Vasia Boulevard Hotel (Adults Only)

Very good hotel. Location is perfect, close to all restaurants, clubs, beach and shops. As well as to the bus stop, in case you would like to go to Heraklion for a tour (just don't trust Google with bus stop location. It's actually after the Spar supermarket). Food was great, very delicious and fresh, especially dinners, which never repeated in a week. Special thanks to the hotel staff, they are absolutely adorable people, all of them, very friendly and helpful. Room was good, as on the photos. We did a big research on the hotels and we are super happy that we have chosen this one.

Ein hervorragendes Kleinod, das trotz zentraler Lage, still und sogar ein wenig idyllisch ist. (Wir hatten Zimmer mit Poolblick) Das sehr freundliche Personal, das gut zur Hälfte keine Griechen sind, ist aufmerksam und herzlich. Das Frühstück ist umfänglich und von guter Qualität. Es gibt sogar eine Omlettkarte aus der man jederzeit auswählen kann.

Einzig die Bar an der Straße, könnte etwas mehr Design vertragen. Preis und Qualität ist aber auch hier sehr gut

Schonungslos ehrlich: Dieses Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen in nahezu allen Bereichen enttäuscht. Wir haben aufgrund der Darstellung auf Booking.com ein hochwertiges 5-Sterne-Hotel erwartet. Die Realität vor Ort ist davon jedoch sehr weit entfernt. Besonders enttäuschend sind die veränderten und stark bearbeiteten Bilder, mit denen das Hotel online dargestellt wird. Sie vermitteln einen deutlich luxuriöseren und hochwertigeren Eindruck, als wir vor Ort vorgefunden haben. Wir haben deshalb Vergleichsbilder erstellt und die Online-Darstellung direkt der Realität gegenübergestellt – der Unterschied ist aus unserer Sicht erheblich. Auf unsere Nachfrage erklärte uns der Manager, die Bilder seien etwa vier Jahre alt. Für uns ist das keine überzeugende Erklärung dafür, weshalb weiterhin mit Bildern geworben wird, die aus unserer Sicht ein völlig falsches Bild vom aktuellen Zustand vermitteln. Auch der angebliche 5-Sterne-Standard ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Ausstattung, Atmosphäre und Gesamtzustand entsprechen unserer persönlichen Erfahrung nach höchstens einem 2-Sterne-Niveau. Wer ein 5-Sterne-Hotel bucht und entsprechend bezahlt, darf unserer Meinung nach deutlich mehr erwarten. Das Essen war ebenfalls eine große Enttäuschung und für uns schlicht unterirdisch. Qualität und Auswahl entsprachen keinesfalls unseren Erwartungen an ein Hotel dieser Kategorie. Besonders enttäuschend war zudem der Umgang mit unserer Beschwerde. Obwohl wir die erheblichen Unterschiede mit Fotos dokumentiert und Booking.com vorgelegt haben, wurde uns lediglich eine 15-%-Erstattung angeboten. Diese Lösung empfanden wir angesichts der Situation als völlig unangemessen. Unser Fazit: Die Diskrepanz zwischen der Darstellung auf Booking.com und der Realität vor Ort ist für uns schlicht nicht akzeptabel. Wir würden dieses Hotel definitiv nicht noch einmal buchen.

מדובר במלון שנמצא על הטיילת של חרסינוס מקום מרכזי מול הים. מלון בוטיק שנמצא במרכז הטיילת נוח מאוד לטייל שם. אני מאוד ממליצה על מלון זה. יש בו אווירה משפחתית ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד. יש למלון גם בית קפה על הטיילת אכלנו שם פעמיים היה מאוד טעים. תודה רבה.

وجود نمل بالغرفة ..وعند المغادرة وجدنا احدى الحقائب كلها نمل ..وبعد وصولنا المنزل وجدنا النمل داخل الحقيبة وتم رمي كل المشتريات من المأكولات وبذلك خسرنا مبالغ وخاصة بعضها هدايا... من المفترض ان يكون الشاطى الخاص بالفندق نظيف ومرتب

A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff who can’t do enough for you. The hotel is located right on the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The manager could not be more hospitable and facilitated a late check out for us as we had an evening flight. The cleaning staff are meticulous and friendly. Highly recommend!

