Staff behaviour and services

The property is amazing, well-maintained with clean premises, pool with a bar area, perfect lawn with palms overlooking a green field, access to the beach right across the road. The room was clean, TV had channels in English so we could be entertained during rainy days. We booked stay with breakfast and dinner and were not disappointed - the food was amazing! Buffet breakfast had great variety with dosa and omlette cooking stations, dinner was served a la carte with delicious options. Waiter Kiran always made us feel welcome. We were granted not only late check in, but access to the late dinner and even gifted us some fruites to kick start our stay. Evening shift manager is very professional and caring. (We forgot his name unfortunately)

The FnB staff kept banging on our door during our stay for 3 days straight to pick up some unused cutlieris and plates that could've been removed during the cleaning. Craziest part that they kept doing it even after we told them through the door not to. It stopped only after the talk with front office. Other than all other personal is very friendly and professional.

Breakfast and location

The location of the hotel was amazing with direct access to Colva beach within a short distance. The hotel premises were beautiful and well maintained.The luxury suite was spacious..Food had good variety and was excellent. Service was very good and staff was courteous and very helpful. Overall it was a relaxing and memorable experience

No Gym really hurts.Bar with live music will really makes thing better.

High-tea could have been better. There was only tea/coffee with just one option of one cookies. Few more options can be added to the high-tea such as Pakoras, Maggi etc.

The property was clean well maintained and beautifully designed. Overall enjoyable stay with family. The restaurant even arranged for jain food which was a game changer for my mother. The food quality and the proximity to the beach made the stay surprisingly relaxing.

The location is so nice. It opens up to the beautiful Colva beach directly. The chefs were too good. Every cuisine we had there was very delicious. The staff was also very helpful.

We stayed here for two nights and had an excellent relaxing stay. The beach is just 1 minute walk opposite to the resort. The rooms are spacious, clean and the service is excellent and prompt. The food served here is awesome specially all the seafood is so tasty. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Awesome location. Bit away from the Colva crowd. Perfect for families. However, the room was bit smaller than what I expected.

Great place great location. Great kitchen with a happy bunch of guys looking after us and serving good eating. We will definitely return.

Great location, breakfast, staff & room comfort was all very good.

Pool timings too restrictive especially as no shade available near it. Side view of sea was very poor as you had to look through 2 separate balconies.

The Sunshine bar and restaurant, which belongs to Sea Queen and is just by the beach opposite the property…. What brilliant location and superb food!!

- Great location, outside the beach areas. - Wonderful hospitality from all the staff. They were polite, approachable and delivered a 5 Star service. House-keeping was immaculately carried out, requests were met proactively. - Buffet breakfast spread was decent and staff were attentive and proactive in the restaurant. - Beds were comfortable, washroom consisted of rain shower, lighting was sufficient and Wi-Fi speed was ideal. - Entire property was immaculately maintained.

- Each time when we exited the property via "exit gate", the security staff would ask "Are you checking out now?". This can be a little annoying especially when u exit multiple times a day. - The waiters of external bar "Sunshine bar" located across the road (managed by this hotel) suggested us to visit other beach shacks/bars for a better view of sunset. Perhaps that the reason why this bar is always without any customers as the staff redirects the guests to the other bars.

Location and the staff are excellent. They went out of their way to accomodate us and even provided packed breakfast to take away at 5:30 am. It is a fairly cute looking resort and has play area for children that is appreciated. Beverage prices are good.

Nothing. The first room we got was musty so they changed it to a better one.

Everything was fabulous. Being able to walk through a well maintained grassy area to the lovely beach, the food, the pool, the staff, the room, the quiet air conditioner, the bed, the shower, the water buffalo view, even being included in an Indian wedding - everything was great.

The only, and very minor, quirk was the bright light on the air conditioner. Light sleepers - bring a mask.

Beautiful sunset and warm sea

Dogs run and cows walk along the beach... This is certainly not 5*, maximum 3*. Bed linen with holes! There were no bathrobes in the rooms. The girl from the reception who checked me in showed hostility... There are stains in the room, everything is scratched (photos are attached). In the family suite I rented there was 1 small shampoo, 1 shower gel and 1 conditioner and the rest of a roll of toilet paper...

The rooms are not well equipped and not as per 5 ⭐ luxury property. The food is just ok .. Not much choice and the restaurant set up is not upgraded .it's very laid back

Lack of proper WiFi

Great location, close to a beautiful and largely deserted beach. Hotel arranged a great transfer from GOI airport for a reasonable cost. The staff are great, trying very hard to make our stay comfortable. The restaurant and breakfasts were very good.

The rooms are tired and dated. The beds and bedding are not as booking.com advertise (and charge £££) as five star. To be fair to the hotel, they don’t call themselves 5* - it’s the platform. We checked out ten days early, because we couldn’t sleep because of poor beds, bad soundproofing and very loud parties.

the hotel is clearly not a 5 star as positioned on Booking ! It is not even a 4 star. W had booked for 4 nights and after the first night we left to a nearby hotel, rated 4 star and much much better ! Don't go there, or at least don't pay before you see it. The manager told us he understood our decision to change hotel but finally they did not reimburse for the 3 nights.

Nice and clean place

Loved the view of paddy fields and greenery from the room balcony. The staff was also great - understated but great service. Quiet nice stay for a couple and a baby. The photos don't do justice to this hotel. I wasn't sure how well-established it was based on the photos and even wondered whether it was still under construction (!). But I took a gamble and I'm so glad I did! I would visit here again, and have already recommended my parents to stay here when they're in Goa next time.

To get to the beach you have to exit the gate and cross the small road and walk through a small property that they own. It's not too bad to be honest, but just to set expectations, the hotel buildings are not alongside the beach itself.

Our recent stay at the Sea Queen Resort was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was, from the lobbies to the rooms. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable, providing a true sense of relaxation and a perfect escape from the everyday hustle. ​One of the highlights was the sheer variety of dining options, offering a unique and delicious experience, making every meal a new adventure. The private beach was a major bonus, offering a serene and exclusive spot to relax by the water. ​What truly set this resort apart was the friendly service. The staffs were friendly. While the resort is a bit expensive, I can confidently say it was worth every penny for the exceptional quality and unforgettable experience. We can't wait to go back!

The ambiance....quiet.. relaxing...loved our room....the staff very friendly and efficient....food awesome.....

The friendliness of all the staff from the lowest grade to the manager was excellent . The housekeeping by Mauvin was always the best. As for the dinning room staff were exceptional and always willing to go the extra mile. With the friendly staff around it was like a little village within a village, for the two weeks stay.

The road connection to the main Colva-Margao road was in a very bad state. There was a open pump chamber in the middle of the road that made the night time walk dangerous. Specially when the street light was not lit, we had to use the phone torch. That was the worst for two weeks stay.

I liked how the staff was very attentive to us. Many thanks to Ganesh and his staff for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable 🙂 I would highly recommend this property while in Goa! The staff knew it was my birthday and gave me a birthday cake which was so nice of them! 🎈🎈🎈
