Vivien's Hotel

They packed our breakfast to take with us as we had to leave at 6 a.m. The breakfast was tasty and a big portion per person. The airport shuttle service works great! They also were very responsive when we contacted them for pick up from the airport.

The walls are not soundproof. Some other guests kept talking in the lobby during the night, and the noise was heard in our room.

The breakfast was ok. The airport pick-up was very good.

I didn't like their bathroom. They need to fix it. When we took our shower., the whole bathroom got wet. If they won't fix the bathroom, it's not worth staying there.bad

Services /good accommodation

Nothing

Bar fridge not working

Staff are so friendly- i used the Shuttle bus pick up/drop off to/from airport. Drivers are so friendly. Near by places walking distance like pharmacy, small restaurants, bakery, Jollibee, barbecue place and etc

No elevator, not convenient if theres lots of luggages BUT theres employees to help you carry them to upstairs. When we entered the room, it was hot. Air conditioning is too weak but our room is nice and clean

Very clean and great beds.

Location not so great!

Friendly and helpful staff, beginning with the driver. It's very convenient to have the airport transfer as well as a stop to money exchange office on the way. The room is clean and comfortable for a short stay. Simple breakfast, good enough to give you a start for the day.

A bit of utilities refreshment would make a big difference.

A little bit..too small the rooms

Not much window

Location..

AC...not really working

very nice location with a large mall accross. nice bedsheets with 6 pillows all to myself. massage service in-house or from outside is available

better breakfast selections but for the room rate the free breakfast was a bonus

Noisy rooster nearby

The breakfast is better than most economy hotels : )

No cable TV , but that's okay 👌

Posto abbastanza comodo per appoggio. Colazione molto buona e staff gentile e disponibile. Ottimo il servizio di pick up all'aeroporto.

Great for overnight stop, food market down the road was yummy.

nothing

The shuttle between airport and hotel

No elevator to go up. ESP traveling with suitcase

Close to airport and convenient free airport transfer (although note the transfer is only at set times of the day, not on demand). The breakfast was served buffet style and there was plenty of food, although all the ‘hot’ food was cold when we ate at 07:30. The beds are comfortable and there is a small gym.

The shower pressure was very weak and the shower head seemed to be faulty, as individual jets of water were shooting in all directions. However, perhaps this is just an issue with the specific room as it does not seem to be reflected in other reviews. Hopefully the hotel will replace the shower head if so.

The proximity to the hotel was great and they offer a free suttle service. Breakfast in the morning was nice and value for what you pay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants close by.

Property is located on a very busy road and so didn't feel safe walking to far from the Hotel.

Close to the airport. Many pillows in bed. They have airport shuttle but it leaves 6am, 8am, 10am and 12nn. So if you want to leave at any other time you need to get there yourself, if you don't check-in and out on the same day, then the shuttle leaves hourly. Our flight for example left at 11:30 so 8am felt too early and 10am too late. But it is close to the airport so a taxi was not that expensive.

A lot of noice from the street, the planes taking off and a rooster next door that has a really strong crow from 3am...

Practical if you have a flight to catch, quite even with the busy street at the front, room line in the picture. The free shuttle to the airport! If you like chicken you will have a lot of choices!

Rooster in the morning;)

This is a great hotel for a night or two near the airport. Very convenient for eateries and if you have time, a 90 minute walk to the beach! The free pickups and drop offs were great.

Feels like new

Small bathroom. It’s nice though

Convenient to access from the airport and with a free transfer

Room is bad, noisy, the bright, cannot sleep well, the shower doesn't work well.

The room was very nice and clean. We appreciated the possibility to make coffee and te in the room. We also liked the real cover and not just a blanket.

It was super noisy from the hall outside the room. Guests arrived late at night and they woke us up several times.

Location. Staff were excellent

No hot water in shower. Aircon made terrible noise

Perfect place for an airport stop over. The free airport transfer was efficient and on time. The polite driver was waiting for me on all occasions. The rooms have everything you need and super comfy soft beds.

Gentillesse du personnel

Chambre sans fenêtre

Convenient to the airport. Restaurants and 7Eleven across the street. Very clean

Not soundproof so traffic noise all night. Airport shuttle only available every 2 hours

The staff are amazing

Super comfy beds, good aircon and great shower. Staff very polite and helpful 👍

Airport shuttle service. Breakfast was okay. Nothing great, good for overnight stay when flying.

Location on a very busy street, traffic noise all night long. If light sleeper I would stay at Newtown Mactan.

Frindly clean and location perfect fpr my need

The breakfast was not to my taste/liking. Nothing wrong if a Filippino but as a westener it wasnt

Servizio transfer gratuito per l’aeroporto molto efficiente e puntuale. Personale disponibile.

Very loud. Could hear the roosters right outside the bedroom window and traffic. Airport shuttle is on a schedule not on demand

Close to food and shuttle.

I have no dislikes.

We liked the convenience of being near the airport and we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is included which is a bonus. It was a quiet room, even though it was near a busy road.

The room was a little bit small especially the bathroom. There is no elevator. The refrigerator did not work even the replacement. One was not very cold.

Convenient to the airport for an overnight stay and the staff were very friendly

Bathroom was tiny and had a musty smell

Excellent location close to the airport

Friendly staff members

Blisko lotniska, czysto

Shower and bath.

Beds are small, expecting 2 queen beds. The lights were flickering.

Good option for a budget stay close to airport. The room is basic but with all the amenities we need. Close to lots of shops and markets.

Great location in relation to the airport. We picked it because of the airport transfer.

Busy street
