Points positifs, les photos des chambres sont fidèles à la réalité. Elles sont spacieuses, bien agencées, élégantes et fonctionnelles. La literie est très confortable, la couette est légère, rien à redire de ce côté là.

Malgré des photos très prometteuses et un nom qui donne envie (Palace), cet hôtel 5* n'en est, à mon sens, pas un. Au mieux est-il l'équivalent d'un 3*, et pour un hôtel avec un nom aussi "luxueux", je m'attendais définitivement à mieux. Nous étions venues pour profiter de la piscine et des cocktails du all-inclusive, nous avons été déçues par ces derniers. Les mélanges de soft pour les cocktails sont aqueux et industriels, du type qu'on achète au rayon le moins cher du supermarché. Toujours sur les boissons, ne pas proposer de jus en bouteille au petit déjeuner, c'est limite pour un 5* (Palace). Il n'y avait que les distributeurs automatiques qui mélangent du concentré à l'eau du robinet. Nous y avons diné deux soirs, sur des buffets très orientés vers les touristes allemands, et finalement assez peu variés. Le coin asiatique était sympathique, mais la seule chose que nous avons trouvée vraiment bonne, ce sont... les pâtes. Un peu dommage pour un 5*. Côté chambre, les parois sont assez fines, l'eau chaude est variable même en milieu d'après midi, et la pression est très faible. La clim est un très faible, ne rafraichit que le couloir, ets'éteint dès que la porte du balcon s'ouvre, mais ne se rallume pas automatiquement. Le parking gratuit est un carré en friche de l'autre côté de la rue, uniquement protégé par une barrière capricieuse (20€ de caution en liquide sont demandés pour la télécommande). Le personnel est globalement aimable, à l'exception de l'un de l'un des serveurs de la piscine, qui est relativement désagréable avec les clients. En conclusion, nous qui avions réservé cet hôtel pour finir en beauté nos vacances en Grèce, nous regrettons de ne pas avoir prolongé notre séjour à notre hôtel précédent, qui, lui, annonçait 4* et en respectait les standards.

La propreté des chambres, la proximité de la mer, la présence d'un médecin l'après-midi, l'implication du personnel et la présence du Know bar juste au bord de la mer. Un buffet varié.

Les parties communes ne sont pas propres (il suffirait déjà de changer la moquette des couloirs pour redonner un coup d'éclat). Impossible d'aller sur la petite plage en face de l'hôtel. Trop de monde. Il faut payer les transats 7 euros même pour y rester une demi-heure. Ce serait un plus de prévoir quelques animations (dégustation de vins de Crète et d'huile d'olive) et des excursions. Plus généralement, il faut venir à Hersonissos pour se baigner ou comme point de départ pour visiter la région car la ville n'a aucun charme.

L’hôtel est bien situé, beaucoup de choses à faire aux alentours ça c’est top.

Les repas étaient répétitifs.. mais bon En 1 semaine de vacances nous avons réussi à avoir 2/3 fois des transats car des 8h du matin toute les serviettes étaient déjà posé sur les transats sans personne dessus :) Je mettrais plus 3/4 étoiles et pas hôtel 5 étoiles pour cet établissement.

Great location, sea 200m away, beach narrow but not crowded, a bit rocky, most of them rent sunbeds for an average of 15€ per day. Lots of shops around, car rental..., Promenade... The hotel itself is neat, quiet, great, food changes and has a large selection, staff is helpful. What's missing is maybe a snack between lunch and dinner, because they only give fruit and ice cream. Overall good atmosphere

Manager Dimitri very helpful

Our stay at this hotel left a very positive impression. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The manager was also attentive and always willing to assist whenever needed. Lunch and dinner were delicious and offered a great variety of dishes, especially the wide selection of seafood, which we really enjoyed. The only downside regarding the food was that the breakfast was quite repetitive, with very few changes from day to day. The biggest drawback was the housekeeping. The rooms were not cleaned thoroughly enough, so this is definitely an area where improvement is needed. Despite this, our overall experience was very good, and I would recommend this hotel.

