muita força cada vez que as pessoas entravam ou saiam.

No nos ha gustado la habitación, el baño estaba fatal, muy muy viejo,, trozos de pintura que se caen, no es un hotel de 4 estrellas. Decepcionante.

De kamers, het was niet hygiënisch. Mag best wel gemoderniseerd worden.

De ligging niettegenstaande het strand (volgens de aanbieding op 450 meter ligt), met moeite bereikbaar is. Het ontbijtbuffet is quasi volledig. Het stadscentrum ligt binnen normale afstand te voet.

Lange afstanden tussen de ingang en het onthaal en de kamers. Men moet hoe dan ook met de valiezen sleuren en dan trappen op en af ... Geen of weinig info omtrent de omgeving, geen map van de stad.

The rooms are a bit dated and in some ways could use a bit of love. But the location the staff and the pool and bar area are fantastic. If you don’t care too much about having a fancy looking room this is a good choice to see Taormina. We had a good stay and the staff is super helpful

Parking is off property and the luggage service is not existant. Location is close to the cable car and bus station ( which we did not use), bur is is a 15 minutes not-so easy walk to the city center and restaurants. Property was poorly cleaned. Hotel is frequented by retirees mostly. We were a younger couple with kids and it was not a good choice for us. Disappointed with services, ambiance and location.

Great location, nice concept, could use some renovation though. The elevators are scary.

Camera molto ampia, vista panoramica, colazione molto ricca sia salato sia dolce ( anche la granita siciliana e le brioches), staff moltobdispinibike ed empatico, sia alla reception, sia ai servizi colazione e piscina. The pool and the garden

Small rooms, bad value for money, they misinformed in description the room types and they don’t mention that they have rooms with window with the rock view like 10-15cm between them and so little light enter in the room. And it was one woman at the frontdesk that mocked me. She was like “if you want view just pay 50€/day, not my problem”. Very bad experience. I just can’t recommend this hotel to no one.

Essendo in Sicilia a colazione aggiungerei ricotta fresca e crema pasticcera nella colazione , per quanto riguarda lo staff delle pulizie la mattina parlano e cantano ad alta voce svegliando gli ospiti che alloggiano ..

La localisation est très bien à quelques minutes à pieds du centre piéton historique . Une piscine relativement propre et très profonde , avec bouet et frite à disposition ainsi que service de serviette. Petit déjeuner à large choix. Et un personne à l'écoute bienveillant et toujours polie et au service :)

Nous étions dans une chambre au sous sol donnant sur les compresseurs et climatisations très bruyante. Bien confirmer quel type de chambre a été attribué, parce que le choix fait sur Booking n'est pas toujours respecté !

La ubicación. La terraza y jardín del hotel era muy bonito y estaba cuidado.

Decepción absoluta. Un hotel de 4 estrellas y por ese precio esperaba mucho más. Muy viejo todo, la habitación muy simple, ni siquiera tenía neverita. El baño muy antiguo, feo y la ducha oxidada. El desayuno completo pero la calidad de la comida era baja.

Room upgrade was appreciated and beautiful sea facing room. Hotel was clean tidy, staff were helpful and friendly.

Its on top in Taormina, amazing view and almost made inside the rock! We has a view to the sea (paid extra), pool is big but not suitable for non-swimmers. The right choice to experience city 100%. 7 minute walk to city centre, Funvia is near, breakfast was great.

It is a bit outdated but well maintained. Except bathrooms look like they are old 3 decades…

Loved the gardens and how all staff were friendly. Superb breakfast and the restaurant was good too. Brilliant cocktails. Very central to Taormina and having the bus station close by too.

Onze kamer had geen balkon zoals veel kamers die geen zeezicht hebben. Je kijkt uit op een rots die je bijna kan aanraken. En sommige kamers zijn echt toe aan een hele grote renovatie want douche etc erg verouderd en de airco maakt veel herrie
