Reviewed Jul 22, 2026This hotel is directly connected to Central Park Mall, which is very convenient for my wife to explore and enjoy shopping while I'm out golfing. It is also easy to find meals since the hotel has direct access to the mall, where there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, food stalls, and kiosks to choose from. There are also many beautiful spots for photos and OOTD sessions. It's truly a shopping and lifestyle paradise for my wife! 😊
There is no Netflix available on the TV, which was a bit disappointing, especially for relaxing in the room after a long day. The room layout is somewhat unusual, making the space feel smaller than it actually is. The housekeeping service could be improved. On several occasions, the staff forgot to replenish basic amenities such as bottled water, tea, sugar, laundry bags, and toiletries. The hotel is located right in the heart of Jakarta, which is convenient for accessing shopping malls and attractions. However, the downside is the heavy traffic congestion around the area. Getting to and from the hotel can be quite time-consuming, especially during peak hours.

The room layout with the open toilet concept. Furnishings and fittings felt old and due for a refresh. I stayed at the hotel 10 years ago, and the difference is marked. Breakfast buffet staff needs more people to handle the drink orders. My room faced a block of apartments which meant the blinds have to be drawn all the time.