My fiancé and I have just returned from our stay at the Hersonissos palace. It has some good and bad and average points The room was great with a modern twist and a sea view The restaurant was well designed and the food was decent, but the wines were atrocious. Awful. As were the spirits, which I guess are sort of expected on all inclusive holidays, but still disappointing upon taste. Entertainment was dreadful to non existent, for peak season this must be looked at as there was nothing to do after evening meals. A great time was had as we both enjoy our downtime together, but would I return to this hotel? Probably not Phil and Sharon UK

Excellent Location. We are near the town and near beach. I would recommend this to all families and friends. Atmosphere is great. Very fun. The bar near the pool always keeps everyone to have good time. Rooms are very clean and always keeps everyone up to date with it. Very value for money!

We arrived very early this morning at 3am. We were welcomed in and assisted with our bags, they offered us food s as we were late arrivals which was nice. Dimitris the manager came to see as when we were dining on our first evening to check everything was ok with the food, bar, service and our room. The hotel has a lovely nice and we are very impressed so far

The location is very close to the town centre and the beach, very good location. Thy have a bar close to the beach called Known and you can have drinks on the beach as well. They do have some entertainment a few nights per week which is outstanding. The atmosphere is nice, staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and tidy. There is an ac in the room, the swimming pools are cleaned every day and looked after. You get free towels for the beach ( you need to pay a deposit for it which you will take it back as soon as you return the towel/s). The food it's good with a lot of choices. We had a wonderful experience with this hotel and we will definitely coming back.

5* experience. Will be returning here on any next ocassion. Dimitris, the manager was always around, ensuring that everything is in good order. The staff: waiters, housekeeping, bar attendants, reception were always helpfull and joly. Very close location to the beach and town ( walking distance). The entertaintment was good and everyone was looking after us well thoughout our stay. Highly recoomend this hotel and the one day a la carte food experience - extraordinary food and scenery.

Ruoka oli hyvää ja monipuolista. Allasalue oli kiva, tosin aurinkotuoleja voisi olla enemmän. Hotelli ja huone olivat siistejä. Pysäköintialue toimi hyvin.

Sijainti on meren lähellä, mutta muuten Hersonissos on epäsiisti nuorison bilepaikka ja koko ympäristö on vähän epäviihtyisä. Rantakadulla ei aamuisin halua lenkkeillä kun joka paikassa on nuorison yöbiletyksen jäljiltä roskaa ja ranta-alueella paljon rumia rakentamattomia joutomaakaistaleita. Saapuessamme olisi pitänyt olla käteistä, jolla maksaa respaan pyyhepanttia ja panttia pysäköinnin puomista jne. Tuollaiset pantit pitäisi unohtaa tasokkaassa hotellissa. Uima-altaat pitäisi pitää auki klo 20 saakka, illallakin oli vielä melkein 30 lämmintä, nyt ehdimme altaalle vain kerran 6 päivän aikana. Huoneessa pahviseinät, möykkää kuului käytäviltä ja kaduilta.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Crete and would definitely recommend it. The food was excellent, with a great variety of dishes every day. There was always something new to try, and we especially appreciated the wide selection of fresh fish available daily. The quality and diversity of the meals exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thank you to the restaurant manager, Dimitri, who made sure every guest was comfortable during meals and paid great attention to every detail. We would also like to thank the lovely lady at the pool bar. She was always smiling, kind, and happy to help. She never had a problem filling our 1-liter water bottle, which we really appreciated, especially during the hot days. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and truly enjoyed our stay. We would be happy to come back in the future!

We are having an absolutely wonderful time at Hersonissos Palace! From the moment we arrived, we have felt truly welcome. The food is simply delicious – every meal has been amazing. We are absolutely sure we will return home a few kilos heavier, but it will be worth every bite! The variety and quality of the food have exceeded our expectations. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The towels are changed every day, which we really appreciate. The swimming pools are always clean and well looked after, creating the perfect place to relax. The beach is just a short walk from the hotel, making the location absolutely ideal The entire staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. A special thank you goes to the hotel manager, who is an exceptionally kind person. It was such a nice surprise wieniec he told us, that he once lived in Poland for a while! Our hearts were also won by the beach bar, Know Bar, and especially by the wonderful waitress, Nicoletta. She made every day even more enjoyable with her warm personality and outstanding service. She went above and beyond on our son's 5th birthday by organizing beautiful surprises during dinner, making the celebration truly unforgettable. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that we will always remember. Thank you to everyone at Hersonissos Palace for making our holiday so special. We can't wait to come back!