Αρκετά καλό το πρωινό αλλά τη διαφορά την έκανε η ευγένεια του προσωπικού.

Τίποτα το ιδιαίτερο ίσως οι τιμές στο bar ήταν αρκετά ακριβές αλλά αυτό ήταν γενικότερο πρόβλημα και εκτός καταλύματος.

Ho chiesto di sistemare il collegamento wireless della tv, mai fatto… grazie a dio delle stampelle in più dopo due giorni di attesa siamo riuscite a recuperarle !! La pulizia delle camere molto approssimativa…

Das Hotel ist hell und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist abwechslungsreich und lecker. Zusätzlich bietet das Hotel noch eine Frühstückskarte an, aus der bestellt werden kann. Dann können individuelle Wünsche berücksichtigt werden und das Frühstück wird frisch zubereitet.

Uns war nicht bewusst, dass das Hotel mitten in der belebten Zone von Hersonissos liegt. Zur Straße hin ist es daher abends etwas lauter.

We had a wonderful stay at Vasia Boulevard Hotel and would happily come back! One of the first things I loved about the hotel was its beautiful, modern design. The lobby is especially lovely, with large windows overlooking the sea. You can sit inside and still feel as if the Mediterranean is right in front of you. The location is absolutely perfect. Hersonissos was very lively and busy during our stay, but the hotel is positioned in such a convenient spot that you get the best of both worlds. You are just steps away from the main streets with restaurants, bars and shops, yet when you walk out towards the other side, you are immediately by the sea. The beach directly in front of the hotel is not very large, but it is perfectly fine for relaxing, swimming and spending a few peaceful hours by the water. There are also many other small beaches and beautiful coves within easy walking distance. The hotel is also an excellent base for exploring other parts of Crete without a car. The main road and bus stops are only about a 5-minute walk away. From there you can take buses towards the airport and also travel to places such as Malia and Potamos Beach, Agios Nikolaos and further towards the beautiful Voulisma Beach. This was a huge advantage for us. Our room was modern, stylish, very clean and comfortable. Another highlight was definitely the food. We had breakfast and dinner included and were impressed by both the quality and the variety. Breakfast is served until 11:00, which is wonderful when you are on holiday and don't want to wake up early every morning. There is a large selection, including traditional Greek dishes as well as many other options. Dinner was also something we looked forward to. In addition to the excellent selection and variety, there is an à la carte menu where you can choose between different main courses. The food was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented, and during our stay there was enough variety that it never felt repetitive.

Vasia Boulevard Hotel est présenté comme un 5 étoiles, mais n’en a clairement pas le niveau. Le personnel est globalement sympathique, souriant et poli, mais ne comprend pas les demandes les plus simples : je commande du poulet, on m’apporte du poisson ; je demande un double expresso, on m’apporte un Freddo cappuccino. Au début, ces erreurs prêtaient à sourire, mais à la longue, cela devient franchement agaçant et donne une impression de manque de professionnalisme et de formation. Côté chambre et salle de bain, le standing est loin d’un 5 étoiles. Rien pour poser ses trousses de toilette dans la salle de bain : elles restent par terre, ce qui est peu pratique et indigne d’un hôtel censé être haut de gamme. Le contour du syphon du lavabo était moisi, et la salle de bain dans son ensemble est rudimentaire, sans le confort ni les finitions que l’on attend d’un établissement de luxe. L’espace restauration du petit dejeuner et du diner : Les coussins des chaises sont tous tachés, ce qui renvoie une image négligée. Le soir, il y a des blattes/ cafards qui sortent et se promènent sous les tables. En tant qu’habituée des vrais 5 étoiles, je peux dire que cet hôtel n’est, au mieux, qu’un 3 étoiles. Le potentiel est là, la localisation peut être agréable, mais le niveau de service, l’entretien et les équipements doivent être sérieusement revus pour justifier la catégorie annoncée. En l’état, la promesse de 5 étoiles n’est pas tenue. J’ai toujours fait confiance aux avis en ligne, et en règle générale je ne suis jamais déçue. Mais là, honnêtement, je ne comprends absolument pas cette note. Elle ne reflète en rien la réalité du séjour.

Excellent location on the seafront - we loved hearing the sound of the waves while we were sitting in our room. Loads of bars and restaurants close. Very good breakfast with a full a la carte and a good greek buffet. Spacious comfortable room with good air con and a very comfy bed. Very friendly staff.

