The lady at the reception was very kind, welcoming, and always had a smile on her face. She was extremely helpful and provided us with excellent recommendations, which made our experience even better. We truly appreciated her friendly attitude and outstanding service.

Leider knartscht das Bett bei jeder Bewegung, dadurch wird man in der Nacht jedes Mal wach wenn man sich umdreht. Zudem muss man 100CHF oder seinen Ausweis als Kaution hingerlegen… für was??? Frühstück auch eher enttäuschend, trockenes Brot und nur eine Auswahl Brötchen. Der check out war allerdings das schlimmste… der Herr hinter der Rezeption sprach kein einziges Wort mit mir und gab mir nur meinen Ausweis wieder und sagte „tschüss“…. Kein „wie war ihr Aufenthalt?“ „Ich hoffe ihnen hat alles gefallen“ „Gute Reise“ garnichts.. nur ein „tschüss“ Hier bezahlt man also nur für die Lage. Alles andere bekommt man in Interlaken in besserer Qualität!

Einzig die Aussicht!

Hier ist alles fake! Wellness gibt es keine mehr oder nur gegen Aufpreis und Anfrage. Das Restaurant gibt es nicht mehr, dafür gibt es einen Zimmerservice mit billigen Microwellen-Snacks. Wir mussten eine Kaution von CHF100 pro Zimmer hinterlegen!! Soetwas habe ich noch nie gesehen!

This was one of the rare stays that was better than the pictures. The staff was exceptionally kind, warming and welcoming. The instant I walked in I was warmly welcomed and felt at home. The property was well maintained. Great breakfast, amazing views from my balcony.

Het uitzicht was perfect , er was een Nederlands sprekende receptionist jeroen, zeer vriendelijk en had goede tips.

De mogelijkheid tot avond eten, de bistro was beperkt, duur en niet voldoende na een stevige wandeling . verder geen andere mogelijkheden in de buurt voor een goede avond maaltijd.

Outstanding Location with great atmosphere and right outside Bus stop. Staff were really professional and friendly and in particular Cruz was very helpful. He gave us great tips. Check out staff also very helpful.

Unfortunately fridge didn’t work.

First off, the views from the hotel is truly breathtaking! While having breakfast, with that kind of view makes you want to start the day full of positivity. Rooms are clean and tidy with that Swiss vibe. The restaurant was closed when I stayed but they have room service where you can order some food/snacks. The staff of the hotel are all friendly and amazing! Well prepared and very competent. Special mentions to Natalia, Melina, Jeroen & Cruz! You guys made me feel at home. Last but not the least, there is spacious and free parking for those who come with their car.

Restaurants fermés sans prévenir et aucun restaurant proche de l'hôtel. Spa fermé sans information préalable. Ne mérite certainement pas 4 étoiles pour l'ensemble de l'hôtel. Vieille infrastructure mérite une grande rénovation. A éviter.

Rich breakfast. Room was comfortable with wonderfull view on lake and mountains. SPA was good, all clean and relaxing. Helpfull and friendly staff.

No hot water in SPA, also cold water bucket was not working. Also small area for relax with only 4 chairs. You can hear you neigbours. Ear plugs reccomended if you want to sleep early.

the spa was not running at the time, yoga was only by arrangement and the after hours food was not a good choice or when ordered not worth the money.

Pas de piscine, pas de baignoire glacée. 23 francs suisse pour une pizza surgelée de la taille de ma main pour le snacking le soir (car pas de restauration) et pas de réactivité en amont du séjour dans les échanges avec l’hôtel. Le personnel de ménage passe vers 18h - 18h30, ce qui fait que nous sommes rentrés et deja dans la chambre ! 150 franc suisse pour un massage de 50 min! Ils inclus le spa ( qui est déjà inclus dans notre forfait semaine) et le thé qu’il n’y a jamais eu !

Quizás muy alejado del centro de interlaken pero si se busca tranquilidad. Es el mejor lugar.

la qualité de l’accueil de goerge ainsi que tout les équipements mis à disposition ( raquette, salle de sport.. ) la chambre était propre ainsi que les draps et serviettes

le déjeuner le matin pourrait être plus copieux en viennoiseries, le spa n’est pas accompagné d’un jacuzzi ou d’une petite piscine, c’est dommage..

