There wasn’t a whole lot I didn’t like about this property. Staff was friendly, my room was so quiet and peaceful. Parking was simple. I do wish more food options were offered during the day but otherwise, no complaints.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke, didn't book a smoking room ,however I asked to give another room without mentioning the smoking smell as it was a 2 floor room.with elder parent it was difficult to go up and down the circular stairs, also the section were we were to get the luggage to the room we had to pass through a tunnel connecting main building and the other side.. which had stairs.. with old parents and luggage that was a big challenge and I would have preferred if they gave us the room in the section were we didn't have to haul the luggage through multiple floors and stairs.

However, the bedrooms on the other side overlook the road, and some of the neighbouring chalets appeared to have significant anger issues related to parking and cars reversing into their bays. Fortunately, parking at the hotel was easy and convenient, with both indoor and outdoor options available.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Beautiful view. Balcony was such a pleasure to relax on with a glass of wine after a full day of hiking. The facilities for kids and the pool were also great.
The lack of AC was a little uncomfortable given the unseasonably high temperature. We couldn’t leave the balcony door open all night to sleep as the bugs were a little too keen to come in. But also it would not prevent us from booking again.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The view from the room is absolutely stunning, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The location is ideal if you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful place, although it is about 25 minutes away from Interlaken city centre.
The beds were placed on opposite sides of the room, which was a little inconvenient. Unfortunately, the mattresses and pillows were not very comfortable. There was also no air conditioning, and the room was quite hot, so we were provided with a fan, which helped somewhat.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The facilities were great with a swimming pool, sunna, and indoor+output playground for kids. The room was large with two floors, upper floor: living+kitction+balcony, lower floor: sleeping+bathroom. The breakfast was good with all standard food options. The view was okay but not perfert (the lake was partly blocked by the building in front. (The hotel is built on the mountain steep, the entrance/reception is on the 6th floor, we were living on the 7th floor)
The location is a bit farther than our expectation, 20min drive on the mountain road from Interlaken was not so short. The toilet is on the different floor from the living room so a little incovient for the elders. The usage of kitchen needs an extra charge of 40 CHF per stay.

Terrible housekeeping service. We were given a room with rubbish left inside the wardrobe. But the worst part happened the next day: the housekeeper took the rubbish bag out of the bin and simply left it on the dining table in our room. This is completely unacceptable and very unhygienic.

Vistas al lago desde las habitaciones superiores (no olvidar pedir una habitación alta) Muchas instalaciones como piscina interior, minigolf, ping pong, futbolín, kids club... etc.. Bar con vistas muy acogedor y restaurante muy correcto para las cenas. El bufet muy completo y con vistas al lago. El hotel no es nuevo pero la estancia ha sido muy completa. Hay parking cubierto muy cómodo

We chose this four-star hotel hoping for a special and relaxing night in the mountains, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We booked two rooms, but they were not next to each other, which was especially difficult for me because I have problems with both hands, have undergone eight surgeries, and need my husband’s help with the children. I explained this three times to reception, but no real effort was made to help or even check for another solution. Even worse, we found cockroaches in both rooms, which is completely unacceptable for a four-star hotel. There were also no bathroom slippers in the rooms, and we had to collect them from reception. When I asked for an iron, I was told to go to the second-floor ironing room. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and lack of understanding made this one of our worst hotel experiences.

Lady on breakfast denied us a window table during breakfast saying someone was sitting their and was not pre-booked... During our time no one arrived... She also kept hovering around and I felt her attitude was one of I dont care. this was the only staff member I felt let down the experience. Also we had an issue with the cleaning of the room which the staff on check-in promptly rectified. Overall, an amazing stay and I feel these were issolated events as the other rooms we booked as part of a group provided a different service. Mistakes happen but the hotel handled it perfectly.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026كانت إقامتي في الفندق جميلة جدًا، والمرافق كانت جيدة ومريحة. الغرفة كانت مميزة لأنها مكونة من دورين، والجميل فيها الإطلالة الرائعة جدًا على جبال إنترلاكن، بصراحة الفيو كان أكثر من رائع ويستحق الإشادة. 🤍🏔️ الغرفة كانت نظيفة ومرتبة، وكل شيء كان منظمًا ومريحًا. ومن الأشياء الجميلة أيضًا وجود محطة باص بجانب الفندق، والباص يأخذك بسهولة إلى وسط إنترلاكن، ويأتي تقريبًا كل ساعة وأحيانًا كل نصف ساعة، وهذا جعل التنقل سهلًا جدًا.
الإفطار كان من أكثر الأشياء التي لم تعجبني، فلم يكن متنوعًا بالشكل الكافي، كما أن جودة وطعم الأكل لم تكن بالمستوى المتوقع. كذلك، لم تكن خدمة تنظيف الغرف اليومية مشمولة في الإقامة، حيث كان علينا دفع 50 فرنك إضافية يوميًا للحصول على خدمة تنظيف الغرفة. هذه النقطة لم تكن مناسبة بالنسبة لنا، ولم نعتد عليها في الفنادق الأخرى التي أقمنا فيها، خصوصًا أن خدمة تنظيف الغرف عادةً تكون ضمن تكلفة الإقامة

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Alles war großartig. Die Lage ist ohnehin nicht zu übertreffen - See- und Bergblick. Wenn man genau das möchte, ist das Hotel ein Volltreffer. Von der Ankunft bis zum Checkout lief alles wunderbar. Die Garage(n) bieten genügend Plätze, die Zimmer (wir hatten ein Maisonettezimmer) sind ansprechend und komfortabel sowie sehr sauber. Das Spa ist fabelhaft - ein großer Indoor Pool und eine separate Sauna/Dampfbad Landschaft (Bio Sauna, Dampfbad und finnische Sauna) mit Ruheraum, absolut top. Wir hatten auch Abendessen - ebenfalls großartig. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls hervorragend - sehr viel Auswahl, außergewöhnliche Qualität. Das Personal ist höflich und zuvorkommend und überaus hilfsbereit.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Exceptional comfort and value for a family with kids in this area. Convenient spacious apartments, fantastic breakfast, nice pool and spa.
Rooms and amenities are somewhat dated, hotel is a long drive from Interlaken and the main attractions.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026I'll absolutely say to somebody but to stay this hotel yes useless consuming. Very young kind very uncomfortable. My holiday with my customer was a disaster.
