Location and staff Did provide some snacks in room.

Bed sagged in middle. I kept rolling into the crevice in middle of bed. No minibar/refrigerator in room. No decor or wall art. Chairs very small and uncomfortable

Great location and very central

Room and bathroom were small and water in the bathroom goes everywhere.

Rooms were nice and spacious and location was good. Staff were lovely too

No kettle, fridge or coffee machine in room. No aircon. Absolutely outrageously expensive!

This was my first time visiting Copenhagen and I'm so glad I chose this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the bedroom was lovely and quiet. The location was incredible especially for my first visit. Although we didn't eat in the restaurant downstairs we had a few drinks in the bar area and it was a lovely addition to the hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like about the property.

Small room, means small room! Toilet intuded into the shower, no ventilation and very noisy, seems no sound proofing from the surrounding rooms.

The facilities was badly taking care off and the room was not a in good condition. My showered was flooded and the hotel didn’t offer to do anything. My room was extremely loud from the courtyard.

Lokalita byla neuvěřitelná, vše bylo blízko, byli jsme nadmíru spokojeni. Snídaně byla vynikající.

Very clean and well maintained, the location made it easy to get anywhere in the city. The staff was super helpful and the breakfast was delicious (although a bit expensive).

Por el valor de la noche esperaba mucho mas. Todas las instalaciones intentan ser de epoca pero son ordinarias.

Nice base for exploring Copenhagen. Clean, friendly and a great breakfast.

No help with luggage, very Spartan room facilities - no coffee machine, no slippers - the very bare minimum. Very black wardrobe so one can’t see if anything is left behind.

Very noisy. Music from the restaurant played every night past 11pm. And no bell boy.

The good: the service was exceptional — warm, attentive, and helpful throughout. The location is excellent, right in the middle of everything. The beds were very comfortable, and the family room was unique and special; our daughter loved it. The gym is excellent — a real one, not a token treadmill in a closet — and having bikes to rent on site was a huge plus, especially in Copenhagen. Amenities overall were solid.

The less good: at $600+ a night, we expected a few things to be better. The bathroom sink was so small we couldn’t wash our faces without water spilling over the edge. Noise was the bigger issue — music from the restaurant kept us awake until 11pm every night, and because we were on the first floor, we were woken at 6 or 7am by footsteps overhead. It’s an older building with thin ceilings, and it shows. The room also ran warm with no way to adjust the temperature.

Было очень очень неприятно и сложно прилететь уставшими ночью в 3 часа и просидеть до чекина в 13.00 в холе. Хотя я предворительно послала просьбу о раннем чекине, мне не ответили отказом и я надеялась, что нам предоставят номер. Было бы разумнее, если бы я знала заранее об этом. тогда я в бы рассматривала другие варианты. Этот случай очень омрачеил наше путешествие☹️☹️☹️

The Hotel Bella Grande, was centrally located making it easy to explore the city. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I loved the unique blend of history charm and modern style. I will stay here again.

Loved the property. However, I would upgrade to a larger room if possible.

L’albergo è molto “instagrammabile” ma un po’ finto, come fiori finti ovunque. La cosa più grave è stato trovare due spugnette (sporche!) dentro al letto appena arrivati, dimenticate dal team delle pulizie. La ragazza alla reception è stata molto gentile e ci ha cambiato le lenzuola personalmente, dato che gli addetti alle pulizie erano già andati via. In stanza mancano bottiglie d’acqua e anche le ciabattine sono a pagamento - nonostante aver preso una camera superior. Sono piccoli dettagli che per il prezzo della camera dovrebbero essere forniti di default al cliente. Per il prezzo pagato, non tornerei.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut allerdings gab es keine Abwechslung, sondern jeden Tag das gleiche. Ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung wäre schön gewesen.

Im Prinzip war alles super allerdings wäre eine Klimaanlage von Vorteil gewesen, da es in den Räumen sehr warm ist

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The standard room was spacious enough for two people, and the bathroom was spacious as well. The sheets were of good quality, and the room was cleaned professionally. The location is perfect—quite close to Tivoli and very close to the shopping street, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. What impressed us most was the staff. They were honest, friendly, and very helpful. After we checked out, they found a charger that we had left behind and kindly returned it to us. We also had some special requests regarding our room, and they did their best to accommodate our needs. Good and trustworthy staff are very important to us when choosing a hotel, and the staff here really made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely be happy to stay here again!

Fantastisk frokost, vakkert hotell

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich top! Auch die das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut - klein aber fein! Das Dinner im Hotel-eigenen Restaurant Donna ist vermutlich ein Touri- (& Influencer-)hotspot..;)..dennoch war das Essen und die Drinks sehr gut. Die MitarbeiterInnen waren auch immer super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Würde lediglich den schon etwas mitgenommenen Duschvorhang im Bad auswechseln - in so einer Preisklasse kann man das schon erwarten. Ansonsten war es aber überall super sauber und würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Geräumiges Zimmer, hoher Raum.

Völlig unprkatisch, wichtige Dinge fehlen: (1) absolut keine Ablageflächen (ein kleiner Tisch mit Durchmesser 40 cm; muss man zuerst von Deko-Gegenständen freiräumen), nicht einmal eine Ablagefläche für meinen Strohhut. Der Safe liegt lose am Boden (man muss hinknieen, um ihn zu bedienen) und kann von jedermann einfach mitgenommen werden. Kein Kühlschrank/Minibar. Keine Wasserflasche im Zimmer (das Hotel rühmt sich für das gute Wasser, wobei das Leitungswasser einen unangenehmen Beigeschmack hat). Extrem kleines Badezimmer (1,5 x 1,5 m), keine Ablagefläche für die Badutensilien, ein Bademantel wäre in dieser Preiskategorie erwünscht. Nirgends eine Papierserviette (Badezimmer/Zimmer).

Colazione poco varia , bagno da migliorare (lavandino piccolo, doccia non isolata che bagnava il bagno dopo la doccia )