The location is bad and no facility near the hotel the rooms have mold in the wall and the furniture is very old and the structure is not stable you hear the floor cracking

We had a great stay at the resort. The staff were very lovely and helpful. The room was great and the beds were the comfiest that were have slept in! They have great facilities, gym is very well equipped, breakfast in the morning is very nice (good variety and quality). Overall we were very happy with our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Beskrivning av hotellet är vilseledande och vistelsen var en stor besvikelse. Detta är inte ett Spa och Resort-hotell enligt mig. Rekommenderas EJ! Det finns ingen restaurang på hotellet trots att det står att det finns två. Det finns inte heller någon öppen bar utan endast ett kylskåp där man kunde köpa dryck. Fast food kunde beställas till rummet, men vårt rum hade inget bord. Utomhus- och picknickområdet var några halvtrasiga och slitna plastmöbler som stod lite varstans. I vårt rum fanns inget värdeskåp, duschkabinen på badkaret var trasig och gardinerna satt inte fast i gardinstången. På andra fönstret fanns inga gardiner så huset mittemot hade full insyn när man tände lampan. Laminatgolvet i badrummet var ditlagt i efterhand så toaletten satt för lågt och man ramlade nästan när man satt sig. Dubbelsängen var smal och man kunde inte gå raklång till sängen. Min man skrapade upp axeln på snedtaket. Jag önskar att jag hade läst recensionerna innan och inte bara kollat betyget 7,4.

Das Hotel ist in einem schlechten und vernachlässigten Zustand. Es wurde seit Jahrzehnten nicht mehr investiert. Die Zimmer sind klein und weisen den Standard eines 2* Hotels auf. Wie dieses Hotel auch heute noch 4* hat, ist unverständlich.

The facilities are very old. There is not really a Spa and wellness, only one Sauna room!

A proximité d'Interlaken et des Alpes bernoises. Magnifique vue depuis la chambre. Petit déjeuner buffet correct. Personnel agréable, mais parlant pas tous le français à la réception.

Restaurant de l'hôtel fermé (connu pour une longue durée), mais nullement annoncé sur le site, ni même sur place (encore de la pub pour des menus). Magnifique terrasse, mais aucun mobilier (chaises, tables, chaises longues) à disposition des clients. Bar de l'hôtel se résume à un frigo dans le hall d'entrée avec quelques boissons. Sauna à disposition doit être allumé en avance, bain d'eau froide pas disponible. Prix ne valant pas les étoiles mentionnées. Essayé, testé, mais très déçu.

The location is just excellent. The view from the hotel is mesmerizing, All top 3 mountains are visible from the hotel rooms including the majestic Jungfurchau. The breakfast was really good, the staff were relaxed helpful and all English speakers. We are relaxed thankful to Mr. Gelson and Mr. Cruz for their extra care.

The pillows were extra soft, that is something can be changed.

Le spa n’est pas un spa pour moi

Emplacement idéal face au lac et aux glaciers. Vaste chambre avec balcon. Très propre. Personne sympathique. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Espace sauna non utilisé mais semble très bien.

Décoration passée, dans son jus des années 90, pas de SPA. Pas de restaurant à proximité.

Lovely place. Amazing views from the balcony. Great breakfast. Supper recommended. I recommend the lake and mountain view rooms which is really amazing and one's of the best views in Switzerland. So you can really enjoy the sunset at the jungfrau, eiger and monch.

Die Lage mit Sicht zu Eiger, Mönch und Jungfrau ist phänomenal. Kein Baum, kein Gebäude beeinträchtigt die Sicht! Im Garten vor dem Haus lässt einen auch den Sternenhimmel bestaunen. Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist umfassend: Von - Müesli über - Brot/Zopf mit den üblichen Aufstrichen aber auch Fleisch und Käse zu - Ei-Variationen bis hin zu - fernöstlichen Bedürfnissen gibt es für jeden etwas.

Der Hotelgarten würde eigentlich für einen Apéro oder wenigstens ein Bierchen einladen. Aber es gibt keinen Restaurations-Betrieb und und keine Stühle und Tische um beispielsweise das Einnachten zu verfolgen. Das ist schade. Es gibt zwei drei Plastik-Liegen ohne Polster, die einsam im Garten stehen. Trotzdem: Eine Schaukel für ein Erinnerungsphoto hängt von einem Baum...