The walls are paper thin, you can hear neighbours snoring, watching tv, having conversations, it’s really annoying. The staff are friendly though and location is pretty decent, all inclusive is nice

The location is good, although the views from the hotel are disappointing. The atmosphere at the hotel is poor. There is no real entertainment at the hotel. They provide some live music away from the hotel at the beach bar a few times a week, although there is not much seating. The rooms are small, we booked a room for three people, however the room was only big enough for two. There were only cups and towels for two people and two balcony chairs. The maid service was very good and the rooms were kept clean, with daily change of towels and bins. Overall I do not think this hotel is good value for money. It is an average 3 star hotel. At times the hotel could get quite noisy at night with younger groups returning in the early hours of the morning. They have two pools, the first one is very difficult to get a bed because people put towels on all day to save them. The pool man did remove some when we complained. At the rear of the hotel is another pool with beds, however there are not enough beds for all guest. The beds in the main area have a plastic coating and this gets very hot, so you must put a towel down or burn. The food at the hotel was also average, although it was cooked well and fresh. Plenty of salad and desserts. The drinks let this hotel down really badly, the mixer drinks were all watery, with no real taste. Wine wasn't drinkable. We had to purchase drinks from the supermarket or go to the pub, which we didn't intend doing on an all inclusive holiday. The main selling point for this hotel is the staff, the Bar staff Dimitri x2, were really polite and helpful. Also the waitress in the restaurant, I think Anna, was very good and helpful. The hotel is very dated and needs an upgrade. The carpets inside the hotel are very stained. There is no toilet facilities around the pool, you need to go to the gym area down some stairs or into the hotel also an down two flights of stairs. An added note do not waste your money on the small train, it is boring, bumpy and just takes you along the dusty roads with no scenic views.

Just returned from staying at this hotel the hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful food is very good with a good selection Bad points are there is no entertainment at the hotel (only at the beach bar ) also the drinks at the pool bar are awful we ended up buying drinks from the local shop myself I only drink coke or Fanta but even these were awful other people were saying the same this hotel could be excellent if a little effort was put into it, I wish the owners would sometimes speak to the quest and ask for there input it doesn’t take much maybe aqua aerobics and water volly ball /bingo /open the box all things that would it a better stay

I stayed here for 10 nights with my husband and son, the location was good in walking distance from the beach and bars. Even though it says it is a 5 star hotel, I wouldn't say it's a 5 star hotel I would say it's a 3 star at best. The room was clean and comfortable just what we needed although the sofa bed my son slept on was rather squeaky needed a bit of WD 40 on it. The know bar was great we spent most of our evenings here, Nikoleta and Mike were amazing they were very attentive and were very friendly, happy, always smiling. The staff were very friendly throughout the hotel. The burgers at the know bar were amazing the best food we had eaten whilst we were there. The food was average at best, same sort of food every day. Snack bar was only an hour a day. There wasn't any daytime entertainment which was quite disappointing, so it was very quiet and the evening entertainment was ok a couple of times at the beach bar there was music and singers.

La piscina principale è molto bella, con sdraio comode, ma numericamente insufficienti e senza controllo sull’occupazione dei posti disponibili (molte persone occupavano il posto senza essere fisicamente in piscina, nonostante fosse vietato). La seconda piscina, più piccola, ha sdraio fatiscenti. Inoltre in entrambe le piscine sono vietati i tuffi, ma nessuno controllava o riprendeva chi li faceva. L’hotel non dispone di accesso esclusivo alla spiaggia né è possibile prenotare lettini nelle zone attrezzate. Bagno in camera senza ventola funzionante

Currently staying here, it’s a busy hotel. All staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Dimitris! There is plenty of choice of food and it’s always hot with meat and fish cooked fresh. Sunbeds are very comfy by the main pool. So far so good!

Location is perfect, in the center of the old city, close to the city, in one minute to the beach, we enjoyed the evenings at the beach bar with life music (by the way… do not hesitate for all inclusive guests to book a dinner at the beach bar), good food including variety of specialities, good service and very helpful staff.

Diner viel tegen. Oudere dame van de receptie mag best wat vriendelijke zijn. 2de zwembad had waardeloze bedjes. Pijnlijk en veel zijn er stuk. Piepklein balkon.

