The beds and pillows really need to be replaced. There was a huge indentation where other people had slept. I am usually not very particular with mattresses but I had a really hard time sleeping and woke up with neck pain. I also think this hotel shouldn't be considered a 4 star and was way overpriced for what was offered. There were hairs in the bathroom that were not mine so it also didn't feel especially clean.

L'emplacement, les petits déjeuner, l'architecture de l'établissement et le personnel. La chambre était très belle et la partie sanitaire très propre et très pratique.

La literie. Matelas un peu affaissé et protection en plastique sous le drap qui faisait que quand on bouge ca fait beaucoup de bruit.

La gentillesse du personnel, notamment Laurelene et le veilleur de nuit. La propreté. L'emplacement. Le confort. Je suis habitué à aller regulierement dans un autre de Paris 17. Comme il était complet, je me suis rabbatu sur le Paris Neuilly et finalement je pense que c'etait une chance pour decouvrir cet etablissmenet que je frequenterai plus souvent dorenavant....

Le prix un peu élevé. La clim absente.

Adoro la ubicación, hotel moderno, super accesible, buen desayuno, habitación silenciosa, cama confortable. Todo super limpio. A pocos pasos de boca de metro, restaurantes y comercio. No es la primera vez que me alojo en este hotel y sin duda volvería, cumple todas las expectativas para mis estancias en París

8年前にこのMetroの駅で降りたときに、すぐ目の前にあるこのホテルに気が付きました。それで今回泊まってみたいと思いました。ホテルは清潔で部屋はリノベーションにて新しそうでした。ホテルのロケーションは抜群にいいです。少し郊外にあることもあり、宿泊料金は★4つホテルにしてはパリ市内の★4つホテルに比べるとかなり安めですね。そして、ホテルの周りには、カリフールやレストランも多く、M1メトロのすぐ目の前なので、シャンゼリーゼやルーブル美術館には乗り換えなしでこのM11本で行けるし、観光にはとてもいいところです。ホテルのスタッフ皆さんも親切で、快適な旅行になりました。

フランスでは★4つのホテルは冷蔵庫はオプションとのことで、設置は必須ではないですが、日本のホテルに慣れていると、ないのは不便でした（これはこのホテルだけの問題ではなく、一般的な話です）　　そして、これもこのホテルの問題ではないですが、このメトロの駅は地上にでるのはエスカレーターがありますが、改札に降りるには階段です。大きな荷物を持っている場合は階段利用は大変です。　タクシーはホテルに頼むと、2分くらいで来てくれました。レクサスのとてもきれいなタクシーでした。でも渋滞で東駅に行くのに50分くらいかかりました。タクシーを利用する場合はかなり時間に余裕をもったほうがいです。

Sehr gutes Hotel in guter Lage. Wir kommen einmal im Jahr nach Paris und wohnen immer hier. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und die Lage ist ideal. Wir können das Hotel wirklich empfehlen.

Dodać chociaż malutką lodówkę do pokoju - w trakcie mojego pobytu w Paryżu była fala upałów i nie mogłam nawet schłodzić wody do picia.

Safe location, Friendly staff. Emailed me after checkout that I had left my computer mouse in the room. Offered to mail it to me postage due or hold it until my next stay. So now I have a wonderful excuse to go back to get it!

Het hotel was zeer net. Het personeel was echt vriendelijk. Een metrostation op 3 minuten wandelen en je rijdt in 25 minuten naar centrum, Le Marais. Een kwartier wandelen naar Louis Vuitton Fondation. Koffie en theefeciliteiten en een bar/koelkastje op de kamer. Goede gratis Wfi. Goede prijs/kwaliteit.

The room was lovely, plenty of space, there was a TV in the room, Plenty of space in the bathroom, great shower. Comfy beds. It was quiet. Breakfast was great, plenty of choices. It is far out but the metro is only a 2 min walk so that was brilliant.

Everything was great, Just one thing, I am just been picky here, maybe replace the restaurant carpet but other than that I thought it was great.

Het was een mooi hotel. De kamer was basic maar zeer net. We hadden uitzicht op de zakenwijk, la Défense. De metrohalte was vlakbij. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig maar naar Franse normen zeer goed.