208호 머물렀는데 , 정말 뷰가 환상적입니다 아이거 묀히 융프라우호 세 봉우리와 퉁호수를 매일 감상할 수 있어요 그리고 베드, 침구가 너무 좋았어요 . 방이 좀 작지만 동선이 편하게 배치가 잘되어 있고 테라스가 넓습니다 . 그리고 매우 청결합니다 . 마지막 날밤 별이 쏟아지는 밤 . 태어나서 그런 별들의 향연은 첨 봤네요

Der Ausblick auf den See ist schön, man muss ca20 Minuten mit dem Bus von Interlaken aus nach oben fahren. Die Busse kommen meistens alle halbe Stunde, für mich war es gut machbar. Mit der kostenlosen Gästekarte, die man bekommt, muss man auch nichts bezahlen. Die Saunen sind innen neu, (der Saunabereich an sich nicht). Ich habe glutenfreie Brötchen bekommen. Die Sauna wurde auf Nachfrage immer sofort angestellt. Ausreichend Handtücher etc vorhanden. Das Bett war klein, aber weich (vlt etwas durchgelegen) was für mich aber bequem war. Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Der Personal ist sehr nett. Dusche wurde vor kurzen saniert und hatte neue Fugen und eine neuen Innenverkleidung.

Ich weiß nicht genau, was dieses "Hotel" darstellen will und wo die Reise hingehen soll. Es wurden einige wenige Sachen renoviert zB die Saunen und das Dampfbad. Der Liegebereich hingegen wurde mit Stühlen ausgestattet, die billig und absolut unbequem sind. Außerdem ist der Liegebereich mit den Auflagen nur im Spabereich(Massagenbereich etc) nicht bei den Saunen. Der Bereich ist ungemütlich, hat nur 4 Stühle und ist dreckig. Mehrere tote Motten etc lagen am Boden, eine Woche lang die selben Schuhabdrücke/tote Insekten etc an der selben Stelle. Geputzt wurde hier weder während meines Aufenthalts, noch davor. Fenster sind auch lange nicht geputzt worden. Das ist in einem Hotel, das vorgibt 4 Sterne zu haben absolut untragbar. Es gibt wenige Mitarbeiter. Jeder macht hier fast alles, von putzen über Frühstück bis hin zu Rezeption. Mein Zimmer war halbwegs sauber mit Mängeln. Ich glaube mein Zimmer war länger nicht in Benutzung. Zumindest hat sich meine kaum vorhanden Stauballergie bemerkbar gemacht. Einfach Stellen, wie die untere Ablage im Nachttischschrank waren voll mit einer dicken Staubschicht. Das Bad ist winzig, für mich war es aber kein Problem. Das Waschbecken ist außerhalb des Bades, was für mich okay war. Hier waren allerdings dicke Seifenreste etc, die man mit Wasser wegbekommen hat...das man hier wenugstens mit einem nassen Lappen mal drüber wischt, sollte man in einem Hotel erwarten können. Die Fenster sind sowas von alt, das man aufpassen muss, das die Scheibe nicht rausgeht. Man hat große Mühe diese zu scjließen, weil sie einfach do ausgeleiert sind und nicht mehr richtig in die Verankerung passen (bei meiner Ankunft war es nur notdürftig geschlossen, ich vermute mal, das Personal weiß selber nicht, wie man das Ding noch zubekommen soll). Nach 3 Tagen wusste auch ich dann, welhe Hebel ich im Rahmen reindrücken muss, weil sie nicht mehr durch den Metallgriff reagieren..

Very beautiful hotel with an amazing view. room was a little dated but very nice still. Buses from Interlaken center was every 30 minutes from about 8am to 8pm then every hour for a little later.

I really enjoyed my week there at beatenberg resort. Really good location with a bus stop in front of the hotel and 20 minute ride to interlaken west. The most amazing view of Eiger, Mönch and jungfrau next to each other and the Thunsee. Really nice/kind staff. Always greeting me with a smile when i come in and when i leave. Highly recommend i dont normaly write reviews but this hotel has really earned my praise, keep up the good work!

Die Lage in Beatenberg ist wunderschön. Auch ist es toll, zu siebt in einem grossen Familienzimmer mit 7 Betten in 4 Zimmer untergebracht werden zu können. Suite würde ich es aber keinesfalls nennen.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, was an sich nicht so schlimm ist. Allerdings könnte an der Sauberkeit im Zimmer noch gearbeitet werden. Auch der schön grosse Park mit Blick auf den See ist etwas vernachlässigt, den könnte man wunderbar mit Sitzgelegenheiten ausstatten und den Brunnen mal putzen. (Wahrscheinlich hat mal jemand angefangen, es lagen über die ganzen 3 Tage benutzte Einweghandschuhe daneben am Boden) Beim Frühstück musste man wirklich jedes Geschirr und Besteckteil genau anschauen, die Sachen waren dreckig und die Kaffeemaschine wird wohl auch nicht regelmässig geputzt. Das Angebot ist zwar ausreichend aber man mag dann gar nicht so zugreifen unter diesen unapettitlichen Bedingungen. Es bräuchte eigentlich nicht viel, aber man hat das Gefühl es ist dem Chef dort egal. Freundlich allerdings waren sie dort.

