Ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli alla reception il giorno dopo, fino a metà pomeriggio. Quindi cordialità dello staff come punto forte
Camera veramente molto piccola e datata, poco illuminata. Sarebbe necessario rimodernare un pò le camere, togliere la moquette, rifare i bagni.

Hotel great location for flix bus connection, easy smooth walk with suitcases, nice neighborhood, supermarket nearby, bakery in hotel street. Near metro and bus 43.

We booked this at the last minute because our apartment via booking.com was cancelled (that's the second cancelled apartment for the same trip)the night before we were due to go there. We were glad to find it . Luxury room was great but due to the heat, we found the second of the rooms too small so asked to move. We got a much better room the next day for a small supplement. Breakfast was really good but check whether it's included in price. Staff could not be more helpful.
A fridge in all rooms would be handy especially during high temperatures. Bins could be bigger in some rooms. Air conditioning units are very noisy but very necessary.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Lokalizacja 6 minut spacerem od stacji metra Les Sablons. Minutę spacerem sklep spożywczy dobrze zaopatrzony. Okolica bardzo spokojna, bo to już gmina Neuilly-sur-Seine. Stosunkowo dużo zieleni. 8 minut spacerem od dworca autobusowego Porte Mailot, skąd odjeżdża Flixbus. Czysty pokój i łazienka. Wygodne łóżko. Miła obsługa.
My byliśmy 13 lipca przy temperaturach 36-38 stopni, więc było duszno na wąskich korytarzach do pokoju. Przy takich temperaturach brak klimatyzacji w pokoju oznacza, że musi być otwarte okno w nocy. W ofercie było napisane, że obiekt nie ma klimatyzacji. Brak czajnika w pokoju. Pokój trochę mały jak na potrzeby dwóch osób.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Staff was friendly, polite and professional, the hotel was on a nice little street with a great fruit stand down below where we had the most amazing fresh peaches, and there was a bakery across the street with delicious pastries. On the corner is a supermarket. The room was very clean, with an easy-to-use shower. Because there was a heatwave in Paris, the hotel provided two fans to keep us cool. The breakfast was excellent and consisted of baguette, croissants and other pastries, nice French butter, jams, boiled eggs, fruit tart, a selection of yogurts, cheeses, apple sauce, dried fruits, granola, and many other things. You could order a variety of coffees and teas. Also, in the lobby of the hotel there was a little seating area and a coffee/tea maker with to-go cups.
The key to the room was of a type that I had never used before and it took a little practice to get the hang of it. Not something to dislike, but it was certainly quirky. This hotel is a bit old-fashioned, but that is what makes it charming. Everything is well thought out and well-maintained. I was a bit unimpressed with the quality of the food at the neighborhood restaurants, but maybe I just did not know where to go or what to order.

Some of the breakfast items looked like they had seen one breakfast serving too many. Also where the staff made the coffee they are alo ironing bedding which seemed a bit suss having a laundry and kitchen in one.

De plus étant allergique à la poussière il y en avait pas mal. Déçu de mon séjour.. et très en colère sur la chaleur qui était juste insupportable avec toute la tapisserie sur les murs dans les couloir étroit et dans la chambre.

Pas de climatisation dans les chambres. Pour 1 hôtel 3 étoiles à 250euros la nuit, ce n'est pas acceptable. Le petit déjeuner à 15 euros est très limité également. Et l établissement en général est peu entretenu. Dommage il y a 1 potentiel.

No air con available when we stayed on a very hot day. Even with windows opened, hard to get any air draft.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026Vriendelijk personeel, charmante kamer. Rustige buurt, leuke restaurants in de buurt, dichtbij de metro.
Een dag was er niet schoongemaakt. Volle prullebak, gebruikte handdoeken. Aan het eind van de middag gaven we het aan bij de receptie. We gingen weer op pad, en toen we die avond terugkwamen was het er nog steeds niks gebeurd.

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026Удачное расположение, рядом метро и автовокзал. До Триумфальной арки идти 15 минут, до Эйфелевой башни - 30 мин. Утром подают неплохой завтрак, без изысков, но голодным не останешься. Персонал очень приветливый. Номера и внутреннее пространство интересно декорировано. В лобби всегда можно приготовить себе чай и кофе.
Номера небольшие по размеру, нет кондиционера, для весны не страшно, а вот летом, думаю, будет жарко.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Локализация, прекрасный вежливый персонал, круглосуточная работа, интерьер, чай и кофе, удобная кровать, вкусный чай на рецепции, фрукты и конфетки!!! Магнолии на улице прямо перед окном. Булочная с ароматным кофе, кафе, транспорт в шаговой доступности.
Не хватало маленького холодильника в номере.
