The staff are accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located in a very accessible area, making it easy to get around and explore nearby attractions.💗

There was nothing that I particularly disliked during my stay. However, the TV in the room was not working, and the internet connection was quite slow at times. I hope these can be improved in the future to provide an even better experience for guests.😉

Room was more disappointing than a sad goon sesh in the shower after a full day of mogging

Taxi is hard to come by there, the rug was dirty when I first arrived (black patches on a white rug). Water pressure in the shower was very low, water on the reservoir of the toilet at night doesn't refill.

The mat towel in the washroom is not good to look at and the size of the room is small but aircondition is not cold.

It was convenient to get to from the airport! Check in was quick and easy. Our room was clean and comfortable! We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was lovely! We really enjoyed it! All the staff, from the doorman to the desk clerk to the staff in the restaurant were very polite and kind! We will definitely stay here again on our way back to the airport!

The AC is extremely loud and the shower was falling apart

The location is good. Close to small stands that sell all different types of food. Shopping 200-500 yards away Airport is close 10-20 minutes.

Audio on TV was very bad. Sounds like speakers were used to loud and caused cones to be damaged. Breakfast was good. When we needed another bed in the email they said 900 pesos I thought it was for the 12 day stay. It was per night for a piece of foam on the floor Very disappointed for half the price of a room, foam on the floor.

The staff of kitchen crew/ server. His nice. Receptionist very accomodating. (Shift during typhoon)

Rugs are dirty. Towel has staints yellow wish. Duvet cover sheet zipper damage. Pillow needs to change too flat and used. Room for superior small.

War sauber, alles funktionierte, sehr nettes Personal und grosszügiges Frühstücken, allerdings nur Filipinoessen, kein europäisches Frühstück, ausser Pancake.

Не убирают со столов на общем балконе- в итоге идешь мимо чужих объектов и они стоят по несколько часов - очень не приятно.

I booked a twin room but was given a double bed instead, so I’m giving the rating for that. The staff were friendly, and although the room was small, it was neat and clean. I liked that the shared hallway area was spacious and had a dining table, but other guests often left a mess right in front of our room after eating there. I wish people would follow proper manners. Overall, I think the hotel is good.

No comment everything is good only the issue is the free breakfast in the morning. My wife had an stomach ache after eating it last several days of continuous diarhea she said it's the food she eaten that morning in the hotel it could be contaminated.thats all

Great location for the airport. A comfortable one night stay

Shower could not be turned off fully so one could hear the dripping all night. Toilet tank did not stop making noise as well. Hotel should fix their plumbing issues. Front desk was eager to greet and help you.

Overall an ok hotel. Mattress was comfortable but that was about it. Sheets had some stains on them and AC ran the entire time I was there yet room temp did not get below 85 degrees or so.

Air conditioning unit does not function well. It blowed hot air and no matter how we complained about it, we were told to use electric fans. Aside from that, water on the shower is defective too. Only hot water comes. Staffs are nice but the facilities are no good.

I loved my stay at Chambre Mactan! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again when I go back to Cebu!

Lovely reception, all staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Went up to the restaurant and the lady working the counter was quite sick and coughing without covering her mouth. Rooms were quite small for the price Aircon was super loud

Location were very accessible to supermarket, shopping mall, airport. Etc.

The only downside I had experience was the terrible noise from the air-conditioning system. To the fact that I didn't sleep the whole night. Good maintenance is a must especially when the client need a good rest for the next day.

The water pressure is too small... it took a long time to just take a shower... Also, the preparation of breatfast takes too long, some of us ordered at 8:00 am but even until 8:30 , they still didn't get there breakfast...

It was a good short stay with them. Staffs are accomodating and the room is clean. Had some minor issues but they took care of it urgently. Will stay again here.

Basic but clean rooms, good aircon, and a quick drive from the airport - it’s not near any beaches or anything but convenient to the airport.

Stay in this hotel for 4 nights had to check in late cause of flight delays..The staff are accomodating and kind which is good thank you Lord Jesus..