Hotel in posizione strategica. Appena fuori la metro 1 che porta ovunque. Stanze non grandissime ma perfette. Pulite, accoglienti e con set benvenuto sempre a disposizione. Personale super gentile e disponibile. Non abbiamo fatto colazione perché preferiamo farla fuori ma siccome la carica dell'acqua era nellaasala colazioni ho abito modo di vedere cosa servivano. Davvero invitante e completa di tutto. Torneremo sicuramente.

Une deuxième réservation dans la foulée avec pratique de prix très fluctuants sur la même semaine. Ai demandé un geste commercial après une réservation étendue sur plus de 10 jours qui m’a été refusé.

First interaction with staff was call letting them know we would not check in until early next morning due to flight delay. The person on the call put this in out reservation notes so we did not have an issue checking in. While in the hotel the staff was friendly and always helpful. They even wrote a list of shopping sites for my wife to visit.

The staff is not good as a 4 star hotel , the ladies are young and not professional she give us too much papers to write it and complete it which is her work and make our check in is very long time The napkins in the room as I took the first one I see it’s empty which strange for me !!! Also there’s no refrigerator in the room

I would have scored the hotel a 10. However, the day of my departure I had to leave at 11-ish. However both elevators were out of order and I was on the 8th floor. After 15 mins I decided to use the stairs which were partly not lighted. This was pretty inconvenient. And the breakfast area is a bit too small though the staff is working really hard to keep everything stocked and they clean the tables very quickly.

Het hotel is zeer goed gelegen in een levendige buurt met veel restaurants en vlak bij metrolijn 1 die direct naar een aantal belangrijke toeristische hoogtepunten leidt. Ook zeer geschikt voor wie op La Défense moet zijn en een meer natuurlijke, levende buurt verkiest boven het 's nachts uitgestorven La Défense. Comfortabel bed, rustig. Geen al te grote kamers, maar naar Parijse normen best OK.

De ligging is goed, maar niet in het centrum van Parijs, dus wie dat wenst, moet elders kijken. De lift is nogal traag. Het ontbijt valt tegen: de gewone standaard , maar in een vrij zielloos decor. Ga beter in de buurt ontbijten?.

This hotel is well located next to the important metro line 1. It is also at walking distance to La Défense, but has a much livelier and pleasant neighborhood than La Défense. Good beds in a quiet room with a comfortable bathroom. Nothing exceptional but good quality/price. The breakfast merits some improvement. A good location both for business and tourism

Nous sejournons 2 ou 3 fois par an dans cet hôtel idéalement placé et aux chambres très confortables et propres. Très joli décor paysager peint, visible de tous les étages et puits de lumière sur la salle du petit-déjeuner.

Délicieux petit déjeuner mais coût un peu élevé

Mon séjour à l’hôtel Paris Neuilly ne m’a malheureusement pas donné satisfaction. L’établissement apparaît aujourd’hui défraîchi et la décoration est manifestement datée, ce qui ne correspond pas au standing attendu d’un hôtel classé 4 étoiles. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est également très décevant. Le choix, la qualité des produits et la présentation sont largement en dessous de ce que l’on peut légitimement attendre d’un établissement de cette catégorie. Au regard du prix pratiqué, le rapport qualité-prix me paraît nettement insuffisant. Cette expérience n’a pas répondu à mes attentes et, pour ces raisons, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

J’ai été particulièrement déçu par mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Dès l’arrivée, l’établissement donne une impression de vieillissement. Les parties communes comme les chambres sont défraîchies et la décoration, manifestement datée, mériterait une rénovation complète. L’ensemble ne reflète absolument pas le niveau de confort et de qualité que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un hôtel classé 4 étoiles. Le petit-déjeuner a également été une source de déception. Le buffet est peu varié, les produits proposés sont quelconques et la présentation manque de soin. Là encore, les prestations sont très éloignées des standards habituellement proposés par des établissements de cette catégorie. Enfin, le tarif demandé apparaît particulièrement élevé au regard de la qualité réelle des prestations. Le rapport qualité-prix est, selon moi, nettement surévalué. En définitive, ce séjour n’a pas répondu à mes attentes. Compte tenu du niveau de prestations offert, je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel et je choisirai un autre établissement lors d’un prochain déplacement.

Le lit était confortable, l'hôtel est bien situé, assez pratique pour aller dans le quartier de La Défense par exemple, à proximité du métro.

