La ubicación y atención del personal

Nos dieron una habitación redecorada recientemente pero la sorpresa fué al irnos a duchar estaba atascado el desagüe, así que nos ofrecieron otra habitación sin actualizar y más pequeña. Nos ofrecieron dormir en la buena y dejarnos las llaves para ducharnos en la otra , pero era muy incómodo porque estaban alejadas incluso en edificios diferentes , así que nos trasladamos a la peor.Al.menos no nos cobraron el parking del coche.

Очень хорошее расположение, дружеский персонал, великолепный завтрак!

Очень маленький гараж, большая проблема в него въехать и выехать тоже, риск поцарапать машину, очень узкий въезд. Лучше оставлять машину на улице перед отелем!

Struttura accogliente e stanza moderna

L’impianto di domotica non funzionava e ho dormito una notte al gelo e l’altra in un forno. Non sono riusciti a risolvere la situazione e non sono stato rimborsato come è giusto che credo debba essere. La receptionist Diletta, tra l’alto molto gentile ed educata mi ha detto che poteva concedermi come sconto solo il parcheggio e 2 acque per un totale di 36 euro a fronte di una spesa di oltre 700 euro per due notti.

L’emplacement, la piscine.

La salle de bain un peu dégradée et pas très propre joints sales, celui de la porte de douche arraché, le personnel féminin du petit dejeuner juste poli, les produits du petit dejeuner certains au soleil, des tables bancales calées avec des mouchoirs. Problème de climatisation dans la chambre..bref Pas du tout un 4 étoiles .

удачное расположение отеля, рядом хорошие beach club, до центра 15 минут на велосипеде. Хорошие завтраки с большим количеством ягод, фруктов, вкусный кофе. Номера не большие, отличное соотношение цена и качество.

La camera era pulita e molto bella con un piccolo giardinetto privato. La colazione era magnifica con la possibilita’ di consumarla in giardino. La piscina e’ grande e accessibile facilmente dagli ospiti dell’hotel. Le biciclette offerte dalla struttura hanno salvato il nostro soggiorno. Pochissime strutture le propongono ma sono fondamentali per apprezzare FDM.

1. The rooms were generally clean, but I would recommend the newer rooms, especially the ones near the pool. 2. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.

1. The rooms are quite old, and some of them have issues with the air conditioning. The room phone also did not work, and there was no complimentary bottled water provided. 2. I did not appreciate being repeatedly contacted by the hotel after checkout, claiming that I had not returned the bike. I had returned the bike along with the key and handed both to the reception. 3. On one occasion, the air conditioning stopped working at around 2:00 AM. Since the room phone was not working, I had to go down to the reception myself to ask them to fix the issue. 4. The shower drain was clogged, causing water to accumulate in the bathroom.

Das Hotel liegt nicht weit von den Strandbädern entfernt und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön. Ein reichhaltiges Frühstück rundet das Angebot ab.

Es war in der Hotellobby und im Essenraum etwas zu warm.

Great location, not too central but within 5 min with bike. We had a room with a private garden, the room was big enough for 2 person, very comfy bed... We don't eat breakfast but the espresso was a real italian espresso :) The lady at the reception was really kind and paid attention to all the guests... She had great energy. It seemed like she is always there :)

The hotel is a bit overpriced, but it is Forte dei Marmi... You have to pay for the hotel bikes as well... not too expensive but still... No gym in the hotel and we missed it. So instead we went for running in the mornings.

This was our first time at FDM so I was not sure what to expect. When we showed up the hotel was super cute looking and in a great a location. The staff was very friendly and they were very accommodating.

It was all very good.

Svært imøtekommende og serviceinnstilt personalet. Beliggenheten var helt topp, kun en kort sykkeltur inn til sentrum, noe som passet veldig bra. Da hadde man mulighet til å finne litt roen utenfor hovedsentrum. Rent og pent basseng. God frokost.