The hotel is definitely not 5 star I would say 3 at the most ferral cats running round the dining room staff doing nothing to discourage this.peopkd feeding the cats at mealtimes dispite notices not Todo so.no member of staff stopping them the smell in the lifts was horrendous smelt like petrol. I should not have to pay for a safe in my room or a luggage locker in a supposedly 5 star hotel the hotel is dated and the room furniture looks old.the swimming pool shut at 6 o'clock in a heatwave ? Then the cats took over.i booked the hotel for special occasion never been so disappointed in my life

We are staying at Hersonissos Palace for the second time. I first visited this hotel with my mother in September, and I enjoyed it so much that I decided I would definitely come back again — this time with my husband. And here we are! The hotel continues to offer a wonderful atmosphere, excellent service, and genuine hospitality. A special thank you to Dimitris for his warm welcome, kindness, and attentiveness throughout our stay. People like him make guests feel truly valued and are one of the reasons we love returning. We highly recommend Hersonissos Palace and look forward to visiting again in the future!

Great hotel, Location- very good close to the strip and can walk anywhere Atmosphere- you have one main pool which gets busy and then the quiet pool where you most of the time will be in the pool alone, very quiet and peaceful Rooms- we did have a twin room but the lady at reception was so lovely she changed us to a ground floor double room, with a better view also! Staff- super friendly, can’t fault them! All lovely and helpful. Food- always plenty to choose from, same with cocktails and spirits We was all inclusive, they also have a beach bar located down the front and it’s all inclusive so you can enjoy that in the evenings. Only downfall from this hotel is the lack of entertainment during the day, if they had some aqua gym or some dancers, or even some music around the main pool this would make it a 5*, other than that it’s brilliant, we was very nervous coming here as the reviews are mixed but I recommended this place, if you want more of a chilled quiet holiday! We will return in the future.

Let's start with the positives. Location for nightlife is very good, close to the beach. Friendly staff. Very clean hotel. Rooms cleaned daily. Large TV connected to Netflix, Prime Video etc. Water provided in your rooms daily. Know bar on seafront offers the same all inclusive drinks. You can visit once during your stay, you get burgers and chips. The food here is nicer, so well with going. Drinks typical all inclusive. Negatives. Food very average, lacks flavour. However always managed to find something that was okay. . Air con. Limited temperature and air flow very low, even on full fan. Made room quite uncomfortable at times but still okay. Sun beds. Nice beds at main pool but they get taken with towels very early and no one sat on them. Hotel don't do anything about it. Sunbeds on 2nd pool are very worn and uncomfortable. Towels for sunbeds are provided with deposit. Entertainment. They is nothing. No animation team. No activities during the day. No amthopshere. The hotel is dead on an evening, everyone either goes out or goes to bed early. The only entertainment is on a Thursday night. Cretan dancers. Very very poor for a 5***** hotel. Overall the hotel is fine but not 5 *****. It's a 3***. So if you are booking thinking your getting 5 star then please save your money you will be disappointed. But a 3 star you will be happy. We've enjoyed our stay, leaving tomorrow but spent a lot of time outside the hotel which made the holiday more expensive than we were expecting. Hope the review helps.

Stay at hotel was average …. I can understand why reviews on here state it’s a 3* hotel as restaurant, pools and reception areas are very dated. Plus points are rooms have been refurbished and are very comfortable and hotel in perfect central location.

I am staying at Hersonisos Place, where I received all the information from the reception, the room is spacious, to modern standards, it is cleaned daily and the all inclusive menu includes fresh, tasty products and the hotel staff pays attention to each tourist. The hotel pool is always cleaned, the hotel has a gym, darts, billiards and the beach is 1 minute from the hotel. There is a hotel bar on the beach where you can drink drinks. I recommend it both for the quality of the services and the friendliness and availability of the staff and the hotel manager is willing to help in solving any problem

Nuits difficiles. Hurlements dans les couloirs chaque nuit. Chambre mal insonorisée. Nous entendions les conversations des chambres voisines..... Et je suis malentendante appareillée !!! Bruit de l'extérieur important. Notre chambre était située côté livraison. De plus, , nous n'avons pas pu trouver un transat à la piscine pendant la semaine malgré leur règlement. Assensceur à prendre en apnée...forte odeur de graisse ? TV et frigo dysfonctionnemant Ne correspond pas à un 5 étoiles

Our stay at this hotel exceeded all our expectations! From the very first moment, we were welcomed by an incredibly friendly and professional staff who always went above and beyond to make our vacation comfortable and enjoyable. The food deserves special praise – every meal was delicious, varied, and prepared with great care. The drinks were excellent as well, and we especially loved the bars: one located right by the sea and two more inside the hotel, each offering a wonderful atmosphere to relax and unwind. Our luxury room was absolutely outstanding. The bed linen was perfectly white and spotless, the mattresses were soft and extremely comfortable, and the towels were always fresh and immaculate. Housekeeping maintained exceptional cleanliness every day. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the hotel director, Dimitros. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for every guest create a warm, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. It is clear that the entire team is exceptionally well managed under his leadership. Everything about our stay was simply perfect. We truly enjoyed every moment and would happily return again. A heartfelt thank you to Dimitros and the entire team for an unforgettable holiday. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an amazing vacation in Greece!

