Nos despertaron las señoras de la limpieza a las 8:30 cuando nuestro check Out no era hasta las 10 y estábamos descansando. Se les oía hablar fuerte por los pasillos. Cuando bajamos a desayunar, quedaban pocas cosas, aunque fueron amables y repusieron lo que no había. Me esperaba que el servicio de bicis fuera gratuito dado el coste elevado del Hotel.,

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Besonders gut gefallen haben uns der schöne und gepflegte Pool sowie das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Die Lage war ebenfalls hervorragend und ideal für Ausflüge (z.B. Pisa oder Lucca) und für Tage am Meer. Auch das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es konnten ebenfalls Velos gemietet werden für 10.-/Tag.
Leider war die Rezeption häufig nicht ausreichend besetzt. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr oft in Telefonate verwickelt und hatte dadurch kaum Zeit, auf Fragen oder andere Anliegen einzugehen. Ausserdem haben wir bei der Ankunft weder das WLAN-Passwort noch weitere wichtige Informationen zum Hotel oder zur Umgebung erhalten. Hier wäre eine bessere Information und Betreuung der Gäste wünschenswert gewesen.

You can tell they take a lot of pride in their hotel and they really look after their guest. They helped us figure out the best way to get a train to Santa Margherita. We're pretty picky and would highly recommend.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, da es von dort mit dem Fahrrad 2 Minuten zum Strand und 5 Minuten in die Innenstadt sind. Man merkt von der ersten Minute, dass das Hotel ein Familienbetrieb ist - man wird herzlichst empfangen und fühlt sich sofort aufgehoben.

Purtroppo per le 24h in cui siamo state in hotel l’aria condizionata non ha funzionato. Abbiamo passato una notte infernale. Non abbiamo ricevuto alcuno sconto per l’accaduto. Non penso torneremo.

Господарі дуже привітні та уважні, завжди готові допомогти й виконати будь-яке прохання. Окреме захоплення – кухня! Дуже смачні домашні італійські страви, приготовлені з любов’ю, наче в бабусі. У готелі ідеальна чистота, щоденне прибирання, затишок, тиша та спокій. Чудове місце для відпочинку, куди хочеться повернутися ще раз. Щиро рекомендуємо!

The hotel is managed by a young, very friendly, and pleasant couple who made us feel truly welcome. A special highlight of our stay was the staff during the breakfast. Two guys always positive, friendly, with a great sense of humour. They entertained us every day and made our stay even more enjoyable.
There was nothing to dislike just the location was not that close to the centre but in a peaceful and relaxing environment.

Great location — near the beach (we went to La Fenice beach club) and a short walk to the square area where you can find great restaurants nearby. The area is quiet and the grounds are peaceful. Staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms were really comfortable. Bike rental is easy and so fun to do. Breakfast was good.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Schönes sauberes Zimmer mit Ausblick auf die Berge und Richtung Meer - sehr freundlich und aufmerksam am Empfang und im Service beim Frühstück mit abwechslungsreichen Angebot und Top-4- Gänge Menü am Abend. Nach dem WM-Auftakt-Spiel von Deutschland bekamen wir kurzfristig noch ein sehr leckeres Essen, obwohl wir für diesen Abend nichts reserviert hatten - Respekt für die insgesamt hohe Gastfreundschaft!

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Nach der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt, wir fühlten uns gleich wohl und bekamen unser Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den Pool. Der Pool ist sehr schön gelegen und auch unser Zimmer war sehr in Ordnung. Das Bett war bequem und es war sauber. Tolles Preis- Leistungsverhältnis und es ist so nah beim Strand und auch nach 10 min Fussweg in der Innenstadt. Der Parkplatz ist groß. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die beiden Kellner beim Frühstück, sie machten sofort gute Laune, waren immer nett, haben sich unsere Kaffewünsche gemerkt und es war eine Freude jeden Tag beim Frühstück. Es gab Wurst, Käse, Obst und Müsli, frische Croissant und die besten Rühreier. Das Hotel bietet auch ein Abendessen an mit 4 Gängen, auch dies haben wir einen Abend in Anspruch genommen und wurden überrascht, hier wird italienisch gekocht, man fühlt sich wie in der Familie. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sogar spontan verlängert weil es so schön war. Der Poolbereich ist großzügig und es gibt Liegen und Couchen und man ist auch gleich beim Strand oder entlang der langen Strandpromenade zum laufen oder Radfahren unterwegs. Wir kommen aufjedenfall nächstes Jahr wieder.

Parkplätze kostenlos auf dem Gelände des Hotels.

What impressed us most was the interior design: every detail has clearly been chosen with great care, taste, and love. The atmosphere is elegant, cozy, and truly unique. La camera pur essendo spaziosa ha un armadio piccolo che va bene per solo per un soggiorno di breve durata. Il condizionatore della camera è molto difficile da regolare, non risponde subito ai comandi. I materassi sono piuttosto scomodi perché sono troppo duri. Mi sarei aspettata, visto l’importo della camera, di avere le ciabattine di cortesia, ma questo è un piccolo dettaglio... La colazione sarebbe da migliorare, c'è poca scelta.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Das Zimmer mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf den Pool, sehr motivierte und humorvolle Mitarbeiter bereits beim Frühstück, sehr bemühte und sympathische Eigentümerfamilie, sehr gepflegte Garten - und Außenanlage, die mediterran gestaltete Hotelhalle.
Das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Abwechslung und mehr Angebot vertragen, im Zimmer wäre eine Garderobe und einige Haken hilfreich.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Hotelierfamilie. Flexibel und gut organisiert. Schöner Pool, alles was man braucht vorhanden und sauber. Zentral gelegen. Wir blieben 2 Nächte auf der Durchreise in den Süden.

Posto fantastico,molto silenzioso e rilassante sopratutto la zona della piscina dove il suono degli uccellini ti culla mentre ti rilassi. Consigliatissimo🔝❣️ Ps: i ragazzi delle colazioni molto simpatici, rallegrano subito la giornata🤭
