Der Aufenthaltsraum auf der Dachterrasse war sehr hübsch. Das zugehörige Café war schön, das Essen war lecker (aber leider waren die vegetarischen Optionen fast immer ausverkauft). Es gab einen Trinkwasserspender.

Das Bett und die Handtücher waren sehr schmutzig: es sah so aus, als wären die Sachen nicht gewaschen worden, es waren unglaublich viele eklige Flecken darauf. Der Pool hat gestunken.

隔音叫差，房間內沒有吹風機（但可以跟櫃檯借），廁所的水壓小。

El cubre colchón estaba sucio, manchas amarillas, le hacía falta una limpieza. Tuvimos que matar una cucaracha en la bañera. Además, de alguna forma cada vez que salíamos y volvíamos había 3 mosquitos nuevos en la habitación, así nos pusieron y si fuera poco, un cliente tenía al perro encerrado en la habitación de al lado todo el día, os podéis imaginar, ladraba, golpeaba la puerta... La cortina estaba rota, rasgada. Que no va a ningún lado, pero por favor podéis cambiarla cuando podáis. El hotel se ve genial a primera vista, como si estuviera bien cuidado, pero claro, vete sumando incidentes. Total, que teníamos dos noches, y solo hicimos una, nos fuimos. A tener en cuenta que la zona no tiene mucho que ver mas que un par de centros comerciales grandes. Hemos estado 20 días por Indonesia, incluidos bungalows que no tenían ni agua caliente, y esto para ser un 4* el peor, echa cuentas. Una mala experiencia la verdad. ¿Será así para todos?

Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht von diesem Haus und man darf nicht vergessen für welchen Preis man hier untergebracht ist. Tolles Zimmer, alles was man braucht und den Pool hatte ich alleine für mich

Komische Gäste, überwiegend Chinesen, die kennen kein Danke und Bitte und keinen Gruß, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts

Het hotel ligt zeer gunstig. 30 min van het vliegveld. Middels een grab ben je in een paar minuten bij Central Park super mooi shopping mall. Het hotel heeft een fijn zwembad op het dak waar je na een dag in Jakarta lekker kunt gaan zwemmen. Het eten is ook heerlijk wij hebben hier fijne dagen gehad

Als de boven buren met een stoel schuiven dan kun je dit goed horen

Bit noisy between rooms. I could hear tv and people having s*x next door. Waiting half an hour for two boiled eggs and toast. They made an other customer food before mine. I didn't have time to eat it anymore. In the end got money back. Matcha asked without sugar. Matcha is already mixed with sugar I found out when I took a sip. See picture.

Some stain on the duvet and towel, the shower head water pressure is weak but the rain shower is splashing everywhere, and the hot water control is a little bit wonky

Merci au personnel qui était adorable tout au long du séjour. Les plats servis sont très bons, et l'espace général est très propre. La piscine sur le toit a une super vue, on ne peut vraiment pas faire mieux en terme de relation qualité/prix !! Quelques traces d'algues au niveau de la baignoire mais le reste du logement est parfaitement propre. J'ai accédé assez facilement au centre ville avec une ligne de bus à une dizaine de minutes de marche.

The place felt like a home. Very spacious room, aircon, bath and shower and a very comfortable bed. Soaps and hair washing products provided. They even had toothbrushes and toothpaste! And top floor swimming pool. Staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and accommodating.

If I have to be picky, I would say the location. But it’s not unusual in many south East Asian cities. It didn’t stop me from enjoying the calm and relaxed atmosphere of the place

Quatrième passage pour nous dans cet excellent petit hôtel comme à chaque fois il est notre base de transit à l’aller comme au retour. On y retourne preuve qu’on y est bien reçu 😉

Lekker hip hotel met zwembad. Het zwembad is fijn, wel wat kaal maar prima. Lekkere koffie, echt hele lekkere koffie!

Mijn kamer voelde niet af. Alsof het nog niet ingericht was. Het meeste essentiële spullen die je mag verwachten in een hotelkamer. Aankleding, een bedlampje, toiletpapier. Een föhn. Ik vond het kaal. Ik snap dat niet alle Indonesiërs Engels spreken maar in dit hotel spreken ze allemaal geen Engels en dat maakt het erg lastig communiceren. Ook bij inchecken werd me niet verteld hoe dit hotel werkt. Bijv. Waar het zwembad is, waar m’n kamer is, simpele ins en outs. Viel me erg tegen.

Goede locatie, lekkere koffie en een heerlijk zwembad op het dak!

Lokasinya enak ke mall maupun pool travel bisa jalan kaki.

