Tout était très bien la rapidité d’enregistrement, la disponibilité du personnel, le petit déjeuner, très varié de qualité, je recommande cet hôtel qui est juste à côté de la station de métro

Very good hotel for holiday! (and not only :) Food court all around, drinks and markets +++ varios modes of transportation at 2-5 minutes all zones We did visit a lot and appreciate the easy way get around 10 for the staff. Everybody is top. Clean and help for any solicitation! Thank you and success for all!

This hotel is in a great position if your going to see a band at La Defense. The station for the hotel is all of a few hundred yards away & the arena station is only 2 stops away. Likewise it is easy to get to the hotel from Guard de Nord if you've come via Eurostar, as I did. The hotel itself has a very small entrance next to a separate restaurant that sits at the bottom of the hotel. Again, the reception is small which kind of sets the tone for the feel of hotel. The area for breakfast is set in the basement which isn't very big by modern standards, however it is clean with a small variety of continental breakfast choice. Although, I must add, I have experienced more choice of food at a lot more hotels. Getting to & from my room was easy enough but again the lift is small & the spiral staircase ,if you would rather use that is ok. The room itself was clean & tidy as was the shower room. To be honest there isn't anything majorly negative to say but, the 3 stars are simply because as mentioned, breakfast choice is limited plus, I felt the deco was tired & the hotel inside just seemed very dark. With the hotel spaces being small I'm not sure having such dark deco is the way to go, it felt a bit claustrophobic & heavy at times. Likewise with the shower room, again although it was clean, the shower space needed new sealant & the bottom of the door has a fair amount of water damage & peeling paint. Overall though, it didn't damper my trip & I certainly wouldn't overall it, if you want a decent place to stay.

Good location, fairly priced during the Fete De La Musique period.

The lock on my room door wasn't working, so the Receptionist relocated me to another room. The room was very small, hardly any space to walk around. The pillow cases looked and smelled as if they hadn't been washed. The fridge wasn't working, so the mini-bar products weren't chilled. The shower head holder was broken and the shower door had a big gap, which lead to water running out onto the bathroom floor.

Un abat-jour qui était cassé (au prix de de la chambre c'est quand même dommage de constater ca ) L entrée des chambres est vraiment tres proche (3 sur le même palier) ce qui fait que quand les autres clients sont bruyants le soir tard et le matin à 7h c'est très dérangeant Pas de télé en fonction

The best staff ! Recognized us when we came back this time , helped me with things out of the hotel and solve any issue that we had Great hotel , great location and best staff ( especially OMAR)

The hotel its very nice and clean Its not very big but good for the strategic location. The staff us amazing, always ready to help and accommodate Breakfast good

I enjoyed my stay

Location was fantastic. Near restaurants and cafes. Metro was a few minutes walk away and the River Seine is also very close. Area is quiet and no road noise at night. Receptionist spoke English fairly well which was appreciated.

I was in a single occupancy room. It was very small. So small that the bed was inches away from the door into the bathroom and the TV on the wall. The safe didn't work. The fridge didn't work. The reading lights by the bed no longer stood up but hung to the floor. Stained curtains and walls. The magnifying mirror in the bathroom was also broken. Tiny wardrobe. The bed was comfortable but I didn't sleep well due to guests above on the top floor awake most of the night walking about and dropping things.. It was very loud. Did I complain? No, because of the language barrier mainly. I won't be back to this hotel.

Problème d'ascenseur tout au long du séjour. Insonorisation inexistante car nous entendions du bruit jusqu'à 2h du matin (2 signalements a l'accueil n'ont pas résolu le problème) Petit déjeuner très basique avec peu de choix.

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour son classement 4 étoiles, mais l’expérience a été très décevante. En deux nuits, nous avons très mal dormi à cause d’une mauvaise insonorisation et d’une climatisation bruyante et défectueuse. L’ascenseur était régulièrement en panne et la chambre, très exiguë, ressemblait davantage à un hôtel économique qu’à un 4 étoiles. Très loin du standing annoncé.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums (ca. 6 km), ist jedoch dank der hervorragenden Anbindung an Bus und Metro, die nur etwa 100 Meter entfernt sind, ideal gelegen. So erreicht man beispielsweise den Eiffelturm in nur 10–15 Minuten. Wir hatten Zimmer 308 mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf den Platz. Das Zimmer war ruhig, modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das große und sehr bequeme Bett. Das Frühstück war insgesamt sehr reichhaltig und bot eine große Auswahl. In Bezug auf die Qualität gäbe es jedoch noch Verbesserungspotenzial, beispielsweise beim Rührei. Auch die angebotenen Crêpes und Pancakes waren zwar eine schöne Ergänzung, jedoch leider oft kalt, sodass sie geschmacklich nicht ganz überzeugten. Dennoch war die Auswahl insgesamt sehr gut. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert und bietet ein starkes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es gibt noch kleinere Optimierungsmöglichkeiten, insbesondere in Bezug auf die Sauberkeit sowie die Qualität des Frühstücks, dennoch würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen.

Super hôtel avec personnel très accueillant. Chambre familiale spacieuse. Literie parfaite et petit déjeuner excellent.

Un sèche cheveux dans la chambre serait un petit plus très appréciable

Brokastis- OK. Trīka kāds auglis vai dārzenis.

Intejers istabā(507)- ļoti nolietots. Grīdas bojājumi piesegti ar paklāju. Ieejas durvis līdz galam nevar atvērt- ieduras kondicionierī.. Bet , laikam, jau OK priekš Parīzes...Manā izpratnē tās nav 4*, bet gan labi ja 3*.

Velmi příjemné okolí, hned u metra, bokem od centra, ale za 15 minut jste u Louvru.

The location in Paris is very convenient for my work, the staff was very nice and the room was ok. The breakfast was nice also.

The building is very old so it’s probably difficult to have it in perfect shape but the bed wasn’t as comfortable as is expected in a four stars hotel.

Nuit calme bien que l'établissement soit en plein centre ville. Métro et bus tout proche Chambre petite mais bien aménagée, salle de bain surprenante mais avec le confort nécessaire pour une courte étape.

Chambres très confortables et grands lits. Propreté impeccable et bon petit déjeuner. Le personnel du matin était aimable et professionnel. Proche du métro, facile à trouver.

Le réceptionniste à 19h s'est trompé et nous a donné 2 chambres doubles au lieu de 1 double et 1 familiale triple avec 2 lits. Sur notre remarque il nous à changé une des chambres, pour nous donner : la même chose ! Nous étions trop pressés pour insister, et il ne devait pas avoir l'esprit très clair de toute façon vu que quand nous sommes revenus vers 21h30 il était devant l'entrée en train de fumer un joint.... Il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre et la personne à la réception n'a pas pu baisser plus bas que 20°.
