I really enjoyed my stay at AP Premier Batam. The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained, which made our stay very pleasant. The breakfast spread was also good, with a nice variety of choices. The reception and concierge staff were warm, welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Their hospitality really added to the overall experience. I would definitely stay at AP Premier Batam again on my next visit to Batam.

Honestly, there was nothing major that I disliked about my stay. Overall, I had a very pleasant and comfortable experience at AP Premier Batam and would happily return.

Such a wonderful stay for me and my family. AP Premier Staff, you are amazing! The facilities and the service are tip top! About the food provided at the hotel is heaven! This is not the first and the last for me and my family. We will comeback again for our nexr trip to batam.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by the staff. I was especially touched when they surprised my husband and me with a honeymoon cake. It was completely unexpected, and we truly appreciated their exceptional hospitality and outstanding service. This wonderful experience made our stay even more memorable, and I will definitely choose to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

I especially liked how friendly, professional, and efficient the staff were in providing their service. My child’s room was upgraded, which made our stay much more comfortable and gave us a pleasant space to relax during our vacation. The breakfast was also delicious and offered excellent value for the price.

One area that could be improved is the furniture, particularly the chairs in the living area, which appeared worn and outdated. Replacing or refurbishing them would greatly enhance the overall comfort and appearance of the accommodation.

Staff were super friendly, complementary transport to and from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. Went during a relatively slow tourist season and staff upgraded my room to the suite which was really kind of them.

One of the shower heads had a lower water pressure but nothing too bad.

The toilet don't need a bathtub..i brought elderly mum & my pregnant wife, my concern is their safety crossing the bathtub, the risk for falling is high...tats my only concern...other than that, my stay at ap premier was fabulous

I love the hotel, very family oriented, security did very well in checking every vehicle that entered the hotel premises. Staff was great especially Berli. Who always never fails to smile at every customer.she is very friendly, talks politely. She is very kind to my kids. Her smile always makes my day. Everytime i go for my breakfast at the smoking corner, i only see her taking the initiative of clearing the plates and cups.Thank you berli.

Breakfast was not bad. I love the fresh nasi/mee goreng. Selection is there. But for some reason i just feel it is lacking of something. But none the less. It was good.

Convenient as transport provided for pick up and send off to the ferry terminal. Breakfast was also good with a variety of spreads.

Sent messages through the booking.com chat but only received a reply once. Had to call the hotel to pick up from the ferry terminal even though I had provided the details 2 days prior to arrival. My two previous stays were good as messages were replied promptly. Aircon in the room was too cold, the termostat does not seem to work.

Room was spacious and clean. comfortable bed, nice staff and plenty of choices for breakfast. I definitely will be back to this hotel. They also took the iniative to sent cute christmas cake to all room.

No iron in the room, you have to request for it. The bathroom was weird but later I was told it ws by mistake as the room was supposed to be for disable/ old tenants

i love the location and the facilities inside the hotel.. it was lovely

the thing i dont like about the hotel was the aircon, it was super cold and standardised. i cant adjust the temperature, maybe could look into this matter.

Location is good. Short 2 mins drive to Diamond City Mall. Near Harbourbay too for seafood.

Room cleanliness is bad. Bathtub have stains as well. Room is outdated. Breakfast is slow especially the egg station.

Cleanliness and gorgeous breakfast

All is good, the interior very nice, the staff also friendly. Had bathub in the room and my 2 year daughter enjoy it so much.

The pool was so so, not so fun, because under basement, my daughter not interested with the pool. Overall just nice and okay.

Toilet bilik😅tempat mandi tu susah sikit risiko licin. Baiki fitness centre,agak seram masuk toilet,sauna tdk bfungsi,tahun ke3 datang,sauna tidak juga dibaiki.sedih..maintenance agak mgecewakan. Tolong perbaiki yaa.

We booked a Family Suite, and it was great for a family of 4. Bunk bed fr the kids, king size for adults. It's all perfect. Love the breakfast spread, what we love the most is the live station of Nasi Goreng/Mee Goreng and of course the eggs.

Not that we didn't like it but the swimming pool is just ok.

When you stepped into the lobby to check in and the atmosphere and aroma of the lobby is so relaxing! The room is clean although it looks a little dated. Nevertheless… the breakfast is fantastic with live station noodles noodles with super chef in house! It’s definitely going to be a second time for this hotel soon!

I want to gv feedback about the food for breakfast I think need to improve more as the food is really not on our taste as Singaporean in future to be a international food..examples like nasi lemak..lontong..Western breakfast more cereal... The drink orange juice no taste..

This is the 2nd time we were staying at the hotel. Overall our stay was pleasant. We enjoy their breakfast buffet spread.

First time staying at this hotel. There is a nice chill out bar/cafe at the lobby and my kids love the pool table. The breakfast spread is good, and the security is tight. They have convenience store just opposite the road and behind the hotel as well. Quite convenience.

The main road is always busy with cars, regardless morning or evening. To cross the road to the convenience store, requires some guts. the security is tight, thus my i have to come all the way out to the hotel security entrance to pick up my grab food delivery.