ליהודים: המלון הזה נמצא פחות מ-2 דקות הליכה מבית חב"ד! בנוסף, הם מכירים את הבעיה שיש ליהודי לפתול דלת עם כרטיס גידיטאלי בשבת, וכל פעם שחזרנו לחדר מישהו עלה איתנו כדי לפתוח לנו את הדלת! המלון יושב ממש על הים, ועל הטיילת, (לבקש חדר הפונה אל הים)! מלון נקי, יפה, חדרים (לא גדולים) נקיים, חדישים, יש בבם הכל: מקרר, מרפסת וכו! הצוות.. אין מילים! 100%! אדיבים! נחמדים! ןעושים הכל למען האורח!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Aussicht war traumhaft und hat unseren Urlaub noch schöner gemacht. Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war hervorragend – alles hat ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Manager: Er war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat jedes Problem freundlich, professionell und schnell gelöst. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Locatia e foarte facila, aproape de restaurante, plaje, promenada. Personalul este foarte atent, iti ofera welcome drink, un platou de fructe in camera si o sticla de sampanie. Micul dejun are tot ce trebuie. Pentru cei care inchiriaza masina, se gasesc locuri de parcare fix in fata hotelului. Ne a placut foarte mult!

Pisicina este foarte mica si mai mult de design, dar noi nu am venit pentru piscina acolo deci nu ne a deranjat.

We chose a sea-view room, and it was worth every penny—the views were absolutely breathtaking and made every morning and sunset even more special. Our room was impeccably cleaned every day, and we greatly appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary mineral water replenished daily in the fridge. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a delicious selection of freshly prepared egg dishes, fresh orange juice, and an extensive buffet with something for every taste. However, the true highlight of our stay was the exceptional staff. From the reception team to the breakfast crew and housekeeping staff, every single person we encountered was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and contributed greatly to an unforgettable stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to the area. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we are already looking forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location, right on a swimmable beach and within walking distance of many great restaurants and bars. The breakfast is a perfect 10/10, with an outstanding buffet offering a wide variety of options. You can also order from the à la carte menu at no extra cost, which is included in the room rate. What truly makes this hotel exceptional, though, is the staff. They pay attention to every little detail and make you feel like you're the only guest in the hotel. Their hospitality is simply outstanding. Thank you, Vasia Boulevard team, for such a wonderful stay. I will definitely be back!

אין קפה חופשי אין שתיה חופשי צריך לבקש מהמלצר ממש כמו להכנס למסעדה. טלוויזיה בחדרים לא ניתן אין מספיק תכנים וגם לא ניתן לראות את שידורי המונדיאל לא בחדר ולא בלובי.

Its in the center, near the beach everything is very close. The staff is very nice, and understanding, our flight was early they let us do early check in, and also late check out. The breakfast is very good, they dinner not bad too.

Trebuie schimbate geamuriile , fiindca am avut camera cu vedere la mare ( foarte frumoasa vederea) , dar se auzea foarte tare galagia dimineata la ora 5-6 cand veneau tinerii din club la rasarit de soare.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the location was excellent, close to everything I needed. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. We had a wonderful stay at Vasia Boulevard Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hersonissos. This charming boutique hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the town, while being literally just steps away from the sea. Its location is ideal, with the beach, restaurants, cafés, shops, and all local attractions within a very short walking distance. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the breakfast is excellent, and I strongly recommend choosing the half-board option. The dinner selection is varied, refined, and of a very high quality, offering something different every evening. A very special thank you to Dimitris, the Hotel Director, and to Maria at Reception. They welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality. As we arrived very late at night, after midnight, they thoughtfully arranged for a delicious meal to be waiting for us in our room, as we had informed them in advance of our late arrival. This thoughtful gesture made us feel truly cared for and set the tone for a fantastic stay. The professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail of the entire team made our holiday even more enjoyable. We will definitely return to Vasia Boulevard Hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Abends & Nachts laufen viele Urlauber lautstark lang auf dem Weg zum Feiern & wieder zurück in ihre Unterkunft Wenn man dieses hotel mit Meerblick bucht, sollte das einem bewusst sein. Einen Strandabschnitt gibt es zwar, aber dieser ist sehr verdreckt
