There’s a sign in the bathroom about complimentary essentials you may have forgotten. Went to the front desk to ask for toothpaste and she said she could only sell me some. Disappointing but whatever.

Good location next to everything

The property was right in the city. Accessible to malls, restaurants and more. The room was fresh and clean - outdated but clean. We had 2 beds- one was perfect, the other was a bit used up. Front desk were friendly and very helpful. We forgot my husband’s medication in the fridge. I called and asked if they can put it aside until I’m done with my 5 days shift. Elvie was very helpful and even had it stored in their fridge. This is beyond service for clients who have already checked out. .

I really liked how the staff was super accommodating and friendly. The hotel manager was so nice and did whatever she could for me to help me out with anything I needed.

Price was great and they were very helpful getting me checked in when I arrived very late.

Maybe the location might not be the best for some people arriving later at night but I guess typical downtown everywhere these days.

The check in process was very smooth and easy. The people on the front desk are very professional and easy to work with. Love the fact that you need to use your room card to use the elevator and to gain access to the hallway leading to my room. It made me feel very safe. Also, as soon as I entered my room I noticed how clean the room smelled. The bed was very clean and comfortable. Great value for the money! Will stay here again.

Great location and very friendly staff! The facilities are a bit old, but that's fine by me. The breakfast is a grab and go bag--mine had a muffin, apple, and yogurt, and it hit the spot!

It was raining and some water was coming into my room from the window. I wasn't near the window, so it didn't affect my stay, but I hope the hotel fixes these maintenance issues so the building doesn't get mold.

It was close to a lot of businesses a person wanted to go to like mall, Resturants, gas station etc.

I didn't like that when I went outside to my car there are people loitering outside asking for money. I really didn't like that and was feeling uncomfortable about it.

I was stuck on highway 63 for 6 hours and got cab to hotel, got in at 12.30 am Thursday night Friday morning,spent 6 hours in a bed $125. Asked in morning if I could grab a muffin as I was starving and was told NO your booking did not include Breakfast!! I asked if I could just get a muffin and was told again NO sorry !!!! DISGUSTING!!!!!

Attitude of head lady who told me NO !!!!

My wife discovered a bed bug full of blood on the pillow while I was napping. We discreetly alerted the staff who gave us a down grade to the room we had (smaller) and charged us the same price.

Very loud at night, dated rooms, small TVs with limited channels, doors to the room did not feel secure. No breakfast even though I paid extra for it.

Cable was terrible no channels. Shower head was bad brought it up in my stay was never fixed. Room was never cleaned during the day. Parking is awful and the parking lot across the road is mostly for another building.

This was the accommodation where we stayed the longest during our visit. Although we spent little time using the facilities—mainly due to other activities we had planned—the space itself was not particularly appealing. That said, it is well located, with restaurants and a massage parlour within the same building. Rooms on the seventh floor offer a lovely view, and while our room also had a window, it did not feature any noteworthy scenery. The beds were comfortable, and the staff we interacted with were consistently attentive and courteous.

The room had dim lighting, an outdated television (not a smart TV, and no HDMI connection available), and lacked a desk. The breakfast arrangement was far from ideal, as it consisted of a single bag of non-perishable items, which had to be collected within a restricted timeframe. As for the quality of the food, it did not meet our expectations. The gym was very small, with no ventilation, water, or towels, and access was only permitted after 10 p.m., which was not convenient.

One of the front desk staff members was absolutely obnoxious. When I came down for breakfast I asked where the breakfast area was. He told me that there was no specific area. I could have a bagel or a croissant as already pre made. It was cold so he asked if I wanted it wormed up. I told him it was bullshit. Not what advertised as”Breakfast included”. He went off the deep end and started screaming at me that I used bad words. Absolutely untrained and no idea how to handle a paying customer. As I red reviews afterwords there was a lot of complaints about bad breakfast going way back in time. Obviously no one wants to do anything about it. Wouldn’t be a problem just don say that breakfast included. I would have picked something up as I had a long journey ahead of me. Also, there was hair on top of bathtub and on sheets.

The breakfast was nice & convenient and card locked elevators and doors gave extra peace of mind for security

The room door we were in had a 1 inch gap from the floor so noise was really easy to hear

Drove around the building and the block several times to find the entrance. Finally found the parking lot. One of us walked around the building several times to find the entrance. NOT well marked and a fair hike from the parking lot. Didn't like not being able to see our car from the building.