Il n'y avait qu'un seul crochet pour étendre les deux linges bain, notre chambre était face à l'ascenseur et nous avions donc constamment du bruit sur l'étage. Il y a eu une coupure d'eau, nous avons donc dû libérer la chambre plus tôt que prévu et n'avons pas eu de rabais sur la réservation. J'ai séjourné dans des hôtels 3 étoiles bien meilleurs que celui-ci.

Chambre au 8 ième étage , loin des ascenseurs, avec très belle vue sur le quartier de la Défense, et sur la partie aménagée et arborée de l'Avenue Charles de Gaulle. Très bon accueil à la Réception . Bien placé pour visiter Paris car proche de la ligne de métro.

Déçus par la qualité du petit déjeuner. Pour son prix et pour un hôtel 4*, on s'attend à avoir plus de choix, avec des fruits de saison ( melon, pastèque, kiwis, raisin). Que la table soit débarrassée régulièrement des assiettes vides empilées, sans attendre que le client s'en aille.

Micul dejun nu a fost diversificat, acelasi in fiecare zi dar a fost acceptabil. Am ales hotelul datorita zonei si accesului la linia 1 de metrou.

Desi este hotel de 4 stele nu a fost schimbata lenjeria in nici una din cele 5 zile iar prosoapele au fost schimbate o singura data. Nu au fost inlocuite produsele de igiena folosite si nici nu au completat sapunul lichid din baie ( a trebuit sa cumparam de la magazin ). Tot de la magazin cumparam apa pe care o consumam in camera pentru ca nu aveam apa de consum sau minibar la un hotel de 4 stele ( nici nu scrie in prezentare ). Daca erai la hotel intre orele 10.00 - 15.00 nu puteai folosi cele doua lifturi pentru ca erau blocate de fameile de servici la etajul la care faceau curatenie ( noroc ca am stat la 3 nu la 7 ).

On arrival the man on desk was very unhelpful bordering on rude.No sound proofing you could hear everything between the rooms next door and room under us so bad.pillows were flat very uncomfortable bed was not comfortable either.Room only had a small window to side which was overlooking a building site.

On a pas passé un séjour agréable malgré la canicule

Sa situation géographique a 50m du métro. Idéalement situé pour nous rendre à Paris la defense Arena. Nous avons également eu l’agréable surprise d’être surclassé en junior suite gratuitement.

Best place!! I came twice and i will come back. Everything in perfect condition. Close to metro station.

Lokalizacja hotelu świetna. bezpiecznie i spokojnie. Do metra bardzo blisko. Poranne bieganie w lasku Bulońskim. Pokoje czyste i wygodne. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Bardzo dobra opcja wczesnego zameldowania co prawda za dodatkową opłatą ale nie dużą i nie trzeba czekać. Inne hotele powinny wziąć z nich przykład. Dobre śniadania, kawa napoje owoce bez przepychu ale wszystko co potrzeba.

O ile okna dobrze tłumią przed hałasem to jednak słychać lekkie dźwięki dochodzące z za drzwi od strony holu. Nie jest to uciążliwe.

The main advantage of this hotel is its location. It is very close to Metro Line 1 and situated in a calm and safe area, which is really important when travelling to Paris. The lady at reception was also very kind and super helpful throughout our stay.

For a 4-star hotel, the experience was disappointing. The facilities are outdated, the room was extremely small for two persons, and there was no fridge. Cleanliness was also very poor, with dust under the bed, stained curtains, or marks on the bathroom walls. The most concerning issue was security. We kept our belongings in our suitcase secured with a combination lock. On two separate days, after housekeeping had been in the room, we found the lock numbers had been changed. We always leave them in a specific position, so this was very noticeable and made us feel uncomfortable. It may be nothing, but finding the lock altered twice did not feel like a coincidence! There were also elevator problems during our stay, including a wait of around 15 minutes because one elevator was out of service while the other was being used by staff. They charge you several times 400 euros that later they return to you from your debit card to check before your arrival that you have enough founds. I’ve never seen anything like this and I travel a lot.

Odamız çok küçüktü ve hareket edecek yer yoktu. 6 gece konakladigimiz için eşyamız fazlaydı ancak verdikleri oda buna uygun değildi.