Location close to the beach. I personally bought a sun umbrella for 10 euros and sat on the sand. Sunbeds are paid 12 euros per day (two people) . Initially we had a room overlooking the side, but it was too noisy above the kitchen. We requested another room and were offered another one overlooking the pool. At the beach bar I met Mihai, a Romanian from Iasi, a kind and dedicated boy! Cleanliness - acceptable, in my view, without upsetting anyone.

I want to thank Nicoletta, Mike the bartender from the know bar and Katharina from the Pool bar for making the stay with my friends amazing! The hotel was so good, Nice bed, bathroom and balcony. Everything was so lovely. The Food was also good especcialy in the morning. Thank You Very much.

החדרים משופצים, הצוות נחמד מאוד, יחסית קרוב לכביש הראשי ממנו יש תחבורה לאתרים ובמרחק הליכה קצרה מהנמל התיירותי.

המלון מיושן ומוזנח, מלוכלך מאוד ולא מטופח בסטנדרט שמצופה ממלון 5 כוכבים. היו לכלוכים במרפסת ושיער במקלחת שלא נוקו 3 ימים. חדר המזוודות פתוח לרווחה ולא נעול ממש בכניסה מול הרחוב ככה שכל הרוצה יכול לקחת. תהליך קבלת פנים וצ'ק אין מסורבל ולא הולם.

Location was good. However hotel was full of youngsters running riot through night drunk screaming and up till 6/7 in the morning.The hotel advised to let them know if they became a problem however they done nothing. Reception staff females were rude. Food okay and room basic but hard to say its a 5 star maybe 3.

The personnal is very kind and the manager to but a lot of them don't speak french. The restaurant is very good. This hotel is nice and the place is vers good to party but the pool closed too early

Some Staff could be rude, beds were not made, misinformation regarding taxis at reception. Attempted to take tourist tax despite it being included. I would honestly rate this hotel maybe 3.5 stars / 5

kahvaltı daha iyi olabilirdi... 5 yıldızlı bir otel için oldukça zayıf sayılır. yunanistan'ta, özellikle de girit'te bir otelin kahvaltısında feta peyniri ve zeytin olmaması gerçekten çok üzücü. otel genelinde yunan kahvesi olmaması da çok ilginç. öğle yemeklerini deneyimleyemedik çünkü gündüzleri otel dışında vakit geçirdik ancak akşam yemekleri bazı akşamlar fiyat/kalite bakımından fena sayılmazdı. otel fotolarda deniz kenarındaki gibi pazarlanmış ancak gerçekte öyle değil. otel deniz kenarında olmadığı gibi hele fotolardaki gibi hiç değildi. uzun lafın kısası fotolara bakarak gelirseniz hayal kırıklığına uğrayabilirsiniz. personel de çok vasattı. kimsenin yüzü gülmüyordu. bütçenizi biraz daha artırıp kesinlikle daha farklı bir otele gitmenizi öneririm.

We arrived on the afternoon of May 21st and on the surface everything looked good, we dropped our cases off in our room and went straight to lunch, there was a good choice of food on offer. We went back to our room to unpack our cases and went out onto our balcony over looking the pool, straight away we noticed one of the clear safety panels was missing, then we noticed all the bird poo, it was on the two other clear panels, the wooden handrail and the concrete walls, later that evening we realised pigeons were roosting on the walls to the side of our room. At no point in the week of our stay was any of it cleaned up despite us noticing other balconies being cleaned. On day one of our stay I killed a spider the remains of that spider was still on the floor six days later leading us to believe the floor hadn’t been swept, the duvet was pulled up over the bed but the bed wasn’t made or sheets changed although we did get clean towels daily. The hotel states it has a lobby bar but this was never open, even when the temperature dropped and it was raining guests were expected to use the pool bar. The Know bar offered some good entertainment and the service when the young female waitress was in was great but when the male waiter was on there was no service and tables where left with plates, cutlery and glasses on while he stood having a smoke ignoring customers waiting for drinks. The food was very repetitive and on one night we turned up to the dinning room at 2045 knowing it was open until 2100 some of the dishes had been cleared away, the grill area was being washed down and the person looked at us in disbelief that we would want food at that time. We made the most of our stay at Hersonissos Palace but we won’t be returning it is clearly not a five star hotel but could be.

