My stay at Ciputra Semarang was frustrating from start to finish. The service is incredibly "by the book" and unwelcoming—they even called to push me out at 11:45 AM. The Bad: • Cleanliness: Room and bathtub were dirty (dust bunnies under the table). • Facilities: The gym is neglected and smelly. The room insulation is poor, so expect to hear everything in the hallway. • Value: F&B prices at the lobby are exorbitant for the quality provided. • Flexibility: They refused to push two twin beds together over a small table. The Good: The chef at breakfast was kind enough to make 2-minute eggs for me, and the pool mosaic is clean and well-maintained. Beyond that, there isn't much to praise. Avoid if you value comfort and service.

Très bien situé en centre ville de Semarang, Toutes attractions touristiques et commerciales disponible à proximité. On peut s'y rendre à pied et on adore ça! Les chambres sont confortables, la literie est bonne, (on a dormi comme des bébés). L'hôtel et le quartier est calme et silencieux la nuit. Bon buffet de petit déjeuner bien achalandé.

Les joints d'étanchéité dans la salle de bain seraient à refaire. La plomberie à réviser, quand un tire la chasse d'eau, on a l'impression d'utiliser 1 mètre cube d'eau.

This hotel has a good position. Even at workdays, it's not too quiet. I think you have to explain about your facility to your guest

I had a wonderful stay at the Ciputra Hotel. The staff were genuinely welcoming, the rooms spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt both elegant and relaxing. The location is convenient, and the amenities made the experience even better. I’d happily stay here again.

My first time in Semarang and staying at your hotel was good location. Your staff is friendly, the room is acceptable but the food is disaster. I ordered Australian steaks from your room service but the food was really bad, i cannot eat the steaks as like I'm eating rubber so hard to eat and the mash potato is bad. In morning i eat your breakfast for sahur but the food taste is bad also and surprisingly my wife said the food got MOUSE mingle around at the bread area. We talk to your waiter and show the mouse to them and after that we left. What a surprise your hotel is nice but when it comes to FOOD is really disappointing! So frustrating with the food service, hope u guys can improve and really took serious in this matter.

The front staff is very polite and helpful with the booking. Room is nice and clean also, with good and convenient lication.

Que daba directo al centro comercial

Es muy viejo, la comida muy mala, las habitaciones super viejas y sucias, el personal del hotel sabe muy poco ingles, en recepción el dia que llegamos porque compramos el alojamiento por booking nos quisieron dar una habitación inferion el un sitio que no se podia estar de ruido, preguntamos para cambiarnos de habitación y nos djeron que no habia, menos mal que salia el chico de la limpieza de una habitación que estaba un poco mejor y nos dijo que tidas estaban libres, lo volvimos a preguntar en recepción y nos volvieron ha decir que estaban ocupadas que ya habian pagado por adelantado en metalico, pedimos hablar con un superior y nos dijo que no estaba, esperamos que cambiaran de turno y despues bajamos y se lo volvimos a preguntar y al final nos cambiaron, era un poco mejor pero también el ruido de la calle y la mezquita apartir de las 4 am era insoportable, no lo recomiendo para nada, calidad precio super caro y la comida todo era comida de indonesia, nada de comida internacional, para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas pesimo el peor hotel que he estado

leuk gelegen in het centrum. makkelijk om even taxi te pakken en erop uit te gaan. Kamer is prima. klein beetje outdated, maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Ik kreeg een upgrade naar de 10th floor, wat altijd fijn is, vooral als je n et aankomt uit Amsterdam. Supervriendelijke en professionele staf.

- Great buffet breakfast with lots of choice. - Nice swimmingpool. - Hotel has entrance to shopping mall. - Staff was extremely polite. - Great lobby with bar and live music performance every day from 20.00 to 22.00. - Fantastic dining room on the 1st floor where buffet breakfast is served every day from 6.00 to 10.00. - Hotel has great atmosphere. - Luxurious appearance.

- One of the very few hotels in Indonesia with real western wheat bread. However, there's only jam, chocolate paste and peanut butter to choose from. "Dear management. Western wheat bread needs to be served with cheese, cold meat slices and boiled eggs. If you don't provide this, then there's no need to serve western wheat bread." - Great breakfast but nothing for western tourists which aren't used to have rice, potatoes and noodles for breakfast. - Jam, chocolate paste and peanut butter need to be served in cups. They were served in pots where guests could take it out with knifes. This is not hygienic and not tasteful.

• I liked that the breakfast included Indonesian local food, which gave us a chance to try local flavors. • The desserts were nice, especially the rojak, which I enjoyed. • The tea served during breakfast was good and to my liking.

The kicap (soy sauce–based dish) was not to our taste. • The toothbrush provided in the room was too hard and caused my gums to bleed (gusi berdarah), which was uncomfortable.

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food choices. • The room was clean and well maintained. • The staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. • The hotel is comfortable and suitable for families.

• Some breakfast items, especially ayam masak kicap and the soup, were not to our taste. The soup was quite pale and lacked herbs compared to what we are used to. • The room furniture looks outdated and would benefit from being replaced with newer furnishings.

Everything was perfect. No complaints.

The spa therapists looks extremely healthy and well above nourishments.

Location is perfect with connection to Ciputra Mall. Rooms are very comfortable, breakfast is great.

Aircons in the rooms are too cold, sometimes we need to shut it off completely yet still cold. Breakfast area is just way too crowded

Wonderful staff who looked after our every need. The hotel was sparkling clean with a swimming pool with sun lounges which we loved. The food was very tasty. Loved the band on the weekend.

The tap of the bath was totally broken- difficult to turn it for hot or cold water- wish they have given me a better room though i was upgraded!

This is very excellent hotel where I am always staying while doing business trip. Every staffs are very smile and friendly to customer. I am never gonna never miss this paradise while staying in Semarang again. Thanks a lot!!

Heerlijk hotel op praktische locatie, uitkijkend op een zeer levendig plein. Kamer lekker groot. Badkamer enigszins outdated maar alles wel in orde. Staf zonder uitzondering allemaal heel erg aardig en super behulpzaam. Hotel grenst aan leuke mall met daarin leuke winkels en restaurantjes.

Kamer checken voor check-in van de gast. Mijn airco was kapot - moest verhuizen naar andere kamer. werd wel netjes en adequaat opgelost door aardige staf.

Variasi makanan kurang, tidak ada sosis, ketang, bacon Saya tidak menemukan menu khas semarang untuk sarapan spt gudeg semarang, lumpia, nasi goreng babat, jamu dll.

Juice yang disediakan seharusnya tanpa gula, tidak ada susu segar.

Will certainly come back and recommend this hotel as an accomodation with excellent service. Their honest and dedicated staff were so humble and helpfull. We left our watch behind during check-out and reported it through a staff named Cinta. The excellent communication and coordination between the front office and housekeeping staff gave us peace of mind, and eventually, we heard from a staff named Eva that the watch had been found by the housekeeping team and would be sent to our address in Jakarta, free of charge. Such outstanding service. We have received the watch in good condition. Bravo, Hotel Ciputra Semarang!