Badene trenger en liten oppgradering og noe støy fra aircondition.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, making it very convenient for a relaxing holiday. The pool area was beautiful, well-maintained, and a great place to spend time during the day. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished, and we especially loved the amazing views from the hotel. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options available every morning. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

L’hôtel était super! l’accueil très sympa et professionnel, l’emplacement très bien également. Le petit déjeuné était bon et varié. Tout était très propre et confortable.

Tout était propre mais je pense tout de même que la robinetterie de la douche pourrait être changé car un peu vieille. Et le tarif de location de vélo est de 15€ par jour et cela même si vous les prenez seulement le soir pour quelques heures c’est dommage.

Wunderbar für zwei Nächte. Nettes Personal Das Fahrrad, das mir Hotel zur Verfügung gestellt hat, war Gold wert. Eine Freude, damit alles zu erkunden.

Ausstattung spartanisch. Noch nicht mal zahnputzglas. Frühstück ok, aber alles industriell hergestellte Produkte. Irin selbstgemachter Kuchen fehlt und enerell etwas der Charme. Schade, denn Personal und Ort ist gut.

Disponibilità e accoglienza ottima nella reception. Colazione abbastanza ampia. Buona posizione. Possibilità di affittare biciclette.

Pulizia da rivedere: la nostra stanza era decisamente sporca, soprattutto il bagno. La porta d entrata e del bagno non si chiudevano bene.. col miscelatore del lavandino dovevi litigarci perché non si apriva bene.. e non usciva bene l acqua se non lo mettevi nel modo giusto.. insomma.. cose che in un 4 stelle non devono assolutamente succedere .

Reichhaltiges Frühstück, sehr viel frisches mundgerecht zubereitetes Obst.

Hoher Lärmpegel im Frühstücksraum, z.T. unaufmerksames Personal. Zimmer klein, in den winzigen Schrank konnte man keine T-Shirts o.ä. legen, so dass wir überwiegend aus den Koffern leben mussten. Die Dusche war ebenfalls winzig. Die Poolanlage war leider erst ab 10h geöffnet, bot keine Chance für Schwimmen vor dem Frühstück.

La struttura si presenta bene in tutte le sue parti,la camera 109 è molto arieggiata con un grazioso balcone, il personale è molto professionale ed attento. Colazione eccellente . Insomma tutto perfetto come deve essere un breve vacanza!

colazione ottima ,la varietà di opzioni molto buona, uova strapazzate e sode pancake brioches di vario genere, formaggi freschi, salumi. frutta sempre fresca ecc.. .ilrapporto qualità prezzo molto buono. è a circa 2 km dal centro di Forte dei Marmi ma in bicicletta si arriva in pochi minuti.

il noleggio giornaliero delle biciclette non ha un buon rapporto qualità prezzo :(

Hotel is cool the staff are super nice in quiet areas they have bicycles for rent 15 euro per day garage is 30 euro per day outside parking is 15 euro, breakfast is nice .

It was a nice hotel but nothing exceptional. The room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was good. There was a nice pool area. It was easy to park a car outside the hotel and there was also dedicated hotel parking for a fee.

Hotel standards in Italy are generally lower than in other countries so we were not expecting much. There were some easy things that could have been improved, like changing shower head or cleaning rooms a little better. Also, there was a strong smell from air conditioning.

Bra mat och receptionen var fantastiskt, Diletta löste allt , från cyklar till annat . Toppen service av henne. Vi kommer tillbaka!

Unga Frukost värden som inte kunde ett ord engelska och som missade alla mina beställningar. Kändes inte bra.

L' aria condizionata si avvia in automatico tutte le volte che si esce dalla stanza. Bagno piccolo, senza finestra e che necessita di manutenzione.

Good location only a short cycle to the town centre, and a short walk to the beach. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were very friendly.

The room was very small even though we were given an upgrade.

Piscina pulita, parcheggio interno e pet friendly. Un ringraziamento speciale ai ragazzi della reception, unici, in particolare ad Alessandra per la sua disponibilità e simpatia. Posizione ideale: tranquilla, a 5 minuti in bici dal centro di Forte dei Marmi, di fronte al Bagno Sandra convenzionato. Consigliatissimo!
