Very close to Haram

Lifts are terrible. Sometimes we had to wait 15 minutes for a lift to appear . Only 3 lifts for such a large hotel is not enough.

The service was amazing and location was awesome

Very very close to Haram,

Big issue was lifts,As groups stay at the Makkah tower 3 especially indonesian groups,Hence the lifts were very hard to get and always feared loosing Salah if left after hearing Azan. Plus due to some construction the famous stair case which is famous for fountains and pigeons and also easy access to shops,food court from tower 3 was closed. It really created to much trouble for us.

Location. Tower 5 is as close as you can get to the haram. Hotwe were very accommodating. Gave us early check in and partial haram view.

Decor is a bit old. The additional beds had mink blankets, would have preferred duvets with white sheets.

We have been coming to this hotel many times and it never fails to disappoint! Absolutely love it.. The location is 100/10!

How to reach by car was not very easy due to location infront of haran with no tunnel acess like the clock tower hotels,To drop off or take your luggage you have to go through parking entrance thats is paid regardless or not it is expensive( 12 SR per entrance) why should i pay, elevators are busy esp at prayer times

I enjoyed staying at this hotel due to the proximity to the Haraam , the room size was very good , we got our room upgraded at no additional cost. Breakfast selection was very good .

Everything was good about this hotel , the only thing that could be improved were the lifts 3 lifts were not adequate especially during peak time you have to sometimes wait for a long time for the lift .

اخذنا غرفتين وحدة مجددة ووحدة على النظام القديم المهم ان الغرف المجددة شرحة وواسعة وانا احب اسكن بالابراج لان اذا كانت الخيارات لاكثر من 3 افراد تكون فيه دورتين مياه وهذه ميزة رائعة خصوصاً قبل الصلوات للوضوء ، الموظفين كانو متعاونين معنا في تسجيل الدخول والخروج لكن اللي بيحجز عندهم ينتبه لنقطة ان الحجز لازم يكون باسمك احنا كنا عائلة وانقسمنا على اكثر من وسيلة مواصلات والغرف كانت باسم الوالد وتأخر بالوصول وصلنا قبله ورفضو ان نستلم الغرف الا عندما دخلنا الموقع وغيرنا اسم الضيف وتسجيل الخروج متعاونين فيه

لا اظن انني سأسكن هنا مرة أخرى لأن البرج تخدمه 3 مصاعد فقط ويصير ازدحام شديد اوقات الصلوات وراحت علينا الصلاة اكثر من مرة والمصاعد بطيئة بالرغم من قربه من الحرم وسهولة الوصول لكن فندق مكة التابع لنفس الشركة مصاعدهم اكثر وسريعة جداً وانا سكنت بالابراج لعدم توفر امكانيات في الفندق وايضاً لايمكن وصول السيارات الى الابراج لازم نصعد على استقبال الفندق ونمشي مسافة وكان متعب سكنته قبل سنتين كانت السيارات تنزل للمواقع 15 دقيقة مجاناً للتحميل والتنزيل وحتى الساىقين كانو يطولون الطريق يقولو ان في مدخل مقفل

I loved the location of the hotel; including, access to basic essentials like pharmacy, groceries, and food. I liked the consistent, daily cleaning, as well as, the cooperative disposition of the various friendly, and helpful staff. Thank you to Mr. Mahmud at reception for the complimentary upgrade to the Haram View room.

I really disliked the sewage smell that escaped the drain from one of the bathrooms. This negatively impacted overall comfort and experience. The noxious odor ruined the mood and appetite of all residents in our hotel room. Moreover, we got upgraded to a room with extra bathroom, but failed to make use of this benefit, as no one wanted to use this washroom due to vitriol odor. This is unacceptable for a premium hotel to have these plumbing issues. We informed housecleaning and maintenance teams multiple times on this issue. All they would do is flush some disinfectant in the floor drain which would solve the problem for 5 minutes. Very disappointing experience. I would expect much better maintenance and hygiene from Makkah Towers.

I will start with the location, its the best location you can get from Haram. Staff members were really supportive, friendly and very corporative I specially want to name (Abdullah from Front desk reception, Areesh from front desk reception) for their support during check-in and late check-out.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Haram, making it an excellent choice for guests visiting for Umrah or pilgrimage. The hotel is very clean, and the housekeeping staff are professional, attentive, and maintain a high standard of service. I would especially like to mention Mohamed Alamgir, who was helpful, courteous, and attentive . The rooms are well maintained, clean, and comfortable, with everything kept in good condition.

