Kimaya Sudirman Yogyakarta by Harris

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the laundry service was satisfactory.

there were several issues that made the stay less comfortable. The location was not particularly convenient, as the hotel is not very close to the main street or central area. The facilities are quite dated, especially the bathroom. There were a lot of mold stains on the walls, which was concerning from a hygiene perspective. The air conditioning was also leaking, leaving water all over the floor. Unfortunately, the bedding was not clean enough either, with visible stains on the sheets.

The staffs are very attentive and kind. When i asked them to clean the grime above bath tub, they do it same day. Decent breakfast.

The AC flow are too strong and blow right to one of the bed. I wish the wing/flap can be adjusted to redirect the airflow somewhere else.

Jam 10.30 minta dirapikan kamarnya, sampai jam 16.00 belum dirapikan.

Viel Platz, tolles Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, alles sauber

Staff is amazing. Facility is okay. A bit old but still super comfortable. Variety breakfast menu. Location is awesome. Walkable to streetfood or restaurant.

Nothing

Comfortable beds, kind and helpful staff. Breakfast very tasty and has big variety.

The pool has almost no sunlight at all.

Rien

Kebersihan, fasilitas, kenyamanan

Makanan nya pilihan nya cuma SEDIKIT

The staff was amazing ! Really helpful and a big assist during a health emergency

Quite old rooms

Servizio massaggio, ottima colazione e buon ristorante con servizio in camera

De bedden

...

Camera spaziosa e letto king molto comodo.

The staff were so helpful and kind 💖

The shower was a challenge . Changing the shower head would be a solution

Location very central close to everywhere, price

The Room and facilities need to be improved.

Everything! From the staff who are always warm and welcoming, to the good smell everywhere inside the hotel, also the fact that they have a very big swimming pool and a complete gym equipment. We spent an extraordinary 10 days and 9 nights there. It feels like home, to the point that we are so sad to leave.

Nothing, everything was perfect and beyond expectation.

Breakfast was top!

Nice hotel. Clean. Good size room. Great breakfast ! Very helpful staff

Very little. Location could be better but local area has many things to offer.

Nice hotel with buffet breakfast and gym. Facilities were good and staff were friendly.

Friendly staff. Good room size. Great location (near Tugu station and a mall)

Room was not ready for us at 4 PM, although the website said checked in at 3 PM. We were put in older rooms (haven't been updated yet), which was a bit let down.

A fantastic quality hotel with a positive team, providing helpful service. Beautiful pool area & great gym.

Location pretty close to the mall, and at the central of city. Pretty much you could go anywhere inside Yogyakarta.

Facility itself is quite old, no smart tvs

The area and convenience of it

All ok

Sangat nyaman hotelnya.. Mewah.. Frendly.. Ramah stafnya

Regelung der Erhöhung der Zimmertemperatur wenig effektiv!

Good

Dont have

It's a large hotel for the value.

There aren't enough seats in the Lobby

Mulai dari loby nya bagus... Suasana nya nyaman... Ramah stafnya.. Kamar bersih , nyaman...

Kurang amenities di kamar mandi.. Shower cup gak ada.. Kantong disposable gak ada...

The location is perfect, all staffs were friendly and helpful

There was small cockroach in the toilet, pillow was too old and need to change

The everyday Friendly Staff, priceless. The soft closing of breakfast time, no rushing at all. The nice big lobby lounge.

I can't tell 😁

Nulla

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and still have the 4 stars quality eventhough it still has the early 90s - 2000s styles, the city view from the room. The warm welcome by the reception team, shout out to Ms Viola/Viona. She really deserves a recognition. They fulfilled my request of room on high floor, far from the elevator and bathtub not shower. Thank you! 🙂

The SAUNA is no longer available, please remove the picture as its very disappointing because I reserved a room at this hotel to enjoy a sauna after swimming. Fruits was on offer when booking this room type, but never received during my stay. Coffee machinne and toaster was also on offer but was also not provided nor offered while checking in. These amenities are still mentioned as offers. As a Front Office Manager of 5 stars hotel, i find this lack of attention really need to be addressed.

Sarapannya sangat lengkap. Fasilitasnya sangat lengkap dan baik. Letaknya strategis

Bak kamar mandinya. Menyulitkan bagi yang tidak terbiasa.
