Beleza By The Beach

The beach was within walking distance and very well-maintained. The sunset views were mesmerising. Also, the food at the Beleza restaurant was superb.

Ordered a Goan Fish Curry; it had an overpowering coconut taste. Could be improved.

Everything was amazing and we really enjoyed the stay.

Food options were only tied to what the restaurant offered and they were quite expensive. We spent 11k just on food for a 3 night stay. And the quantity was a little on the lesser side.

The rooms, the staff and the food are all excellent.

The gym is not in full working order and that was disappointing.

Excellent place with a wonderful low rise resort feel. Wonderful staff, esp Cliya and the beach shack and Thaya at the main restaurant. Great food. The beachside shack is amazing, right on a secluded clean fab beach.

They should strictly enforce pool etiquette… people should not be allowed with tee shirts and night clothes ! It feels extremely unhealthy and discourages some people from joining.

The hospitality was excellent. very thoughtful. the place was very clean , beach was very clean. The staff were very courteous and services were prompt; Siona and Allan on the front desk were excellent to interact with, very thoughtful and efficient. All the services staff were excellemt

The hotel is a two minute walk to the beach. The room was spacious. It was clean. There was a gym and two pools. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The property is somewhat overpriced for the area and India in general. They have an overly complicated billing system with extra charges and taxes.(see photos). Just list the price that you will actually pay. Other restaurants and bars in the area were capable of this.

The overall experience, comfort, and hospitality were very good.

The stay was perfect. It was own entry to the beach, has good pool and lots of nearby beaches and spots to visit. Also, it was offbeat, quite, slow paced and relaxing stay.

Beach was very dirty and this defeated the purpose of booking the hotel.

The pool was not policed properly many guests were eating and drinking whilst in the water of the pool, the prices are elevated - our taxi 900 to get from the airport yet their taxi cost us 1700 to get back- there is no local competition. The beach was full of plastic which needs addressing!

We really enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Beleza hotel. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Our paddy view room was large with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of variety of Indian and western cuisine. The hotel is less than 5 min walk from the beach where are some really nice shacks with great food and cocktails. There are also taxis outside of the hotel gate.

The room was excellent, better than my expectations. Beach was very good, clean and not very crowded. Staff was friendly. Overall, for the price we paid, I was pleasantly surprised.

Breakfast was ok

We loved the design of the property. The beachfront restaurant with loungers for daytime use is so nice. We ended up eating here every evening and really enjoyed it. Our first interaction at the restaurant was with Surresh who was outstanding and made our entire time at the resort wonderful. He always welcomed us with a smile, knew our drink order and was always willing to share local knowledge. A special shoutout to Pankaj as well, the manager who helped us organize transport, excurisons and generally just wanted to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Thank you!

The gym needs updating. Some of the machines are broken, or don’t work. The space itself is nice but needs some new investment. It could be really great! I would suggest an extra coffee machine for breakfast. There is always a long line of people waiting for a coffee.

Nice quiet place with a private bar and restaurant overlooking the beach. Well run, clean and lovely staff. Nice pool and delicious breakfast to suit most palettes.

No fault of the hotel but Goa is ruled by a taxi mafia and getting around can be a hassle. Try Goa Miles app.

Very clean and well maintained with beautiful gardens and relaxed atmosphere. Our room was a described on Booking. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Good food in both of the on-site restaurants. Fabulous position backing onto a vast sandy beach with lively bars and cheap places to eat. The spa offered a good range of treatments at reasonable prices.

There were not enough sun beds around the pool and they were often 'reserved' by people leaving their towels on them early in the morning - although this is not the fault of the hotel they did nothing to discourage the practice. Prices quoted in the restaurants and spa do not include taxes, which add a significant amount onto the bill. It would be helpful if the hotel provided information packs in the rooms, there was nothing telling about what is available in the vicinity, interesting places etc.

The balcony was very dusty and we could not sit out there. The stray cats were troublesome at the outdoor dinning near the beach

Audébut, trés déçus car ni minibar ni coffre-fort ds très petite chambre, mustquaire troué et bc de maringouins ds la chambre. Après plainte, surclassés ds très belle chambre cependant.

Everything, my favourite was the spa and beach. The service is great, bathrooms had shatafas, beds were super comfy, AC works, everything is clean, they give you towels for the beach, the private pool is nice.

Hôtel modernisé au niveau des chambres mais encore dans une ancienne conception. Il faudrait revoir la partie devant la mer pour la rendre plus attrayante et faire un peu plus rêver les voyageurs au long court.

The location was excellent, Staff was extremely polite and the food selection at both the restaurants was good. The breakfast had a wide selection of options. The rooms were spacious and clean.

The only issue we had was that the mini bar fridge was missing in our room.

Beach is just across the hotel, through a 2 min walk road. There is also a restaurant by the beach. Perfect location. Of course the restaurant is expensive and food is not something extraordinary, but perfect for enjoying some drink with the sea view. The breakfast buffet at the hotel is fine, variety is a bit less. The room (with the paddy field view) with a balcony was spacious. The property is kid friendly. The services were prompt. We didn't explore much any nearby eateries. Going to Panjim/Old Goa takes around 30~40 min by car.

Maya was very kind to my family especially my daughter. She is very warm and welcoming. Absolutely loved talking to her and spending time with her.

Drink prices didn’t not reflect food prices… VERY expensive. Apartment block proved very noisy as noise from other rooms and stairs echoed throughout the night, especially when weddings/functions on. Breakfast choice very limited if you are looking for English food

The service was a little lacking when ordering food.

Great looking property. There is also a private beach which is connected to the resort.

The resort is bit overpriced for the size of the rooms provided. There was also a wedding at the resort during our stay period and some disturbance at midnight by one of the members of the wedding group staying next to our room. This incident was brushed off which we found rather unpleasant. Would urge the resort management to treat everyone fairly instead of providing special treatment especially to foreigners.