Unfortunately, there were a couple of significant issues during my stay. The elevators were a major inconvenience, as it sometimes took up to 15 to 25 minutes for a lift to arrive. We were staying in Tower 3, where only three elevators were operating for hundreds of pilgrims, resulting in long waiting times and considerable hassle, especially during busy hours. However, I would like to acknowledge that the management appears to be doing its best to manage the situation. The main issue seems to be related to the original design and planning of the building. It appears that the architects and engineers may not have fully anticipated the volume of pilgrims and the level of traffic the hotel would experience in the future, particularly in Tower 3, where only three elevators are serving hundreds of guests. one possible solution could be to operate the three elevators with designated floor ranges . For example, each lift could serve specific number of floors, which may help reduce unnecessary stops and improve the overall flow of passengers. Another major concern was the parking fee. Guest parking costs 36 Riyals per hour, which becomes extremely expensive for guests staying for several day or even one day . In my opinion, parking should be free for guests who have booked a room, especially considering the relatively high room rates. The hotel management should also consider that guests are already paying a premium compared with other hotels of a similar standard that offer additional facilities such as swimming pools, gyms, and other amenities. For pilgrims who have already booked and paid for their rooms, charging separately for basic facilities such as parking feels excessive. Hospitality should not be focused solely on generating additional revenue; providing value, comfort, and convenience to guests is equally important. I sincerely hope the management will reconsider the parking policy and offer complimentary parking to hotel guests.

من أفضل الأماكن للسكن بمكة المكرمة وعند أداء العمرة .. تخرج من الفندق لتصلي في الساحة .. وعلي بعد خطوات تجد باب الكعبه أمامك

الفندق لسة بحالته القديمة في بعض الغرف وبعض الإنارة والجهزة التكييف والمفاتيح ..أصلية ولكن علي طرازها القديم

Location and staff

The registration counter is in the basement and and they have paid entrance to the registration. Taxi drivers don’t go in the basement because entry requires fee to pay. The Taxis drop you with all luggage at roadside and then someone has to long walk to the basement for registration and your luggage stays at roadside. VERY BAD. Same way on checkout you go through the same dilemma. VERY BAD. For 27 story towers only three elevators, long wait sometimes more than 15 minutes wait.

The breakfast was pleasant as was the location. Having immediate access to the haram and shops etc was very convenient as we were traveling with a wheelchair user.

Unfortunately the towers only operate 3 lifts per tower and one of those was out of action for part of our stay this resulted in a lot if time waiting to get up and down. The building was undergoing renovation work which wasnt stated when we booked... this meant a room change during our stay and then further drilling and disruption to our rest even when we were in our supposed better room. The toilets had a drain smell which you do not expect at this calibre hotel, which may have been due to the renovation. All in all the only asset here was being close to haram apart from this our stay was no different to that of a 3 star facility.

Location to Haram was excellent, breakfast was very good and room was little outdated but worth the money. Mr Muhammad at the reception was exceptional.

The traffic police doesn't allow taxi to the location, it happened to us twice that we had to walk like 10mins - 15mins with our luggages to the hotel.

Its a Great Experience being at Makkah tower the Only negative point is the elevators get busy too much

The location is exceptionally good. Breakfast is fair, and the Rooms are good.

One of the elevators had an issue during my stay and was not working, and the queue to enter the lift will make you miss Salah! However, they fixed it after two days.

Ideal location was our second time visiting this hotel.

We had a little issue with room. But special thanks to Ahmed who was quick to resolve.

It’s closeness to the Haram only.

Sorry to say but lifts are horrible, it some time use to take 15 min for a lift to come, more important we were in tower three and there are only 3 lifts operating for hundreds and hundreds of pilgrims which was the biggest hassle. Secondly parking for guest is 12 riyals per hour, imagine if you stay for three days, how costly it becomes, so had to park in another building nearby.

Good location. Smooth and easy check-in and check-out experience. The kitchenette was useful, and the fridge was large.

Breakfast was average, there could have been more variety. Long elevator wait times before and after prayers, sometimes exceeding 20 minutes. Some fresh towels had coloured stains on them. Big difference in temperature across the room, with one side being too hot and the other too cold.

Only 3 lifts for 27 floors with each floor over 20 rooms so ended up wasting too much of my time waiting for lifts. Just for taxi drop off it costs 29 riyal which i think is unfair.