This hotel is nowhere near a 4 star or 5 star rating . At best a 3* and that is due to its EXCEPTIONAL staff and cleanliness. The hotel is spotlessly clean from communal areas to each individual room. Maid service in every day and beds made. ALL staff are so welcoming and friendly. They are so approachable and will bend over backwards to help with your needs.From cleaners to receptionists and everyone in between this has to be the best service I have received.(and I have travelled all over the world). The rooms are a decent size, with very comfy large beds. A small balcony with comfortable seating. Reception is on the 2nd floor accessed by stairs or one of 2 VERY SMALL lifts. Bar and restaurant on the 1st floor and communal toilets on the lower ground floor again access by stairs or small lift.Bear this in mind for later on in my review. The meals were AWFUL, not much choice and what was available was over cooked and almost inedible. Lamb chops that were so well done they flew across the table when I tried to cut them. Not much veggie choice especially potato choice. Deserts were okay but the ice cream had no flavour you just guessed what it was supposed to be from the colours. Drinks were watered down especially the beer,which asking for a large beer you got a half pint !!! Vodka tasted like paint stripper. They do have a bar called know bar down on the beach with great views. Now my main issues…both myself and my husband are disabled. I use a mobility scooter my husband 2 walking sticks(he is awaiting knee surgery for those who may doubt). Everywhere in the hotel is stairs. The lifts (there are 2) measure approx 90cm square. My scooter would not fit in the lift,in fairness the staff did do everything they could but the scooter had to be dismantled completely every time we wanted to leave our room. There was no disabled toilet and no toilets at all on the floor with bars and restaurants.. access to the hotel was a little ropey with a slight ramp but that’s it. Outside the hotel no dropped kerbs and accessible footpaths so had to ride on the roads with traffic. Outside the hotel areas are quite accessible if a little bumpy. Glad we were only here for a few nights it was sufficient time in this hotel,in this day and age the disability discrimination in this hotel is disgraceful. They need to spend a little money on bigger lifts and some disabled rooms with grab rails etc. to make this anywhere near a 4* oh and a new chef!

We recently stayed at Hersonissos Palace and unfortunately, our experience did not reflect the 5-star rating the hotel advertises. In reality, it felt closer to a 3-star property at best. While some of the rooms appear to have been upgraded, the overall condition and cleanliness were disappointing. The carpets were dirty, and on one occasion our room wasn’t cleaned at all. The toilet was left filthy, the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, and housekeeping only left us with one towel. Tea and coffee supplies were not replenished during our stay, which is something you would expect as standard in a hotel of this supposed level. We had a sea view room, which unfortunately came with significant noise. While this may not entirely be the hotel’s fault, it did impact our ability to relax. The balcony was very small with loose floor tiles that didn’t feel safe or well maintained. The view itself was also poor and not what we expected. The all-inclusive package was another letdown. Drinks were low quality, and there were no snacks available outside of set meal times, which is surprising for an all-inclusive resort. Cappuccino and other speciality coffees were available at breakfast, but throughout the rest of the day these had to be paid for, which again feels inconsistent with a 5-star all-inclusive experience. The package includes one visit per week to the beach bar for burgers. While the food quality there was nice, the service was extremely slow and the food arrived cold. That said, the lady working there was very efficient and helpful, and she was one of the few positive aspects of the service we experienced. Overall, we found the staff generally unfriendly and not particularly welcoming, which added to the disappointment. In summary, this hotel does not meet 5-star expectations in terms of cleanliness, service, maintenance, or overall all-inclusive value. We would not return and would advise others to manage their expectations carefully before booking.

Great Hotel and Staff! From start until the end, everyone (reception, restaurant, bar, cleaning, Hotel management ) was very supporting and extremely friendly. The room was very clean, modern and fulfills all needs. The buffet was great, too. The special dishes had very good seasening and were always delicious! The sand beach was only 150 meters away. We two asian sisters love this place!