Sangat tidak merekomendasikan menginap di sini di high season seperti libur lebaran. Semalam saya mengalami kekurangan stok handuk dan di kamar tidak disediakan sandal hotel, sampai harus menunggu lebih dari 30 menit sampai dibawakan handuk, padahal saya sendiri sudah butuh istirahat. Lorong lantai 3 juga kotor, banyak sampah berserakan. Sangat mengecewakan.

The bed was comfortable

Room lacked basic amenities and basic furniture, decor . It felt like it wasn’t complete . Pool area was dirty , full of dirty glasses , plates and plenty of cigarette buds on the floor .

Super friendly and clean. It was in a side street, and calm. I have been there just for 1,5 days. The didn´t charge me a second night (just a late checkout) even I checked out late evening. The coffee and food was very nice. employees were great and took care that I god my laundry in time before my next flight. It´s a good place to stay.

Im größtem Ballungsgebiet der Welt, einen sehr schönes Hotel. Hier kann man abschalten und bekommt Nichts vom hektischen Jakarta mit.

Cozy, Quiet, homey, clean, big rooms, nice high ceiling, well ventilated. good air condition and comfy beds.

I stayed in two different rooms. Actually I liked the Queen room a lot but not the king room because it was on the slightly noisier side and also the shower and toilet are outside in the garden/patio.

Food and drinks in the cafe downstairs were good, beware that they do not serve milk with the English Breakfast tea tho. Service was great, they let me check in early and rooms were well maintained.

I like it due to its value, homey feel and good location to Ciputra Mall and Central Park Mall. The room is generally clean.

It's my third stay within a year. I could see signs of wear and aging since my first visit late last year outside the rooms e.g. water leakage. The bedsheets and towels were stained despite a change.

浴室的浴缸有小破洞 不能泡澡 浴室的水龍頭在側面 所以身體洗澡時很容易沾到浴簾很煩 水有點難控制

It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. But there is no kettle in the room. But the most disappointing was no hot water in the shower! So there was "hot shower", but it wasn't hot! I had cold shower and then a terrible earache. I was happy that I stayed only one night before my flight.

Das Zimmer war sauber, die Matraze gut. Wir waren 3 Nächte dort und haben gut geschlafen. Das Restaurant/Cafe was sich im Erdgeschoss befindet ist gut und nicht zu teuer. Wir haben während unserem Aufenthalt dort immer gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hat bei Fragen gerne weiter geholfen. Nach einem hektischen Tag war es schön dort etwas Ruhe zu bekommen.

Habitación amplia y baño muy lindo. Tiene terraza y por la noche entra el fresquito. La cafetería está muy bien y hacen la comida muy rica.

Good value for the price, quiet location in the busy city, not too far away from some places of interest, walking distance for me, about 5 to 6 km one way. Easy to reach by public transport, if needed.

I did not have warm water shower late at night, and no internet access either at that time.

I can't say enough good things about this delightful small hotel. Beds are comfortable, showers good, staff are friendly and helpful, everything is neat and clean, great coffee and food in the lobby cafe. And a cosy little rooftop pool to relax by.

My only negative would be the lack of bedside lights. These would really improve room lighting, and allow you to read and then switch off the light without having to get out of bed. A huge improvement for a very small outlay.

Thank you more, everything was great. It is very convenient, there are shopping centers nearby, the hotel was clean, the staff was just excellent, all questions are answered carefully and with respect. Just great.

Everything was fine.

Estancia muy agradable, habitaciones y baño limpios, con terrazas agradables para desayunar. El desayuno, no incluido en el precio de la habitación, estaba muy rico. A 15 km del aeropuerto.

El personal no hablaba mucho inglés. Solamente disponían de toallas de mano pero no grandes de cuerpo

There was a photo shoot in the hotel cafe and by the pool when I was there, so I didn't feel comfortable to relax and enjoy the environment. I had been looking forward to relaxing at the pool and having a break. The pool is why I had selected this hotel.

Personnel trop gentil!je suis arrivee avant l’heure du check in et ils m’ont vite preparé ma chambre pour que je n’attende pas. La chambre est spatieuse,le lit hyper confortable,la salle de bain est top. Decoration mignonne. On retrouve le confort a l’européenne Rien a dire!!

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber mit einem bequemen Bett. Die Lage ist gut, man hört keinen Verkehr. Eine echt tolle Mall ist um die Ecke und es sind nur 20-30 Minuten zum Flughafen.

Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig(andere Gäste). Personal kam uns die meiste Zeit unmotiviert vor. Man wusste gar nicht wer zum Personal gehört und wer nicht! Am schlimmsten waren aber die Foto und Video Shootings die an 2 ganzen Tagen im zugehörigen Café stattfanden. Wir und auch andere Gäste haben uns davon gestört gefühlt, da das ganze Café von aussenstehenden belagert wurde! Außerdem war der Außenbereich nicht gepflegt.
