Our three-day stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Colva Goa was absolutely perfect. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very spacious. The food was a major highlight—outstanding, plentiful, with a great variety changing daily. The kitchen team even went out of their way to customize a dinner for us with delicious shawarma, and apple pie! We also loved relaxing by the pristine pool. While we can't recall specific names, every single chef and staff member was incredibly polite, warm, and attentive. This hotel deserves a full 10/10. We cannot wait to come back!

The surrounding area is not great, rooms overlooking the residential building close to the hotel, access to the hotel is a bit messy during the rains, not safe during the nights, the beach is 10min away, and Colva high street is 20 min walk

I really liked the property for its peaceful surroundings, beautiful design, cleanliness, and overall ambience. The location was convenient, and the property felt comfortable, well-maintained, and welcoming.

There wasn’t much that I disliked about the property. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. A few minor improvements in maintenance and amenities could make the stay even better.

It was cozy and very family friendly. The staff were exceptional in their support when my son developed a fever during our stay. From sending him his breakfast to the room to loaning us a thermometer, they were really kind and helpful. We also loved the children’s playroom.

I think the food has room for improvement. Western items like waffles and pancakes were stiff and hard to eat, while the Indian fare was excellent.

Its a "Courtyard by Mariott" property , so yes the SOP's are to their (global standards). The staff is certainly above average trained and that comes across in the interaction. The rooms per se are clean (bed,bedding and bathroom). HVAC is not. We did not visit the in-house restaurant so cannot comment on that.

The location is close to the beach (almost walkable). But the down side is the View around. Intrusive with residential properties looking at you. So cant dare to keep curtains open. But this applicable to South and North facing rooms (our's was North). The west facing has a unobstructed view (untill some property comes up and block this too). But I am sure the rooms with this view are at a higher price point. Even then the room we paid for does not surely deserve the view we got. Thumbs down here! The POOL is a after thought! Too small for the quantum of occupants. Also nowadays people have become unruly (infact more they pay more they feel entitled). Hence the pool turns into a a talaab crowded with boorish families. We stayed last time in IBIS -Vagator with slightly larger pool, but equally populated. Yet it was well monitored by the staff, hence bearable. They didnt have people walking with wet robes and soaked daily clothes strutting across the main lobby and guest lifts (so gross!).

For us it was perfect gateway, b/Fast was yummy 😋 n also more special like to thank chef Surendra for his exceptional preparation of out 2 year baby meals 😀 kudddos to him, baby too njoyed a lot n was yummy too

We had a perfect weekend stay at this property! Everything was great, right from the service, the staff, the food and breakfast spread as well! Spa was great too!! We had a comfortable and relaxing stay!

The behavior of the front desk. One coffee ordered for the guest was charged as three coffees.

The staff at reception was very helpful especially Devika who looked after us. The breakfast was excellent and catered to whatever we asked for. The dining room was clean and the service was very quick. Enjoyed the variety of the breakfast menu. Enjoyed tasting the different Indian breakfast meals and the fresh fruit juice

Local transport was a problem although the hotel staff was always ready to arrange transport.

The staff is so cordial and helpful. Nouman really made our stay special.

Dear Guest Relations Team, During our recent stay at Courtyard by Marriott Colva Goa from June 5th to June 7th, we encountered several issues that left us extremely disappointed and concerned about the billing and service standards at the property. At check-in, we were initially asked to pay approximately ₹53,000, for 3 rooms despite our booking.com reservation being for approximately ₹49,000. The discrepancy was corrected only after we produced our booking confirmation, and we were informed that it was due to a system glitch. We then proceeded directly to dinner after being informed that the rate was ₹1,100 per person during the check in itself by the staff. However, at checkout on 6th June, we were charged ₹1,500 per person and told that the lower rate required prior confirmation. This condition was never communicated to us at check-in and we had also proceeded to go for dinner right after checking in.. so what does it mean when they say prior confirmation was needed? Why would such a misunderstanding arise? It should ideally be updated to the system which was not! While the matter was eventually corrected after we raised it, it was yet another instance where we had to challenge an incorrect charge. During the same checkout process, we were again presented with a pending room bill of approximately ₹21,000, despite the room charges having already been settled at check-in. Once again, the error was acknowledged and corrected only after we pointed it out. To our surprise, when our guests checked out on 7th June, they were asked to pay a further ₹1,700 towards room charges that had already been paid and cleared on June 5th 2026 when we checked in. Adding to our disappointment, some of our guests found hair in a biryani served during lunch. It was unfortunate and reflected poorly on what was otherwise expected to be a quality dining experience. What concerns us most is not any single incident, but the repeated pattern throughout our stay.

It was first time I traveled to south goa, located right opp to Colva Beach, property is excellent. The staff really took care of us very well. Special thanks to Gopinath, A Raja and Kunal who made sure out stay was comfortable. Room was pretty big, excellent food. Would love to visit again

We liked the overall experience of a family vacation at Courtyard by Marriott Colva. The Staff was excellent, right from Devika at the front desk to Raja the head chef to the in-room dining staff, housekeeping staff, serving staff at the restaurant - they all were beaming with energy and enthusiasm - and provided excellent service. Of course, I would have liked the hotel to be a bit closer to the beach front, but apart from that, the stay was absolutely delightful. The food spread and taste were exquisite, and we thoroughly enjoyed all the meals. The beautiful decoration and the cake in the room to celebrate my wife's birthday and our anniversary were indeed very special. They made our weekend very very special. Thank you Courtyard Colva!

I have no comments as we as a family liked everything. If you would like a feedback - a positive constructive feedback - here it is. I had asked for filter coffee during breakfast and what was served to me was very strong - it was no fault of the serving staff as I had not specified anything to him. But in future, you could probably brief the serving staff to enquire from the guest ("Sir/ Madam, would you prefer your filter coffee to be light, medium or strong?") - that would solve the issue.

Honestly courtyard was amazing! From the staff to the facilities, they made us feel like a home away from home! Our little baby became ill and they were fantastic at helping and accommodating every request we needed. Deepika and Priyanka were in particular fantastic and such a pleasure. My whole family was treated like royalty and were celebrating a 60th birthday. Will definitely be back soon!

Hospitality and attentiveness to the guests were excellent. Room service was quick. So many delicious veg/non veg food choices were available for breakfast and dinner. Even with the ongoing LPG crisis, staff had made necessary arrangements to provide so many food choices. The dining staff was attentive to guests for their food choices and table service. Location does not have a private beach, so we need to walk around 10 minutes to the nearest beach. The gym and swimming pool were perfect for exercise/ relaxation. Overall fantastic stay. Thank you, Courtyard Marriott team!

i loved everything about this property. you name it and they had it. the beds were so comfortable and the food was so good. i enjoyed my every meal in this place. the staff was so helpful and friendly especially devika here was so sweet and helpful and made our stay easier.

Quite far to walk to the beach, that too very smelly as it's nearer the fishing beach rather than main Colva. The facilities are basic but clean. I wouldn't pay more than I did.

Selbst Zusatzkosten für einen späten Check out wurden uns erstattet, weil wir das Zimmer etwas früher verlassen haben.Das Personal in allen Bereichen ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Vom Frühstück bis zum Dinner wird man von tollen Servicekräften bedient. Stellvertretend für alle, sind hier besonders Travin und Kunal zu erwähnen. Beschämend ist allerdings, wie herablassend und arrogant das Personal von indischen Gästen behandelt wird.
