Room was clean but bed was like sleeping on a rock

I booked this hotel, as most were fully booked due to the Oil Sands Expo and booking late on my part. I travel frequently for work, and have stayed in countless hotels this year alone. The Stonebridge is the worst of the hotels I have stayed at this year. I will certainly not be back.

Random hairs in the jacuzzi tub Lumpy and uncomfortable bed Check in lady was gone when we were checking in to Tim hortons(unprofessional to leave facility when not on break) then check out lady didn't seem very knowledgeable when I asked questions about the return of deposit Curtains in room don't fit window very well so light was in the room all night. Would have thought for $170 there would be a smart TV that actually has a good screen. The quality on the screen was poor, should also put on a swivel stand so can watch a movie while in the jacuzzi .

Spacious room & centrally located.

They posted 200 damage deposit on booking.com, but on getting there they said they will take 350 instead because my card is debit . I opted to drop cash, they insisted I must pay 500$ cash. I was stressed out after a long trip. The supposed Indian manager that spoke to me over the phone was so rude and unprofessional. The doors that leads to the hallways are keyed, no visitors are allowed. It felt like jail. I won’t stay again or even recommend!

The Stone ridge hotel was in a good location near restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Very noisy between 5 AM and 8 AM. My room was at the end of the hall, near the door to the front. Everytime someone was leaving I could here the door close every time. A little frustrating, as I was there for leisure and not work.

The Continental breakfast offered was an absolute joke. A basket of granola bars, and a coffee dispenser. Pathetic!

The place is okay. The price is okay. The elevator, lamp switch, and fan in the bathroom were all broken though. No gym due to damage I was told as well.
