Reception very nice. Laura explained the different tours and organised for us to go with a taxi. Filipo was very helpful and checked train back to Milano which were better connected, only hotels could go on. so i made our journey quicker.

The train a bit far and taxi are quite expensive to train station.

Locatie is top, er is een strandtent aan de overkant waar ze plek voor je kunnen reserveren, of je fietst met 5 min het centrum in van FDM. Er is ook een shuttle service naar het dorp.

Het is gehorig, je hoort andere mensen praten door de muren heen. In de meest standaard kamer sta je te douchen in bad.

Ubicación frente a al mar, a 15 min caminando del centro, además hay bicicletas para arrendar. todo muy limpio, buen desayuno y el personal muy amable.

Las almohadas eran duras y falta arreglar algunos detalles de pinturas en los baños.

Hotel di altissimo livello, materassi comodissimi, staff eccellente e struttura curatissima anche nelle parti comuni. Colazione ricca e con la cucina disponibile a cucinare al momento le uova come più gradito. Posizione ottima.

Wir sind seit Jahren immer wieder einmal Gäste dieses Hauses und sind immer noch zufrieden. Es ist ein älteres Haus aber sehr gut unterhalten und gepflegt. Die Standardzimmer sind etwas klein aber für ein Strandhotel absolut ausreichend. Die neuen Superior Zimmer im vierten Stock lohnen sich! Tolles Frühstück und vor allem ein durchgehend sehr freundliches Personal. Herzlichen Dank!

We came here to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We were so touched that they had put a chilled bottle of prosecco in our room. The beds are firm but everything is super clean. Staff really welcomed us and ensured we had a lovely stay. The beach is across a busy road but there is a crosswalk nearby which is super convenient. The breakfast was perfectly adequate.

we had a wonderful time the restaurant food was excellent and the service was excellent

In the hotels.com app it said we would receive an upgrade of room if available as it was a vip access- it was definitely available but we did not get it. We did miss bathrobe and slippers as it is a beach hotel with a pool and that we had to bycickles althoug it was cheap. The bicycles was great. Otherwise the location was good, but very much noise from the road. Could have supplied us with airprops f.ex. the breakfast was good, the service was good with very friendly staff, the hotel itself a bit old glamour but has it charme, the view was nice. no shuttle service to the center at this time of year som many walks

Staff were lovely and the hotel is beautiful, across from the beach and restaurants within 15 min walking distance.

Hotel restaurant was closed for the season and it was only the beginning of October and it was a decent walk to get to the restaurant district, restaurants are not right outside your door. Taxis are extortion €20 for a 4 min trip to get to the closest restaurant.

The staff were amazing. Everyone went above and beyond. The location was perfect. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to go back.

The waiters were very friendly helpful and generous. Especially a lovely chap called Federico whom my son adored. Very professional and personable.

The hotel needs an urgent makeover. The signs outside are rusty. It is badly kept. No attention to quality or detail. No special touches. No atmosphere. Cold. Dust and Leaves outside that weren’t swept up - especially by the pool. The poolside personnel is scarce. Reception staff absolutely not welcoming or professional. No complementary bicycle service. Our room was ridiculously tiny. The bathroom was old and the drain next to the rickety plastic shower was positively disgusting. The shower was a hand held pitiful device. The bath products are old fashioned and there is no special touch anywhere. Forget the fact that we asked for a room with a bathtub and we were told none of their rooms have tubs. Really. Appalling. Quality price ratio ridiculous .

The staff were pleasant and friendly. The location is ok though it is a 20 mins walk away from the city center.

The hotel is old, walls are very thin so you hear everything, bed is very uncomfortable, pillows were uncomfortable and old. The bedding and towels feel old as well. It’s the same as staying at a 3 star bed and breakfast. The hotel does not have any facilities and no beach access. The stay was below average. However the hotel next door, Villa Grey is very nice, new and has a beach and costs the same. This hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment and is not worth staying there until it is properly refurbished. I didn’t see security staff which is slightly odd however the hotel and neighborhood is very safe.

The location and the sea view were amazing, and the staff were so friendly.

1- The room walls were so thin we heard everything (people snoring, kids jumping on beds, other guests alarms, phone call conversations, etc.) 2- The bed mattress was not comfortable as it feels like it was used so many times.

I could not stay there it smelled veeery bad and unclean and the staff is unhelpful I got out immediately when I arrival even I did not enter the room I do not recommend it at allllllll,,, but if you want a good place there is a hotel near it and much better than it a five star hotel named (Byron ) is great and much better and it does not even compare in this hotel

Staff was great and very helpful ! They even offered to book our Covid 19 test for our return to USA . Hotel has a great location . Parking situation has to be booked in advance if you want to park your car on the property otherwise you can park in the street.

Das Hotel zentral wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Zimmer sehr sauber und Personal sehr freundlich. Schöner Garten und Pool. Leider ist es sehr ringhörig. Auch die Straße hört man noch gut bei geschlossenen Fenstern.

Väldigt bra hotell men väldigt lyhört mellan rummen och även utanför. Trevlig personal och grymt bra läge, nära till allt. Rekommenderar att man hyr cyklar på hotellet.

Hotel liegt nur durch die Strasse vom Meer entfernt. Sehr freundliches Personal im ganzen Haus. Angenehmer Frühstücksraum mit guter Auswahl.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit grosszügigem Frühstück und komfortablen Zimmern mit Meersicht. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist indessen an der obersten Grenze. Eher für Senioren geeignet.

Bella struttura fronte mare. colazione ottima e personale molto cortese. la nostra stanza posizionata al piano terra era troppo rumorosa e l'impianto di condizionamento sembrava un trattorino. il bagno è da rimodernare vista la categoria.
