Girdiğimizde akşam yemeği için sordular. Dedik ki biz Müslüman yemeği yiyoruz. Domuz Eti yemek istemiyoruz ona göre bi yemek hazırlayın. Ve tabağımız geldiğinde 2 çeşit domuz Eti vardı. Garsona sorduk bunlar domuz mu diye bi tanesi değil, birisi domuz dedi. Tadına baktık domuz olduğunu anladık. Tekrar çağırdık ve evet bu da domuz Eti dedi. Sonrasında Tabağı komple alıp değiştirdi. Alerjim olsa dağ başında neyle uğraşıcaz. Defalarca da söyledik istemiyoruz diye. Gelelim odalara. Odalarda klima buzdolabı vs yok ama kocaman Tv var çok ilginç. Otele girdiğimizde sahibi buzdolabı 1. Katta diyince şok geçirdim. Otelde sigara içmek için açık alanda bile müsade edilmiyor. Ücra bi köşeye sandalyeler koymuşlar orda içiyorsunuz. Odada 2 kişi valiz açmanız mümkün değil inanılmaz küçük odaydı. Duş teknesi perdeli 1970lerden kalma gibi. Sahipleri tatlı insanlar ama bir daha asla!!!

Was niet echt rolstoel vriendelijk zoals op jullie website stond, lift heel klein ik paste in maar andere rolstoel zou niet in lift passen. Zelfstandig naar balkon ging niet. Geen douch maar bad wel ik heb stoel gevraagd hebben ze gebracht. Erg mee werken en mee denken

Izuzetno ljubazno osoblje logotovo momak iz Danske. Sve pohvale. Urefno cisto. Dorucsk obilan i raznovrstan. Pravo uzivanje na ovoj lokaciji. Pozdrav za svo osoblje i vlasnike hotela.

Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Auswahl auf der Speisekarte am Abend ist etwas klein.

"Elternzimmer "mit Balkon und wunderschöner Aussicht auf See und Berge, "Kinderzimmer" zur Strasse hin, dennoch sehr ruhig. Ein Stockbett, jedoch versetzt, sodass auch für Erwachsene unten ok ist. Hotel ab vom Schuss, der Weg rauf lohnt sich jedoch wenn man Aussicht und Ruhe liebt. Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche übrig, Rührei sehr flufig und lecker. Kann auf der Terrasse genossen werden. Personal sehr nett und aufgestellt!
Nachessen gibt es glaube ich nur von Freitag bis Sonntag. Die Auswahl ist sehr bescheiden und einfach, dennoch lecker und sehr schön angerichtet. Für den grösseren Hunger ist gleich neben an ein Restaurant das keine Wünsche offen lässt

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Our family loved and enjoyed our recent stay here. It’s a family run hotel, extremely lovely and welcoming couple- Jackie and Bernie. Made this place like our Home in an instant. The Views from our Pent-Suites were Breathtakingly-Wow. Had a Beatenberg History 101 with Bernie over our hearty breakfast. Razzy made the best Scrambled eggs in the world! Our rooms were spotless, Beds were very comfortable- we had a good night sleep. A bus stop is just few metres away from this place. It’s near Niederhorn. Seriously, can’t Recommend this place highly enough. Hopefully we can stay here again - when we’re back in the land of this Swiss 😊

Fomos muito bem recebidos e nos sentimos verdadeiramente acolhidos durante toda a estadia. O café da manhã merece um elogio especial: foi fantástico! Os produtos eram frescos e de alta qualidade, e o pão servido foi, sem exagero, um dos melhores que já comemos na vida. Os quartos são muito confortáveis, bem cuidados e possuem uma qualidade excepcional. A vista é maravilhosa e tornou a experiência ainda mais especial. Além disso, a localização do hotel é excelente, permitindo fácil acesso às atrações da região. Foi uma experiência memorável do início ao fim. Rooms are spacious and have everything you will need during your stay. Staff were lovely people. They made us really welcome. Breakfast was so great with local produce stuff. We loved our stay!
The rugs in the room were old and stained. It would be great if they are changed.
