Rooms and hallway very dated. Bathroom had a damaged sink, mould around bath and needed general upgrade and refresh. Carpets were dirty and stained and limited lighting made the room dark. Pool area was basic. 3 sun loungers crammed around the pool - no other seating option.

Very dirty. Bathroom had rubbish on floor, mould in shower, toiletries hadn’t been re-filled. 2/3 of the room key cards didn’t work. Stains on carpet in room and hallway. Very small lift, a squeeze to fit 1 suitcase in. Aircon in room didn’t work.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026La ubicación,estuve varias veces pero nunca me atendieron tan mal como esta vez ,no hay una persona encargada , Todos los días hay personas diferentes para resolver lo mismo el único personal eficiente es Francisco. Cuando llegamos estuvimos más de una hora en la calle porque nadie estaba para hacernos el ckecin a pesar que había avisado que llegaba después de 23 hs,debido al horario del vuelo. Me tuvo que socorrer una persona del hotel de al lado que llamó al encargado por teléfono. Es una lástima como se vino abajo la atención de ese hotel donde paré 5 veces. Pero debido a tantas quejas ,me dejaron hacer el chek out a las 14 hs.
La atención del personal exceptuando Francisco. Tuve varios problemas. Cómo darme una habitación en el 1er.piso y el ascensor no funcionaba y estaba con una persona de 87 años. Luego me cambiaron pero perdí mucho tiempo y pasé malos momentos.

Los colchones muy incomodos. los banos limpios pero desprolijos en pintura, sanitarios muy antiguos baneras horribles, todo de hace mas de 40 anos... puertas de los banos con pintura deteriorado y desprolijo, habitaciones muy oscuras con dibujos en los techos, alfombras oscuras, aires acondicionado de ventana que daba directo a la cama.... el anclaje del tv casi que se cae.... todo desprolijo.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, es tranquilo y sobre todo destaco la excelente atención del personal. Tienen dispenser de agua caliente y fria las 24 hs, hielo. Se puede dejar el equipaje despues del checkout e incluso te permiten un baño para cambarte si fuiste a la playa. Entregan toallon especial para la playa. Hay caja de seguridad y plancha en la habitación.
Esta un poco descuidado en los detalles, la alfombra de la habitación estaba manchada y vieja y el hotel en general es anticuado. El aire acondicionado funciona bien pero es un poco ruidoso. Las luces de la habitación no son calidas. Por el precio de la noche esperaba un poco mas en el cuidado del edificio.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026My stay at the hotel was very good. The room, the staff, and the cleanliness were excellent, and I truly appreciated the service provided by the team. However, I was very disappointed with the mandatory “resort fee,” which is supposed to include beach/pool towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella. On the first day I wanted to go to the beach, I requested the beach chairs and umbrella. Unfortunately, the so-called “beach chairs” were not beach chairs at all — they were camping chairs, very uncomfortable and completely unsuitable for relaxing or sunbathing at the beach. Also, the umbrella I received was incomplete, as it did not have the pole needed to place it in the sand, so we were not able to use it. I asked if those were the only beach chairs available, and I was told that they were. In the end, I feel like I paid almost $300 mainly for the use of towels, because the beach chairs were impossible to use for going to the beach and sunbathing, and the umbrellas were incomplete or in poor condition. Honestly, the hotel should be ashamed of charging guests for that type of equipment. The hotel itself was excellent in many ways, but this part of the experience was very disappointing and should definitely be improved.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la piscina anche se piccolina ma è stata essenziale per affrontare le ore più calde. Il nostro appartamento era dotato di posate piatti bicchieri una pentola e una padella utili per cucinare qualcosa.
Gli spazi comuni come la piscina ad esempio potrebbero essere curati di più. L'aria condizionata è rumorosa ma in Florida in qualsiasi hotel l'abbiamo trovata così.

No tuve limpieza ningún día. El primer día apareció una cucaracha enorme. El recepcionista la mató y se llevó el cuerpo. Dijo que lo reportaría. Y nunca más se pusieron en contacto. Colchones que se hunden.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Very disappointing experience. The photos are misleading – everything looks clean and nice online, but the room was dirty upon arrival. The carpet, shower, and bed sheets were all unclean. Definitely not what was advertised. They provided us ,,better room” but it was dirty anyway. We had to leave the hotel without the refund.

Quarto com com cheiro de mofo, banheira encardida, no momento do check-in não havia ninguém na recepção, tivemos que aguardar por cerca de 20 min. Contratamos dia´rias com café de manhã e não nos foi concebido.

Los colchones estaban muy vencidos! Te hundías mal!! Una lástima porque todo estaba bárbaro hasta la hora de dormir porque encima el aire acondicionado era viejo y hacía un ruido terrible. Ojo no guarden nada en la caja fuerte!! NUNCA JAMÁS EN NINGÚN HOTEL

We loved everything. The vintage hotel was cute as a button.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Muy buena ubicación, a 5 minutos andando de la playa y a lado de restaurantes, 7 eleven y la parada del autobús. Habitación limpia, cama cómoda. En la habitación hay una pequeña nevera. Te prestan toallas, sillas y sombrilla para la playa, que nos vino genial

The room itself was in poor condition. Rust everywhere in the bathroom, toilet had erosion on it and a lot of wear and tear. AC fan wasn't great.

No daban el desayuno en el hotel. Me dieron un voucher para ir a un café a 3 calles del hotel y para peor la cafetería estaba cerrada por reparaciones. Desayuné en otro lugar y no me pagaron ese gasto extra. Dicen que el reembolso fue pagado a Booking.com y que ustedes deben abonar a mi tarjeta de crédito U$22
