staff were friendly, pool was nice but bar/restaurant facilities there were under rennovation, breakfast buffet was good selection and quality.

black mold on the grout in my shower, almost no hot water so having a cool shower, towels in the bathroom unpleasant and cheap (even the towels by the pool were nicer). the lifts were difficult to use, sometimes they would recognise my card, sometimes not.. and when you try press your floor they often dont work but light up other floors instead.

Hair Conditioner in bathroom couldn’t use it.

ダブルベットルームだったが部屋は広くて、ベットもフカフカ、枕も4つと良かった。 ただ、少し古さを感じる部屋ではあった。

エアコンの温度調節機能は壊れていたので、オンオフしかできなかった。また、シャワーの水圧は低かった。

Snídaně byla dobrá, velký výběr,ale taky poměrně plno.

Neuškodilo by se pokusit některé věci zrenovovat. Koupelna neměla sprchu, jen vanu a vana byla starší. Neuškodilo by vyprat záclony a závěsy, nebo vymenit staré, drolící se.

Die Lage war toll.

Die Zimmer sund nicht gut unterhaltet. Zu diesem Preis kriegt man 3 Sterne Zimmer im sauberem und modernen Zustand.

Perfect location, direct access to the mall. We have stayed in this hotel several times. Nice swimmingpool. The staff is very kind and always helpfull. Also not too far from the airport. We will come back again.

Good service and good variety of facilities. Swimming pool area is not very big, but is cozy and comfortable.

Some of the architecture and furnishings are quite dated. Like, the drainage plug on my bathtub couldn’t plug tightly, so I couldn’t take a bath, only shower. It’s quite sad because the bathtub was large and cozy, so quite a waste there. Just one example.

Hôtel agréable, belle piscine. Très beau petit déjeuner. Proximité du mall et station des bus.

Un peu vieillot bien que très propre.

كل شي حلو وجنبه مول رهيب يقفل الساعه 10 فيه مقاهي ومطاعم وسوبر ماركت وصيدليه ومساج ووالعاب اطفال الموظفين غايه في الأدب واللباقة والاحترام تسجيل الوصول سريع وحتى فطورهم حلو

الفطور لو يضيفون فيه صنف واحد للعرب فول او معصوب يصير ولاغلطه

De lokatie was top. Ontbijt ook goed.

Precies gedurende de drie dagen dat wij daar waren werd er een promofilmpje opgenomen in het Hotel waardoor het zwembad 3 dagen dicht bleef. Echter geen filmploeg gezien. Compensatie kregen we pas na veel aandringen. Zoals in veel hotels in Indonesië vallen er nog al wat reparaties te maken in de kamer.

الأسرة مريحة جدا ، الفندق ممتاز جدا للتسوق لوجودة داخل مول ينفع آخر الرحلة وقريب من مول ثاني اسمه سينترال بارك

الفندق. رغم ان اثاثه نوع ما قديم. الا انه نظيف. لابد من استخدام كرت للذهاب. الي الغرف. والجيم وهذا جيد لاكن المشكله ان. نظام الكرت قديم. إدخال الكرت فيالمصاعد فتحة المصعد احيانا لايعمل وليس النظام الجديد وهو الاسهل. مجرد لمس الكرت في المصعد بالنسبه للموقع جيد ملاصق مركز تسوق مباشرة. من اللوبي له باب تدخل المركز. كما أن. مول سنترال برك. قريب منه. اللوبي كبير واسع وشرح. المطعم. وجبات جيده. الفطور طبعا اغلبه اندونيسي. مع توفر. بيض. وجبن. ومربي. تعامل الموظفين والموظفات. تعامل راقي احترام وتقدير للنزيل

موقع الفندق ممتاز جدا فالمول مباشرة اسعاره رخيصه في متناول اليد البوفيه يحتاجله تنوع حيث انه لا يوجد اصناف كثيرة للعرب معظم الافطار اندونيسي الغرف نظيفه جد ولكن دورة المياه يحتاج لها صيانه وتغيير

Good size room had good tv stations. Location was above a mall so you could just walk through the hotel to the mall .. Big comfy bed. Loads of storage Staff were nice

This property is very dated.. the bathroom suit is prob as ald as I am... furniture very dated fits the purpose but defo needs a good revamp... food and drink was way more expensive than yogyakarta like 40k extra on same food items and drink breakfast cost 195k and it was like a zoo so many people no comfortable nor the quality was not there...bit disappointing No map of city available no ideas of what to go see or do..not very informative staff..

The suites room is pretty huge

D toilets bowl flush system is damn tight.. And is old type of flushes.... Sad to said.. D complimentary dinner for suites room doesn't good s well

Attached to a nice mall which made it very convenient. Breakfast was also very good with lots of options! Staff was very friendly and accommodating!

الفندق رائع الموظفين متعاونين جدا المول تابع للفندق وهو مول جميل به مطاعم ومحلات تسوق ومحلات صرافة ممتاز يوفر عناء كثير الغرف تعتبر كبيرة وممتازة السرير مريح والغرف باردة المسبح جميل اطلالة الفندق جميلة مسافة 10 دقائق مشي عن أسواق سنترال بارك وسوهو وتامان انقريك.

دورات المياه قديمة اتمنى تجديدها . المناشف قديمة اتمنى تغييرها