Älteres Hotel mit Flair. Beatenberg liegt ca 15 min Fahrzeit bergauf von Interlaken entfernt auf ca 1200m. Das Hotel bietet soweit alles was man braucht und ist weitläufig mit Gartenanlage. Der wirklich mit vielen Geräten ausgestattete Fitnessraum und der Wellnessbereich mit 2 saunen Dampfbad usw sind erst neu gebaut worden. Mein Zimmer war rustikal eingerichtet, dass Badezimmer ein wenig schmal, aber für meine Verhältnisse als Alleinreisende völlig in Ordnung. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück übersichtlich aber gut. Komme sehr gerne wieder 😊

It’s a horrible hotel and lots of fake comments

The location was so bad, and the bus is NOT every half an hour. Depends on time of the day it could be every 1 hour. Also, once you arrived the city, you need to ride another bus or train to get to the main station. Together it will take 50minutes to an hour with proper planning, or it could be even longer! The staff is quite rude, ignorant, and there’s no service at all. The room is old and dirty, greasy, they opened the window with lots of bugs inside the room. The view is quite average from the hotel breakfast place, and the breakfast starts at 7:30 but most of people leave before that. After 10 there’s no one in the reception, be careful if you come back late but you need any help.

I liked the location of the hotel and the view was amazing, the staff was really friendly and helpfull. It was a clean hotel furthermore the breakfast was really good.

We didn't have warm water the first two days as they didn't have fuel in the generator. This was a disappointment and you do not expect this from a 4 start resort

Ficamos no hotel Beatenberg Hotel por duas noites. O hotel é maravilhoso, a vista é simplesmente incrível, com vista para as montanhas e lago, sem contar o café da manhã completo. Além disso, o atendimento que recebemos durante a nossa estadia foi mais que excelente! Com destaque especial para a Samira e o Cruz, que foram above and beyond para que tivéssemos a melhor estadia possível. Foi nossa primeira vez no hotel e na Suíça, mas com certeza já queremos voltar! Indico o hotel a todos que queiram ter uma experiência incrível em Interlaken 🤍

First of all, the staff was amazing and very accommodating. The view from our room is so beautiful and wonderful! Seeing the lake and mountains are so enchanting!

We stayed 5 nights, it's falafel and baked beans every morning. Try changing and updating the breakfast menu. Still, expectations are met with hot and warm food.

Pillows must be 15 years old, beds are very noisy, paper thin walls, deck chairs were falling apart and deck table was rusty.

There is nothing much to dislike but the buses from hotel to Interlaken waiting times are sometimes one hour.

The stay was so wonderfull.. It was defently my best place ever as a single. The view is incredebie as a hiker there are so many trails around . The village is quite to compare with others around. All of the stuff are wonderfull lovely and kind people. The hotel is so charming with the spa and everything . I will defently come back. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Amazing location with breathtaking views of the mountains and lake. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Samira, Gelson, and Cruz, who made us feel very welcome and supported during our stay. The bus connection to Interlaken was very convenient, and we also loved relaxing in the warm sauna after days exploring Switzerland.

Honestly, very little. The only thing I would improve is adding a bit more variety to the breakfast options, but overall everything was great.

The location of the hotel is amazing. We had a room with a balcony and the view towards the mountains and the lake was breathtaking. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast had a big selection and was delicious. In front of the hotel is a bus stop which is amazing to reach Interlaken to explore the region.

Dreckiges Geschirr, schlechtes Frühstück, Gym & Spielezimmer abgesperrt, Zimmer dreckig, kein Restaurant, Licht im Lift kaputt. Entspricht nicht 4 Sternen und keine Empfehlung. Darstellung auf Website entspricht nicht der Realität.

Der traumhafte Blick vom Zimmer/Balkon aus, die ruhige Lage, die Sauberkeit, das freundliche Personal, all das war top! Auch das Bett war bequem.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Deko im Speisesaal sehr altbacken und fragwürdig, Küche in Renovierung also kein Restaurant-Service (nur sehr begrenztes Bistro-Essen). Auf dem Balkon leider kein Stuhl/Liege…

HET UITZICHT! Ongelofelijk mooi uitzicht vanuit het balkon.

De kamer en balkon waren wel heel erg simpel. Ik denk dat je met een kleine aanpassing iets meer sfeer kunt creëren.
